(6/5): Kleine Mägel - Generell war ich mit der Unterkunft zufrieden, jedoch war die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet (z.B. viel zu wenig Besteck), die Kissen waren viel zu hoch und um auf Toilette zu gehen muss man seine Knie in die Dusche strecken weil diese so nah aneinander gebaut sind, dass es selbst für kleine Personen unmöglich ist sich normal hin zu setzen.

She tried to convince me that the fee is also shown in other sites like Trivago... no sense... no air conditioning in the rooms. No elevator. Summary: a ordinary flat full of rules and penalties. Boring.

• philippaglazer (10/5): We loved it! - Costa Ruja is close to the beach and Costa Smeralda beaches, it was clean, everything worked fine, there is wifi, the kitchen is well-stocked for self-catering purposes, it's convenient and the staff super helpful. Definitely hire a car, there is free parking onsite. We definitely recommend it and had a wonderful holiday staying here.

• Vladimír (4/5): Hotel pro trpaslíky ... - Při příjezdu po nás chtěli ještě 106 EUR za servis. S tím jsme nepočítali, cítil jsem to jako podraz a nelíbilo se nám to !!! Je to podstatná položka, která nebyla při porovnávání hotelů vůbec vidět. Změnila by zásadně pořadí. Bazén výborný. Lokalita také. Do sprchového koutu o rozměrech 60 x 55 cm jsem se skoro nevlezl a na WC jsem si sedal obkročmo, jelikož se tam nedala dát noha... Již bych si to nevybral.
• Q2016BGthomasc (4/5): A weary place - Well, where to start... this is a rather sad, aging hotel “resort” that really needs either a substantial makeover or just pulling down. The prices on the Costa Smeralda are high and that said, this is a cheap stay for the area. The people running the place are lovely and helpful but as they say, “you can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”. I’m sure it was great back in 1980. No aircon, dodgy wifi, tired fittings and decor in the rooms, the shower is barely big enough to get into, let alone turn around in. It’s just not up to even 3 star expectations really any more. The only thing that allows it to get away with its shabbiness is the location. Really, if you can’t/won’t shell out €200 a night, better off to keep going down to Olbia where you’ll get better value for money. Just drive to the beach and save your money.
• ditmar0 (4/5): Clean but not hospitable - Room is quite small but clean. Limited equipped tough. Not flexible in timings check-in and out. Its fine when you only use the appartment for sleeping. We have been waved goodbye by the cleaners with finito, basta 🤬after i asked if the kids could have a quick shower before final check out, 20 minutes before latest check out time.
• Blackbird (10/5): Comfortable apartment in excellent location - The apartment is decorated in a basic way, but definitely comfortable. A bit more kitchen equipment would have been useful, but since we only stayed a week we didn't really need to cook more than once. There is no AC, but the apartment stayed cool during the day and the fans help to ventilate so we slept excellently. The location of Costa Ruja is perfect if you want to explore the Costa Smeralda. There are plenty of gorgeous and quiet beaches less than a 15 min drive from the property. The pool isn't very big, but nice and refreshing after a long day outside and at the pool bar you can buy coffee, ice creams and other refreshments. I would definitely recommend this place.
• sciuro (8/5): Buon residence in costa smeralda - Appartamento bilocale spazioso,al nostro arrivo trovato pulito e profumato,avremmo gradito una TV un po’ più moderna e il Wi-Fi nella intera struttura ..nn solo alla reception..piscina di discrete dimensioni ma accettabile ..la signora alla reception molto disponibile ..comunque struttura consigliata!
• Kommissar (6/5): Nette Unterkunft oberhalb von der Marina Portisco - Das Hotel sollte ein paar Hundert Meter von der Marina entfernt sein, tatsächlich waren es 2,5 km. Es gab keinen Fußweg, so dass man an der viel befahrenen Straße laufen musste und es ging mächtig bergab bzw. zurück bergauf. Ein Shuttle-Service fuhr zwar zum Strand, aber nicht zur Marina. Am 22.9. war bereits die Nachsaison eingeläutet, deshalb waren Bar und Restaurant geschlossen. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und verfügen sogar über eine kleine Küchenzeile. Die Aufteilung/Einrichtung des Bades erstaunte uns ... es gab eine Dusche (60x60 cm) mit Duschtür, durch die ich (90 kg) kaum durchkam. Zwischen Dusche und Wand eingeklemmt war das WC. Selbst mit viel gutem Willen und Geschicklichkeit, war es nicht möglich dort "einzuparken". Ein Bidet stand relativ zugänglich gegenüber dem Waschbecken. Fazit: Wir waren nur eine Nacht dort und dafür war es OK, einen Urlaub würde ich dort hauptsächlich wegen des Bades nicht verbringen wollen.
• amandalS7269CT (10/5): Perfect situation for relaxing holiday. - We had a fabulous time in a beautiful part of Sardinia. Amazing friendly staff who were always on hand if you needed any help or advice about the local area. Accommodation was adequate and clean we stayed for two weeks and we were very comfortable. A great base to explore the local area.
• Pedi (8/5): Nette Anlage an einem Berghang ca. 2,5km z. Strand - Leider sind die Apartments zu hellhörig! Wenn das Wasser im Küchenbereich beim Nachbarn läuft ist es sehr deutlich zu hören. Das Geschiebe der Stühle und Tische gehört zum täglichen Ablauf (zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit), keine Ahnung ob da die Betten (Schlafsofas) gebaut werden. Die Nachbarn nehmen keine Rücksicht, egal wie früh oder spät es ist (kann die Anlage nichts für, allerdings sollte man vlt. ausdrücklich darauf hinweisen, dass man zu gewissen Zeiten Rücksicht nehmen sollte). Sehr einfache Ausstattung, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster, kein Wasserkocher, keine Parabol-Antenne (kein deutsches Fernsehen). Wahrscheinlich entspricht die Ausstattung im Innenbereich mehr den Vorlieben italienischer Touristen. Kein Mobiliar für den Balkon vorhanden. Zu hohe Pauschale für Strom und Wasser, pro Person und Tag 10 €. Das ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Umgerechnet wären es statt 40 € dann 60 € pro Tag für die Unterkunft, was für die Ausstattung einfach zu hoch ist. Den Poolbereich haben wir nicht genutzt, sah aber alles ordentlich aus. Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Abreise bei nicht besetzter Rezeption. Die Anlage selber ist sehr schön angelegt und hat einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Schöner Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung. PKW empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Strände und Badebuchten, nette Orte in der Umgebung, allerdings nicht unbedingt fußläufig.

