I’ve stayed at this same location before at full price, and the bed was very comfortable—that’s actually what made me book here again. It seems like when booking through a discounted rate on the booking site, the room quality may not be the same. Overall, the service was great, but the room didn’t meet my expectations this time.

Many hotel front desk hosts would have said “too bad”, but Daze took the kind initiative to give us an additional room for our 6’5 son! We really appreciated this gesture. As a result we all had a restful night’s sleep.

The room smelled like mold, and it was an ice box when we walked in (I think to cover the smell). The coffee was really bad at breakfast, and the options for lactose intolerant people was essentially oatmeal with water. I have low expectations for hotels in Louisiana so I guess it just met them.
