Iluminación precaria, sin luces de lectura y 1 solo interruptor para apagar todas las luces de la habitación. El baño con falta de mantenimiento y poca presión de agua (inodoro). A una ventana se le salía un tarugo al gancho de la cortina. Deberían agregar alguna jarra para calentar agua en algún lugar del hotel. La TV antigua no permite compartir pantalla. Ojalá lo mejoren, de otro modo no volvería.

• OrjanaLico (5/5): It can be an option, not a great one - The location of the hotel is really good in central Palermo. - Facilities are quite simple, lots of noise coming from all sides (you can hear the elevator and every other noise from the room and balcony, the elevator makes a scary noise when in it, very small bathroom and no hangers, no common area to rest) - Cleanliness, both room and breakfast area are minimal (room was never swiped, dirty plates and cutlery and breakfast) - Staff came across bothered at all times (I was given very controversial information when asked for an invoice, and a negative and non collaborative answer)

• Pablo (3/5): - Mal servicio. La habitación estaba helada. No funcionaba la calefacción y el servicio no parececía saber cómo solucionarlo. LA atención y el personal no tenían información para resolver lo que no andaba.
• Kendall (9/5): Wonderful getaway - Great location for food places, quiet (no construction noise that we noticed was happening a lot around the city), breakfast was great, had a lovely selection of teas and you could request freshly cooked eggs. If you get a chance to meet the owner, Fred, he is a wonderful Frenchman who is happy to help and full of energy. Room: Full length mirror, wardrobe space, nice sized room, little make up mirror is a nice touch, bed is comfortable and the airconditioning works great. On the top floor is a roof top terrace with a pool (might need some cleaning). You could easily just stay up there and stare at the view it's lovely. Bed/top cover has some (questionable) stains and the shower water didn't drain but that will hopefully get fixed as we spoke to the lovely Fred about it.

Het ontbijt was niet super, de lift was heel gehorig naast de slaapkamer, de shampoo en zeep flessen in de douche waren op en het duurde lang voordat de kamer koel was door de airco.

Digamos que las fotos no reflejan fielmente la calidad del lugar o de los espacios. Aunque esto es una constante con los hoteles.

• Andy (1/5): Manager stole my money. - The manager did not return one night that was overcharged, he said he would - I called after 2 weeks not seeing it on my credit card, and he said it should just be a few more days - it's been over 1 month - no refund - he lied to me and he is not trustworthy. Willy - the manager was surprised when I called about the missing money - he seemed flustered, like he thought a far away tourist wouldn't follow up. He then told me to keep an eye on my credit card for the credit - it never showed - he had no intention of keeping his word. If you have problems, you'll know what kind of person you're dealing with.

El baño de la habitación no estaba limpio, había uñas del anterior huésped en el lavabo y no había gel de ducha. The room was kept spotless each day by the wonderful staff, the bed was super comfortable, and the room was nice and ambient. The owners are sophisticated, worldly and kind-hearted professionals. They run a great ship here. Breakfast each morning is fresh and made and presented with care. And you have the backdrop of a stylish interior with soothing music playing in the background. • Ralph (8/5): Great Location, Decent Hotel - Hotel is in a great location to wonderful restaurants and bars in BA, but the hotel staff were either really helpful or not helpful at all. Rooms are small but ample, nice big showers. That said, my friend who was staying in another room said he could hear every movement of the elevator from his room 24 hours a day, and he actually had to change rooms after one night.

• Fernando (7/5): Hermoso lugar. Mejorable. - La zona es perfecta. El desayuno 10 puntos. La terraza un sueño. Es un lugar hermoso y aesthetic para quedarse. Estaba confiado que había reservado con vista al frente y no fue así. La habitación que reservé estaba al lado del ascensor por lo que el ruido era constante además del ruido del motor del frigobar que fue muy molesto toda la noche. Cuando entramos a la habitación había un fuerte olor a humedad, pero con las ventanas abiertas se fue. El jabonero de la ducha no tenía jabón. El shampoo era Plusbelle. En fin. Creo que si hubiese elegido otra habitación la experiencia habría cambiado completamente, fue una decepción pero con responsabilidad propia por no haber reservado correctamente la habitación que quería, cosa que debería ser algo a mejorar de parte de Booking ya que confié en lo que vi en la página, creo que podrían ser mas claros sobre las características específicas de la habitación que uno adquiere.