• V5634RNstevenl (2/5): 200 euros - As soon as they asked for an extra 200 euros on arrival I knew it was a mistake going there. The obsession with money in Sardinia is the worst I've seen. Everything is overpriced , compared to my normal holidays in the Greek islands it was rubbish. Didn't like anything there. Food was poor and expensive. Basically hated the place. Love holidays got me the 200 euros surcharge back, they were excellent. Basically a wasted holiday. This year went to Corfu, San Stefano, absolutely awesome!!
• ALEX (2/5): Great location. Worst rental ever - This place is the worst rip-off ever. It calls itself a resort but it is not at all. Just a tired Demby old apartment complex. When you arrive after you've already paid to stay there they charge you a $10 per person per day fee to actually use the facilities which is a ice cold pool and a tennis court. It is also supposed to include free WiFi but the WiFi is only at the reception area and did not work for most clients including us. There is no AC in the unit. There was no soap and no shampoo and we were told that's normal we are expected to go buy it ourselves. The TV was a tiny Old Tube type not flat screen and the remote was held together by electrical tape and there were only four channels. We were not given soap or sponges to clean dishes all the way were told that if we left dirty dishes they would be extra fee. We rented a one bedroom with a pull out sofa bed in the living room but when we arrived it was just a normal sofa. We were told it would be an extra fee to put bedding on the couch mind you we were not given a sofa bed although we paid for one. The shower was the smallest we've seen in three months of travel in Italy and when the doors were slid open the opening was barely more than the length of a toothbrush. We noticed most of the clients were from Russia and Eastern Europe and maybe tell them this is Resort living but no one from a western civilization country would consider this acceptable accommodations. Ignore the price and stay away from this place
• Raquel (4/5): Cuidado con los cargos adicionales que te cobran - El hotel en sí está muy bien, el problema viene cuando uno llega y se encuentra que por una habitación de 60 euros te van a cobrar 30 euros más en concepto de consumos, como??????, es decir, te cobran 10 euros por persona en concepto de consumos que es lo que nos dijeron. Tener que pagar un 50% más del coste total del hotel no es de buen gusto, puesto que igual hubiera elegido otro hotel en vez de este si hubiera tenido toda la información disponible
• Verified traveler (4/5): Velg et annet hotell.... - Helt utrolig dårlig hotell, om man kan kalle det et hotell. Hele oppholdet starter med en krangel. Ja, vi visste det ville komme tillegspris. Men EUR 160 for elektrisitet, laken og håndklær for én uke? Latterlig. Rommene var ikke speiselt fine heller. Men fasaden var fin. Vi var så misfornøyd at vi dro til øygruppen "La Maddalena" en time nord, og bodde der et par netter. Utrolig fint sted og hyggelige folk.

