• Verified traveler (6/5): Não para familias, mas para jovens - Veja, o lugar não é exatamente bom. São bares noturnos de jovens da universidade. Nenhum é familiar. As 5:00 da manhã, quando fomos pegar o taxi, havia uma grande movimentação em frente ao predio, com muitas pessoas alcolizadas. Segundo o motorista de taxi, a cerveja é barata por lá. O prédio é antigo, mas é adequado a jovens que querem curtir a vida noturna. Sem problema, mas não pense em levar sua familia lá. É estranho. Também é um apto antigo. Não lembra a foto. O atendimento foi bom, a pessoa que nos recepcionou foi bem simpatica e não tenho reclamações aqui. Para a familia, o melhor é o bairro Lastarria.
• Jennifer (6/5): Excellent location but really just a crash pad - This location almost can’t be beat! Right near all the restaurants of Bellavista. Their service was also amazing and they have a 24 hour door man at the entrance of the apartments that are very nice and helpful. The room left a lot to be desired though and would give it a 2 (at the highest) for cleanliness. The bathroom was honestly gross and the shower & sink were both clogged and took a long time to drain, so standing in dirty water while you’re trying to get clean. The towels were stained, the TV did not work and the bed was not comfortable. Because of the location & service I’d give it a 3, but this property honesty should not be rented out as is and is not a “hotel”. Would not stay again.

El apt pequeño pero suficiente para la visita, limpio y bien equipado con buenas camas y almohadas. Lo que no me gusto fue el bullicio de noche, las toallas del apt demasiado viejas y necesitan limpiar un poco puertas y paredes

Las camas y almohadas muy comfortables. Lo que no me gusto fue que ciertas paredes y puertas un poco sucias, las toallas muy viejas y gastadas, hay ruido en la noche que te puede perturbar el sueño.
• NIVALDO (4/5): Férias Família - Trata-se de um apart em prédio residencial com serviços a desejar. Quartos bastante desgastados e com mal cheiro. Limpeza diária péssima. Não Obstante esses pontos negativos, o quarto é bastante grande com uma boa infra estrutura de geladeira, cook top, microondas e máquina de lavar e secar comunitária em local externo no prédio. Localização excelente. Precisam melhorar a manutenção dos quartos.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location, overall good place - The location is superb, it sits in the middle of where the action happens. It is close to a subway station, tons of restaurants and bars, parks, you name it. The apartment was comfy and spacious, equipped with all needed items. Bathroom seemed a bit unclean and had some stains in the tub that looked a bit nasty.

Localização excelente, perto de vários pontos turisticos, baladas, barzinhos. Quem tiver disposição, dá pra caminhar e conhecer vários pontos.

• Gerhard (6/5): Alles prima, aber auf Lage des Zimmers achten! - Gebäude gut, Wohnung gut, Umgebung gut., Personal nett . Preis in Ordnung. Leider erwischten wir ein Zimmer im 2. Stock direkt über der Einfahrt zur Tiefgarage; das Rolltor war sehr laut und ging natürlich bei jeder Einfahrt auf und zu. Das Fenster zum Balkon konnte man also nicht öffnen. Keine Klimaanlage, Sommer! Beim nächsten Mal wollen sie uns ein anderes Zimmer geben.

• Mark (10/5): Stay to recover from jetlag - This Aparthotel met our needs perfectly. It was well situated for saleable restaurants and market for self catering. Also good metro and bus links to the rest of Santiago. We will stay there again in 5 weeks on the way home.

• David & Eddie (8/5): Spacious Rooms in the Heart of Bellavista - Great room complete with kitchen, living, large closet, bathroom and electric heater. It's location is right in the heart of the barrio Bellavista. Easy walk to Cerro San Cristóbal, shopping, restaurants, bars, clubs, buses (micros) or the Baquedano Subway station. The only real downside for us had to do with two things. The maid service was poor and infrequent. We were asked how often we wanted it upon checkin and said every 2 days starting the next day. Next day, no maid came, but they did come the 2nd day (Monday) which was fine. When Wednesday came, however, nobody came. Same with Thursday. Finally we went to the front desk and they sent someone upmto change our towels. Bottom line, we ended up having two full make services during an 8 night stay. One time they forgot toilet paper, another time they forgot shampoo. Nothing that'll ruin a vacation, but a minor inconvenience over time. The other downside was the comfort of the furniture. The bed was heaven. We slept like the deed each night. But the couch is horribly uncomfortable as are the barchairs. We ended up using small pillows to put on the chairs to make it more tolerable. All in all, though, it was a fine place with good value and we would go back again.

