Le petit déjeuner vue sur tanger était très bon. La chambre très agréable et confortable. Rachid a toujours de bonne adresse à conseiller. On a vraiment passé un très bon moment et on reviendra sans hésiter. Choucrane beaucoup ♡

- khalid (10/5): Un des meilleurs Riads que nous ayons réservé au Maroc. - Adresse recommandée à 100% Magnifique Riad idéalement placé dans la médina. Propriétaire et personnel très sympathiques ,aux petits soins et toujours de bon conseil pour que le séjour soit parfait. Chambre avec salle de bain et WC très confortable, très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Tanger pour commencer la journée. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci encore à toute l’équipe du Riad Arous Chamel.

- Aitor (9/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE - Toda la estancia fue muy agradable gracias al personal del Riad. Preocupado en todo momento y facilitando todo lo que solicitamos. Localización increíble. Muy limpio. Habitaciones recién reformadas. Muy buen desayuno con vistas. 100% recomendable. El teléfono no estaba actualizado en Booking y nos costó poder contactar con el nuevo gestor del Riad, pero ya se lo comunicamos y se puso manos a la obra a solucionarlo.

Mais la gentillesse des habitants très aidants, ou du chauffeur de taxi qui n'hésite pas à porter votre valise (beaucoup trop lourde et volumineuse me concernant...). Décoration faite d'objets authentiques, petites chambres confortables avec salle de douche/WC parfaites, et surtout le toit terrasse pour de délicieux petits déjeuners, admirer la vue etc..Accueil très sympathique, je recommande !

- Rodson (10/5): Autêntico e adequado - Tivemos uma excelente experiência neste riad em Tânger. Como pontos positivos, destaco o café da manhã, que é farto e muito saboroso, com várias opções típicas. A decoração, muito característica do Marrocos, torna a estadia ainda mais especial e autêntica. Um dos pontos altos foi poder tomar café da manhã no terraço, com uma vista privilegiada da medina. Além disso, todos os funcionários foram extremamente amáveis e atenciosos durante toda a estadia. Fomos recebidos com um chá de boas-vindas pelo anfitrião e ainda recebemos um presente de recordação na despedida, o que mostra um cuidado diferenciado com os hóspedes. Como ponto a melhorar, apenas o fato de não haver elevador no riad, mas isso já está claramente informado na descrição, então não foi uma surpresa. No geral, recomendo fortemente e voltaria com certeza.

The host was excellent and having breakfast on the rooftop each morning was a fantastic way to start the dinner. The host even cooked us a traditional dinner one evening (this was extra) and it was a delicious meal as well. We felt like we had an authentic Moroccan experience staying in this Riad. - Paula (8/5): Es okay - La ubicación es espectacular. Cambiaron los colchones y los nuevos que han puesto son super cómodos. No hay una papelera en la habitación. El desayuno es SIEMPRE el mismo, el primer día impresiona, el segundo está bien, pero si estás mucho tiempo acaba aburriendo. No responden al chat de Booking, nuestro Check-in era tardío y cuando escribí para decir que nos retrasabamos incluso más por el chequeo de pasaportes, no respondían, en el momento lo pasas mal. No hay privacidad, se oye todo, si vas en pareja, ojito.

- Coletta (4/5): We do not recommend this riad! - Breakfast was lovely as was the guy who fixed it for us. The location was good. It smelled of mildew. We understand that it has rained alot this year. Nonetheless the place has potential but feels like it has come into a time of disrepair. We couldn’t shut the door to the bathroom, the bathroom ceiling of several of our rooms had visible mold. Yuck.The breakfast guy was very pleasant, otherwise not much in terms of customer service.

- Espinosa Mogollon (6/5): Se puede mejorar - La ubicación en plena medina hace la experiencia muy agradable y auténtica si es la primera vez que vas a explorar un ambiente como estos Si vas con un adulto mayor es riesgoso debido al número de escaleras que hay que subir para tomar el desayuno. Debería haber una baranda de agarre para evitar accidentes. El área del desayuno debería mejorar detalles de decoración para hacerlo más agradable. Es cierto que en la cultura marroquí el pan es esencial pero en este caso fue demasiado para mí gusto y no hubo nada de proteína. Además deben recordarle a los huéspedes evitar hacer ruido cuando lleguen al Riad, ya que las personas que se hospeden en la planta baja escuchan todo y dormir no se vuelve placentero

- Ingrid (7/5): Sehr freundliches Personal. - Die Dachterrasse ist wunderbar zum frühstücken. Im März ist es in den Zimmern sehr kalt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut aber es wäre etwas Abwechslung gefragt. Mein Zimmer musste ich upgraden da das Bad außerhalb und eine Etage tiefer war. Diese Information konnte ich aus der Beschreibung nicht entnehmen.

The Riad is right in the heart of medina, which is fantastic for exploring the Morrocan culture. As we were visiting during winter, the weather conditions were not ideal (quite heavy rain every day) - the historical Riads are not really built for this type of weather, so the whole building was a little cold.

- Núria (6/5): - Desayuno correcto y basico Las casas del zoco son todas muy humedas y es normal, estan mas preparadas para el calor que para el frio. Deberia haber una estufa en cada habitacion para secar la humedad y el templar frio y tambien ayudaria a deshacerse del olor a humedad/moho.

La habitación que nos tocó, para ir al baño teníamos que salir de la habitación y bajar unas escaleras, es cierto que el baño era privado, pero era un poco engorro cada vez que tenías que ir al baño. El chico que nos hizo el check-in poco comunicativo.

- Onze (8/5): Immersió a Tànger. - L'ambient enmig de la Medina i la bona ubicació per visitar espais d'interès. Molt bonica la terrassa amb un molt bon esmorzar típic marroquí. Bona ambientació a tot el riad. Costa d'oreintar-se per arribar al Riad.

Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse ist gut und die Jungs super freundlich. Ich wurde wortkarg begrüßt. Als ich mit Karte zahlen wollt, wurde der Betrag einfach um 12€ aufgerundet. Das Zimmer war ohne Bad (obwohl ich dies buchte). Dies Befand sich mit klemmender Tür auf dem Gang. Mir wurde versprochen, dass ich dies alleine nutze. Allerdings war dies nicht die Realität. Das Zimmer war manchmal nicht abschließbar, da die Tür klemmte und 1 Riegel am Fenster fehlte.

- Irma (1/5): - Cuando llegamos el lugar afuera muy sucio ... No tiene un cartel de hotel ni nada una puerta con llave. Nos dejaron dentro con puerta cerrada nadie salió a recibirnos estaba oscuro y solo.Con un olor horrible muebles viejos y sucios nada que ver con fotos. Luego una mujer se asomo de un tercer piso que algo dijo entre francés y árabe . Empezamos a llamar con un holaaaa aloooo y silencio total... Sentimos pánico pues no podíamos salir , ni sabíamos donde ir ( dos mujeres que no hablamos árabe). Luego aparece un hombre entrando con llave que fue la oportunidad literalmente para,escapar..Salimos tan asustadas que un gentil dueño fe local en medina nos ayudo nos calmó y nos ayudó a conseguir un buen alojamiento .Resultó ser fabuloso. No recomiendo en absoluto este alojamiento y lo considero peligroso. Lo único lamentable fue no poder pagarle al señor del taxi que se pagaba en hotel. Pero dejamos el impurte pendiente de taxi con el dueño de un local de prestigio y de confianza que los llamaría para,su retiró .200 DH. Tengan cuidado con los alojamientos Vean todos los comentarios este tiene muchos desfavorables pero desfasados Sucio viejo sin recepción peligroso