• massimo (6/5): Ottima posizione ma mal gestito - manca aria condizionata, per cui si soffre nelle giornate calde la cucina, con fornelli elettrici, ha una potenza tale che non consente di poter cucinare doccia sacrificata (troppo piccola) la distanza dalla spiaggia comporta l'uso della navetta che risulta essere un mezzo vecchio e maltenuto
• stephenbX5324ZK (4/5): Hidden charges - I'm currently in the place. The view is amazing and the pool and accompanying bar are adequate. My bone of contention is that they charge €10 per day per person. It is clearly stated in the terms and conditions that the only additional charges are local tourist tax and if you require a baby bed. I've spoken with my neighbours who are Italian and have been hit with the same. After 4 days here my room has not been touched as far as cleaning which begs the question of where this mysterious €10 goes, ESPECIALLY as I'm here for 11 days

• Mardefons (8/5): Bonito complejo de apartamentos cercano a las play - La estancia fue satisfactoria porque los apartamentos son cómodos y disponen de lo básico para comer y cocinar, las camas son correctas y la limpieza impoluta. El complejo de apartamentos está bien cuidado y además ofrece instalaciones de entretenimiento (piscina, pin pin, tenis, parque infantil y bar). Se aparca en las inmediaciones y existe un servicio gratuito de traslado a la playa Rena Bianca , que es la más cercana. Gianfranco y Anna nos ayudaron en todo lo que nos hizo falta. Les agradecemos su amabilidad y buena disposición. La parte negativa, que también la tiene, es que algunos apartamentos están muy altos y no hay ascensor . Faltan algunos utensilios en la cocina ; hubiera deseado un microondas y una tostadora. También podía mejorar si ofreciera servicio de lavandería o tuvieran una lavadora . En conclusión lo recomiendo por ubicación, limpieza, por el personal y las vistas. En relación calidad/precio me parece adecuado salvo lo que se paga como tarjeta club que deberían incluirlo en el precio ya que no es opcional ( luz, agua, sábanas y toallas, más uso de instalaciones).
• Jasper (4/5): Zeer onaangenaam verblijf - Bij aankomst werd er ons verteld dat we naast het betaalde bedrag nog €10/dag/persoon moesten betalen als service. Helaas hebben we geen service gezien: - we kregen een stinkende kamer - Badhanddoeken waren versleten en sommige bevatte gaten - Geen schoonmaak kamer en geen verversing handdoeken - Versleten matras - Ventilator die heel veel lawaai maakt - Bot mes kon onmogelijk vervangen of geslepen worden volgens de receptie. - Veel te kleine badkamer: douche amper 50 cm op 50 cm, wc ertegen waardoor je niet op het toilet kon gaan. Zeer onaangenaam verblijf!
• Maiken (6/5): Ok, men vær opmærksom på gebyr - Dejligt område, fint hotel, men meget dyrt med extra gebyret på 75kr Per person Per dag- også børn er der gebyr på 75 kr Per dag!!. Dyrt og ikke noget man får noget særligt for. Du skal stadig selv holde rent, gå ud med skrald, selv medbringe opvaske grej mm. Så ved egentlig ikke hvad det gebyr dækker over.