O lugar ficar perto de tudo, da para ir a pé para muitos pontos turísticos, como Patio Bellavista, La Chascona, Parque, entre outros. Não tem café da manhã, mas você pode comprar nos supermercados na redondeza e fazer no Apartamento. As condições são muito boas e tem tudo que precisa para fazer um café da manhã, almoço ou jantar. Recomendamos!

• Olga (2/5): You could not pay me to stay there again - Not a good experience overall, very noisy all night long, balcony door not closing properly & could not be locked. Dirty floors, shower is not working properly, run down old furniture, looks nothing like the photos & to top it all dishonest staff. On the first day of arrival a coffee table collapsed at the slightest pressure put in it. When addressed an issue with staff I was told not to worry about it only to find out later that my partners credit card (she used it to pay for the room) was charged $200 USD on my last night knowing that I will be leaving early in the morning & will not have a chance to take it up with the management.

• Pui Yee (8/5): Clean tidy apartment. - The location was spot on. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and metro station. Id al for people that enjoys a drink at night but not ideal for young families as the music was pretty loud at night. They do not have facilities to leave your luggage overnight so if you are planning a short trip to Valpariaso or Vila del Mar, you will need to take all your luggage with you.

The room is well appointed with a kitchenette, lounge and separate bedroom / bathroom. It was the only place all around Sth America that provided a sink plug ! There is good shopping and eating close to the apartment. Although the evening crowd can be noisy, I found the apartment quiet at night.
• Melisa (10/5): - After spending 9 days hiking/camping in Torres del Paine, this adorable apartment was perfect for me. Comfortable bed, huge walk in closet, clean and modern kitchen/bathroom. It was actually more space than I needed but it was nice to sprawl out for a few days. I also took advantage of the pool and laundry facility. It is centrally located and close to a Metro station. The employee, Valentina, was very sweet and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice apartment close to many attractions. - The apartment was very comfortable, the pool area and grounds well kept and the gated 24 hr security was comforting. We did not have a car so this location was excellent as it's very near many attractions as well as the subway. The Patio Bellavista (right across the street) provided numerous dining options. Neruda's house and San Cristobal are within walking distance. The reception staff spoke English which was very helpful and gave us suggestions of things to do and directions to the subway nearest supermarket etc. I was surprised at the lack of English speakers in the restaurants, subways, museums etc. This neighborhood has a thriving nightlife. The late night bar/street scene was quite loud and raucous which did not appeal to my husband and I and the streets were littered with the remnants of too much partying. If you are interested in an active night life, this location would meet your needs.
• Kent (8/5): Great buy in Santiago - This is a GREAT value. These are apartments in a huge apartment unit. They are fully equipped, good sized, clean and very inexpensive. Very near LOTS of great restaurants and nightlife. I would Highly Recommend to anyone except for someone who is very noise conscious as the neighborhood is very noisy and there is nothing that can be done to quiet it down. A fabulous place to stay in Santiago!!! Not first class, but most definitely all-you-need if you are a "non-Ritz" tourist. Staff was helpful and very sweet, but are really office staff for the apartment block, not "hotel-staff". Maid service was very good.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Good party location but hard to sleep - Great location near nightlife but it has its issues. First, the windows are paper thin so you can hear the nearby music until after 5am. Second, the security guards speak no English at all and it was a struggle to find the rental office. So overall, if you plan on partying, it's a great location but if you're looking to catch some z's after a long day then it's not the right place for you.
• Daniel (8/5): Good apartment in fun district. - Great apartment in a fun district. Good security and agency representative. Couple maintainence issues. 4th floor garbage door needs repair. Shower head needs replacing in 409 Bed needs updating.
• gary (8/5): Very noisy location, but great staff. - Situated next to a university and beside a neighbourhood catering for young people and their exuberant lifestyle is great for the young, but allows little sleep for those of us over 70. The unit was small but with outstanding facilities = WiFi and kitchen. But best of all were the staff. They were a great help to us after we were robbed in the street (beware the pelican pooping on you from above scam), and when we required urgent dental treatment. They were able to find available dentists, provide interpretation services, and liaise appointment times and transport guidance.

