Also the festival that was on in the area took all the carparks on Saturday so was unable to park in the accommodation spots.

A lot of thought has gone into making it a pleasant place to stay and the cleanliness was up to an extremely good standard. Nothing we enjoyed our stay, staff were very friendly and helpful, whilst not always at the desk, very responsive to phone calls.

Comfortable beds. Supplied bathroom toiletries and adequate kitchen needs. We were thankful for the milk for a cuppa after a long drive. Quiet at night and great exterior lighting and parking. Only problem was we were given a first floor apartment. We had a lady with a disability who struggled with the stairs as there wasn’t a lift. My fault for not checking when I booked.

- Maureen (1/5): Unpleasant, because of mobility situation. - Bathroom tiles slippery when wet! Very dangerous especially for mobility problems. Shower with no support until completely in. Left handed assist bar for toilet, how many left handed people do you think will need accomodation? No reasonable chair to facilitate getting up or down. Safest thing for me was to stay in bed most of the time. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone with mobility issues. Safety matters addressed

They loved that the had their own room (bunk bed), and I just lived the whole spacious setup, that was relaxing and nicely equipped (loved the private courtyard) to rest between outings. Only the teeniest inconvenience was the shower head made for hand holding only. (Couldn't rest it to just shower under). I know its for folk who might need a shower chair, but I would have liked to be able to just have it sit stable, especially with kids. But as mentioned, its a tiny thing, when all else was brilliant!

Check in process was simple even without staff present, beautiful spacious room that felt secure and had nice creature comforts, fully functional kitchen with full fridge/freezer, and laundry in room. Everything needed for a short work stay. Conveniently located right next to supermarket, petrol station and food outlets. Only thing missing was I would have loved a small espresso / pod machine in room, but has coffee options within walking distance. Some noise from old pipes, and creaks and footsteps from upstairs but not too disruptive.