• sylzz (4/5): Slechte accommodatie! - Vreselijke accomodatie. Wanneer je in het hotel aankomt, moet je 10 euro per persoon per dag betalen voor een zogenaamde clubkaart. Wat krijg je ervoor, niks. Het enigste mooie is het uitzicht als je richting de zee uitkijkt. Je krijgt geen verse handdoeken. Wij hebben 10 dagen met dezelfde handdoeken moeten doen en de laatste 2 kregen we nieuwe. Wilde we eerder nieuwe handdoeken dan moesten we 5 euro extra per persoon betalen. Er wordt niet gepoestst, bij einde ben je verplicht te poetsen. In 1 woord vreselijk....
• neil992017 (4/5): Beware when booking this hotel, especially through Easyjet - This was a nice resort and hotel and my 3 children and I had a nice holiday. However you don't find out until after you have made your payment and then in such a fleeting message about a "surcharge" that I missed it ( and still not convinced it was there - but a stroppy Easyjet customer service rep on the phone told me it had been there) so when you arrive there is a major shock, the hotel charges you £10 per head per night for gas, electricity, linen etc (even though there is no gas) this meant that on arrival I had to pay £280 extra for my holiday, the full price of the holiday including flights with Easyjet was only £1,300 (in mid July - school holidays) so this represents more than the price you pay on initial booking for the accommodation. There are no facilities here other than the pool, which was normally empty, there is an infrequent shuttle to the local beach (but you can walk in 15/20 minutes). There is no bar, no food/shop, no WiFi. Don't contemplate going to this hotel unless you hire a car because you won't be able to eat, drink, shop or find a beach: having said that this is such a beautiful area that a car enables you to explore the many gorgeous beaches and countryside so you should definitely hire a car. As we had a car we had a lovely time, the rooms were adequate, clean, reasonably well equipped, we spent very little time in the hotel as the facilities were so sparse. The "surcharge" left a very bitter taste in the mouth and I firmly blame Easyjet for not making this clear - why don't they just add it to the cost of the holiday so you can compare costs with other hotels, I guess it's Easyjet's way to trick people into thinking they are low cost when the extra's all add up to a more expensive trip than comparable, more reputable companies.
• 44kates44 (8/5): Wonderful hotel but make sure you have a car! - My Mother and I came here in September it was a wonderful place with amazing views and the apartment was lovely however the only issue was that it had a lot of steps which was hard for my Mother and it was not advertised that it was 3 miles from the nearest town, which made it difficult to get around as we didn't hire a car and couldn't as I don't drive and Mum had not brought her driving licence. However the pool was amazing and there were buses to Olbia and other areas and a shuttle bus to the beach.

• NIGEL (4/5): Ok for the price - The property was not in great condition, with skirting hanging off the wall/door frame and part of the shower fitting hanging off. They were quick to fix these things when we brought them up, but I was surprised they'd not been noticed before our arrival. There was a lovely balcony, but it was nearly useless to us because the minute you stepped out (with or without food or drink) the wasps arrived, apparently there was nothing the hotel could do about this problem. Although we fully understood the 'service charge' on booking it seemed like a weird add on as they explained it covered the cost of utilities and fresh linen (left in a bag outside your apartment for you to change) once in the week....pretty standard inclusions everywhere else we've ever been. The staff were all nice enough, although 1 lady was a bit abrupt, but I expect it was more cultural/lost in translation than rudeness. It was a great base to explore all of the lovely beaches nearby. If the rooms had Wi-Fi we might consider going again at the right price. This is definitely a budget option.

When we made the booking we were not informed that we had to pay €10,- per person and per day extra! This is way too much! The appartement was a bit old which made the value for money out of proportion.
• nadia (8/5): vacanza in famiglia - Abbiamo soggiornato dall 8 all 11 settembre. Il mare è a circa 800mt, 400 da fare in macchina e altrettanti a piedi. La spiaggia Rena Bianca è stupenda e perfetta per chi ha bambini. Il personale è gentilissimo e gli appartamenti sono perfettamente in stile sardo. Consigliatissimo! Se poi volete aggiungere un serata indimenticabile andate a mangiare ad Arzachena (che dista a cica 15 km dal resort) al ristorante Il Vecchio Mulino.. Si mangia da Dio e i prezzi sono assolutamente accessibili.