• Angel (10/5): Great apartments in interesting location - Bellavista Apartments are actually in a student multi level building next to university in secure complex. The room have separate bedroom bathroom , living room and kitchen. Also balconies in both rooms The location is terrific with many bars and restaurants within few minutes walking. About a 10 minute walk to subway.
• Barry (10/5): excellent - simply put, I will never even consider staying anywhere else in Santiago anymore. Everything was great, great location for restaurants and nightlife, very clean and comfortable room and the staff was very accommodating and helpful. I had originally booked only one night and planned to travel on the next day, but my airline lost my bag so was forced to stay a couple nights more to wait for my things. I had a one bedroom apartment, but there were no more of these available so they let me upgrade to a 2 bedroom at no extra charge. The staff was the best part, they were so helpful with my situation. If I had only one problem with this place, it was I was too comfortable in my room, and maybe spent too much time relaxing in there than checking out the city.
• Alejandro (8/5): Good location, though can be loud at night - good basic apartment, very small as an apt, but spacious as a hotel room. Neighborhood is full of restaurants and pubs, so can be pretty loud at night as Chileans like to party late, apparently every night of the week. Couple of universities nearby so lots of young people around.

• Gareth (8/5): Great facility close to tourist sites - The staff is fabulous. Priscilla speaks English without a accent. The rooms are very clean. The apartment (which is what it really is) is spacious with lots of closet space (basically a walk-in). Dishes, etc. are provided along with stainless. The place is cleaned for free every day if you wish. We were given a courtesy 375 ml bottle of Chilean cabernet sauvignon along with some Toblerone chocolate. The place is just about 3 blocks from a nice zoo and also the funicular going up the hillside in the area giving a fabulous view of the whole city. Pio Nono, the street perpendicular to the hotel, has some lovely outdoor restaurants and cafes, and a block away is a new area called Bellavista Park with some great restaurants and shops at reasonable prices. The subway is only a 10 minute walk away. There is a great bakery a block up the street that parallels Pio Nono. We bought bread every norning (sold by weight) and pastries. They also have a number of different types of baclava. We had only two downsides to the hotel. One is that the bed mattress, though firm, did not give enough lumbar support. The office was surprised to hear this. Perhaps they will make some changes. If they did this I would definitely rate the with five stars. The other problem is that on party nights (two while we were there because of a holiday, but probably normally on Fridays there is noise until about 3:00 AM because of bars and clubs in the area. Normal nights were fine. Security is excellent.
• Mike & Ramona (10/5): Very modern appartment, great location - The appartment was amazing - we totally felt home and didn't want to leave. The appartment has everything you need and is modern, clean and just fun to hang around. The staff was super friendly and helpful - the office might be a bit tricky to find in the beginning, but the portiers can help out.
• Lesley (8/5): Great apartment in a great area - The apartments are very clean with a comfortable bed, plenty of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need. We stayed for 3 nights in Room 408B, overlooking the building next door rather than the pool area - we did not mind this as it meant we did not have the afternoon sun on the room and balcony as there is no air conditioning, although there is a fan in the bedroom,you can open the big sliding doors to cause a cross breeze. We loved the location in the heart of Bellavista, lots of bars and restaurants though getting off the main street we found some better priced with a more local flavour. For the price we paid Bellavista Apartments is a great central place to stay in Santiago and we would highly recommend it.

There are lots of restaurants of all prices close by. The apartments are new and well appointed. We had one overlooking the pool. It was nice to have breakfast on the balcony. The pool is freezing, but a five minute dip at the end of a hot day sight seeing was very welcome. Can't speak highly enough of the staff, incredibly helpful. We hope to stay agian at the end of our trip to Chile. A five star start to our holiday.
