• Ron (5/5): For the price you pay for a night, it’s a reasonable place to stay  - For $24 a night It’s reasonable for the hotel We had an incident in the morning breakfast when a plate fell from the counter and injured my girlfriend They charged us 100 ,000 idr for that plate I would say a place that is respecting itself would not do that

• WerewolfandFozzy (4/5): Gone down hill rapidly since August 2022 - The previous staff were great. The new staff not so. Paid extra for a decent room. Tried to put us in a small ground floor room facing the east brick wall. First time in 4 stays (64nights) that we've had to buy bug spray to kill baby cockroaches in the bathroom. Fridges still don't work, they’re older than our son, he’s 40! Javanese guests ignoring quiet signs at 2am! We’re still trying to work out if someone was trying to scratch their way through the wall from the next room when we were trying to sleep.

• Raqee (8/5): I only stayed one night at this hotel to recover from jet lag/travel exhaustion, but I couldn’t book an extra night - Calm, location I just arrived from the airport to the hotel. I entered the room to charge my phone, but the socket was different, so I couldn’t charge it. I went to reception for help, but they ignored me and told me to go to the markets. I went searching for an “adapter” but couldn’t find one. Then, a woman at a small shop lent me hers and said, ‘Don’t forget to return it.’ Small things like this, and the hotel couldn’t provide them? Is that even reasonable?

The pillows were very thin and it felt like we sleep without any pillows. They asked me for an extra charge to have 1 extra pillow. So we canceled it. Unlike any other NEO hotel in Denpasar, they did not ask for an extra charge to have an extra pillow.

I was about to extend the next day but I have to rethink again to stay. Even tho the staff was helpful to changed the room after I show the video for all of cockroaches and he did a call to check again. However, I still found the cockroaches. on the floor and TV. As I was very tired I told him to not move anymore as I will move the hotel tomorrow. Location is good only the cleanliness is the most important for me. Hope in the future the hotel could do a pest control treatment regularly.

Aircon worked perfectly Rooms definitely do need a refurbishment sometime soon as there are many signs of wear and tear. That being said I hope they keep the design and layout the same as generally they're really nice.

The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean and tidy, all the staff lovely. They also clean your room everyday which is so nice. Air conditioning worked very well Wifi was intermittent at times, like if you were connected it always worked but for me it would randomly disconnect me here and there

Onsite restaurant, room service Friendly Staff 24/7, airconditioning Buffet Breakfast was good, but should be noted, no "western food" in case guests are expecting that. The curtains in the room were ripped and old. Something easy to be fixed. Requested early check in, but was not accommodated. The window didn't open which is fine, but the view was a brick wall.

• Tamdiani (10/5): Good area place for family - Our family had a pleasant stay at Hotel Neo Kuta Jelantik. The hotel is located in Legian, close to many shops, restaurants, and just a short walk from the beach, which made it very convenient for our family outings. The staff was friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, though it felt a bit small for a family with kids. However, the beds were cozy, and we slept well. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool during the hot Bali days. We enjoyed the breakfast served at the hotel’s restaurant. There was a mix of local and Western dishes, though the variety could be improved for longer stays. The kids especially loved the pancakes. The hotel also has a small pool which was great for the kids to splash around in. It wasn’t very large but enough for some fun family time. Overall, Hotel Neo Kuta Jelantik provided good value for the price. It’s a great choice for families wanting a central location with basic comforts. If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with helpful staff and easy access to Bali’s attractions, this hotel is worth considering.

• Anass (10/5): Exceptional - I highly recommend this apartment! Mr shoaib, the manager, was very friendly, helpful, and always available to assist. The apartment is cozy, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary equipment provided including netflix and a washing machine. Its location is perfect, right in KLCC city center and very close to the Petronas Towers. The residence has two swimming pools, one on the rooftop and another on the 6th floor. Both pools were clean and not crowded during my stay. The rooftop pool, offers an incredible view of the Petronas Towers. Additionally, the lift service was quick unlike other aparthotels in Kuala Lumpur where waiting times can be long. - Everything was amazing except for the air conditionner that was a bit noisy but it's not that important. If i come back to KL Nothing

The blanket was stained and there were bugs (ants and roaches) in the room. Jacuzzi was underwhelming and keeping it at 37degC is basically letting it be an incubator for breeding microorganisms.

Two members of my group accidentally left their passports in the hotel and didn’t realise until they got to the airport. The manager himself drove them straight out to us and wanted nothing for it. Very close to Legian food court and seemed liked a good location (we had only booked it for the day to shower etc before our flight out).