• Luisa (8/5): Residence nel verde poco distante dalla spiaggia - La posizione del residence è molto buona poiché è posizionato su un dislivello montuoso nel verde e su gradoni con vista mare credo da quasi tutti gli appartamenti, con terrazzo o spazio verde sul fronte a piano terra. Sotto a pochi passi o con servizio di navetta c'è la bella spiaggia di Rena Bianca, inoltre è centrale per raggiungere facilmente tutte le diverse parti della Costa Smeralda. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
• jjgzabala (4/5): It should not call itself a hotel - After an inconvenient incident that kept us from continuing our trip by boat on the smeralda coast we had no choice but to find a hotel on one of the busiest weeks of the year from one day to the other. We found cost ruja through booking and it was listed as a hotel, let me be very clear about this, it is in no way a hotel. No hotel service, rooms smell terrible, no restaurant, no A/C, no food, it is far from everywhere so you better rent a car and on top rooms are ugly and give you an unclean feel. Don't let your self be tricked into booking this residence as a hotel.
• Bine (6/5): Ruhig gelegene Apartmentanlage - Wir waren im July 2016 das erste Mal auf Sardinien und fanden es wunderschön. Die Residence Costa Ruja liegt an der Costa Smeralda auf einem Berg mit herlichem Ausblick auf das Meer und Porto Rotondo. Wer allerdings Strand, Läden, Restaurants und Nachtclubs gerne direkt vor der Tür hat, ist hier fehl am Platz. Ein Aufenthalt in der Residence Costa Ruja ohne Auto ist vor allem mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Die Anlage macht von außen einen guten Eindruck und ist sauber. Auch das Apartment ist sauber und es ist eigentlich alles vorhanden was man benötigt (sogar ein Wäscheständer). Schade ist allerdings die (zumindest in unserem Apartment) lieblose Einrichtung. Der angeprießene Pool, für welchen man auch noch zahlt (Gebühr in der Club Card enthalten) lädt absolut nicht dazu ein, das man sich dort niederlässt und schwimmt (kleiner rechteckiger Pool). Alles in allem aber für Leute wie uns, welche das Apartment nur zum Duschen, Schlafen, Frühstücken nutzen, gerne ruhige Abende/Nächte auf der Terasse verbringen und ansonsten den ganzen Tag unterwegs sind absolut zu empfehlen.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Vacanze 16 - Die Residence Costa Ruja liegt etwas abgelegen. Die Zufahrtsstrasse ist teilweise eine staubige Naturstrasse, welche nur von Olbia her beschriftet ist und daher schwer zu finden ist. Die Anlage selber wirkt jedoch sauber und freundlich. Leider sind die Apartement relativ schlecht ausgerüstet. Es hat zwar einen Balkon mit Blick auf's Meer - aber darauf hat es weder Stühle noch einen Tisch. Will man dort sitzen, muss man alles von der Küche auf den Balkon hinausschleppen. Auch die Küche selber ist äusserst sparsam eingerichtet. So hat es z.B. bloss Wassergläser, aber keine Weingläser etc. Die Pfannen sind sehr alt und ausgekratzt. Mit einer Familie würde ich niemals dorthin gehen, da 2 Personen im Küche/Wohnzimmer auf einem Auszugsbett schlafen müssen, welches tagsüber stets wieder zusammengeschoben werden muss. Die Unterkunft eignet sich eher für 2 Personen, welche tagsüber Ausflüge machen und nur abends hier übernachten. Leider gibt es bloss bei der Reception eine WiFi-Verbindung - im Zimmer selber gibt es nichts, auch ein Fernseher fehlt! Das Hotelpersonal ist jedoch freundlich und die Reception ist lange geöffnet.
• Eugene (6/5): Appartement met servicekosten - 2 nachten om de omgeving van costa smeralda te verkennen. Kamer ok en compleet. Nadeel bijkomende servicekosten terwijl kamer niet wordt schoongemaakt en geen nieuwe handdoeken.
• Carol (6/5): I PAID FOR ElECTRICITY !!!! - It was nice however the hidden fee for $10.00 per DAY, per PERSON, for LIGHTS, pool use, and tennis fee, and cleaning the apartment, we don't play tennise It was ridiculous and 1 bath towel each for the 6 days NO MAID sv. and a $30.00 charge EXtra, if you don't leave you room clean was deceiving because you just paid the new hidden fee upfront when you arrived cause you had to clean it anyway. Also being woken up in the middle night smelling sewage was unbelievable . They also have a garbage problem with pile high trash that needs to be picked up. So when you book this place and pay you end up paying much more than anticipated .
• Bure8 (8/5): Great residence in quiet location - This residence is really beautiful, with nice view and compared to other hotels/residence around also for good price. Among facilities that can be used are swimming pool, tennis court, bar,etc. Free wifi can be used by the reception (not in the rooms, especially if your room is located far from reception). No problem with parking, there is also shuttle bus to the nearest beach. Restaurants, beaches and shops in the surrounding are reachable by car. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. On the other hand, location itself is not perfect. If you are looking for some quiet place far from crowdy places, this residence can be recommended. If you are looking for some accomodation where everything is reachable by walk and if you like night walks with possible stops in bars/restaurants - I would recommend to search for different accomodation.
• Thomas (10/5): Trevligt - Trevligt Lägenhetskomplex. Man bor ostört med egen liten altan. Bra utrustat kök. Rimligt pris. Supergod frukost (eftersom vi lagade den själva :) ). Mycket nära flera fina stränder. Bil dock ett måste.

• 988alexanderf (10/5): Great base for exploring - I stayed at Costa Ruja with a friend for one week in September 2015. I can highly recommend this place as a base for exploring costa Smeralda and surroundings. Location is great, 5 min away from one of the nicest beaches we saw in all of our 2 weeks. The reception staff is super friendly, and really deserves a big praise for always treating customers with a smile and offering a solution to every issue the guests might have, we thank you for making our stay a true joy!

• B (6/5): Hotel für Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit, Familienhotel - Das Hotel liegt abseits. Bietet aber keine Restauration (ausser einer kleinen Poolbar) oder Shuttel zum 2km entfernten Portisco. Ohne eigenes Fahzeug nicht zu empfehlen. Der nahe Strand ist sehr beliebt und entsprechend voll. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
• Huncutka8 (6/5): Good but... - The residence itself is pretty nice , also equipped with a pool and a pool bar (which unfortunately is not always open in the hours he reception indicates). The apartment itself was equipped with a kitchenette and living room, bedroom and bathroom. Generally we had to clean before using the place as it was not 100% clean but it goes. Position quite isolated but we knew and were prepared. By car you can reach the most beautiful beaches of Costa Smeralda. In front of the residence there is also a wonderful beach with amenities but no activities to
• Verified traveler (8/5): Ruhige Lage mit schönem Ausblick - Wir sind als Paar in einem Appartement mit Merrblick 2 Wochen im Juni dort gewesen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider stand im Kleingedruckten von Expedia dass wir pro Tag noch 10 EUr Clubgebühr dierekt an das Hotel zahlen müssen. Dafür gab konnten wir den Pool nutzen und durften den shuttle zum Strand nutzen und hätten den Tennisplatz nutzen können und durften einmal in der Woche selber (!) unsere Betten abziehen und die Handtücher nehmen und zur Rezeption bringen und haben ein im Tausch ein neues Paket mit Handtüchern und Laken bekommen. So was kannte ich bis dato noch nicht. Alsi es gab kein room service und wir mussten selber putzen. Fand ich aber nicht schlimm, hat mich nur verwundert. Ein weitere negativer Punkt waren die unglaublich schlechten Matratzen, so dass wir jeden morgen mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht sind. Und die Küchenausstattung war auch eher mäßig. Die Töpfe waren zu groß für die kleinen Platten und die Pfannen zerkratzt. Wasserkocher und Toaster gab es leider auch nicht. War aber insgesamt alles Ok und für Preis Leistung eigentlich auch. Vielleicht sind zwei Wochen ein bißchen zu lang an dem Ort. Wir hatten ein Auto dass man auch braucht um Essen zu gehen oder einzukaufen und zum Strand zu fahren. Besser wären 4 Tage dort gewesen und dann weiter entlang der Küste an einen anderen Ort, wieder vier Tage und dann so weiter, so hätte man die schöne Insel besser kennengelernt, die Distanzen doch ganz schön groß.
• Linda (8/5): Bedre end forventet/Better than expected - Virkelig dejlige lejligheder i et smukt område, go beliggenhed. God hjælp fra personale og dejlig pool. Havde ikke set, at de tog 10€ Per person Per dag for el, pool, bus til strand osv, så det var en sur ekstra udgift. Køkkenredskaber var meget sølle. Really Nice apartment in great area. Good service. They charge 10€ Per person Per day ekstra! Kitchen fascilities are poor.
• Ahlame (2/5): Horrible - Nul de chez nul Vraiment Sans commentaire C'etait l'erreur qu'on a fait L'accueil est nul, la dame qui nous ralle dessus parce qu'on est arrivé vers 23h L'hotel était caché l'adresse n'existe pas sur le gps 3 heures de galere pour trouver l'hotel qui est une résidence C'est trop salle mais incroyable, ca pu la salleté de partout on a haérer l'appart pendant 2h et on sent tjrs la saleté une salle nuit C'est mm pas un hotel Pas de wifi pas de petit dej La femme nous demande 10 euros pour chacune par nuit chose qui n'etait pas marqué dans les conditions C'est trop vieux Le check out a 10h Bref C'est pourri a ne surtout pas faire

• Samuel (8/5): Great view - the view of the bay is great, we stayed here in an apartment only one night, we didn't use the pool or the bar, the bed was squeaking, very hard to sleep, no air conditioning but it wasn't a problem as it wasn't that hot. We needed t o pay additional fees at the hotel ( we booked through hotels.com ).
• jojo7511070 (4/5): Never again!! - The place is localized really far from everything,I was expecting a bit more from a place which is localized in such a nice surroundings.They provide a transport to the beach but if u want to walk it is really far from the hotel. But the biggest problem is the stuff, especially the lady from the reception desk. Really rude, didnt get almost any help from her, tried to rip us off a couple of times.I absolutelly not suggest to go to this place if this person still works there.
• kabolko (8/5): stunning views - stunning views, clean rooms, small but nice pool, no washing machine, there is a nice beach near the hotel. Very quiet and pleasant surrounding. Good parking. Pleasant staff.It is better to have a car, there are many places to visit in this area. Better ask for a room with a view, worth it.

• 16MikeP16 (10/5): Fantastic - Looks like the english language reviews of this place are out of date... The staff (especially Marinella and the other lady on reception) spoke excellent english and were extremely helpful, considering Mrs P and I had selected the wrong dates and turned up 2 weeks early [also thanks to booking.com for not screwing us over on that score]. The 'club card' mentioned by others no longer seems to exist - we weren't charged for using the pool (small but fine for cooling off). The loud music/karaoke also seems to be a thing of the past - it was very tranquil. The apartment itself was nice enough, stunning view from the balcony. As others have mentioned, this is best for those with some transport at their disposal, as it's a couple of KM to Portisco marina - a wonderfully picturesque spot, BTW. [Side note, Costa Ruja shows up on some internet maps as being in Olbia, but in fact is further north on the Costa Smeralda]. Overall we thought it was a fantastic place to stay - very reasonable considering this is in such a prime part of Sardinia.
• Oliwie (8/5): Beautiful place - Clean room, quite well equiped , beautifull view from balcony. Friendly staff with poor English. 10 minutes to walk to the beach. Very good prices in September, we paid about 120 Euro per person for 10 nights. The only diasdvantage is club card - you must pay 35 EU extra for using swimming poll (quite small), shuttle bus, and tennis court (that was fun) Car is a must here as nearest shop is far away, I didnt notice any bus stop nearby. There are plenty of gorgeous beaches around. Tips for trips - Santa Teresa di Gallura, Golfo Aranci, San Teodoro, Porto San Paolo, Grotta di Nettuno (1 hour by car).
• Paku_lombardy (6/5): Nice place, poor service - The resort is quite new, situated up-hills; our appartment was situated at the last level - steepy stairs are not adapted for eldery people. The rooms are clean, nice view to sea-side from the balcony. The declared 4 stars are defenitely not justified. The pool is very small and is not so clean. The beach (not belonging to the resort) is very nice (well equipped) about 1 km far. The shuttle bus (an old mini-van) runs only twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon. The place is not very well connected - no bus stops nearby - you have to have a car. The location is quite far from the village. To buy food you need to drive for about 20 minutes to the nearest grocery. The worst thing was the entertaiment service at the pool - very noisy and bothering. The loud music of karaoke makes impossible to fall asleep. We asked several times to make the music lower, but without any success.
