- Bilral (10/5): Wonderful Easter Weekend Stay at Palazzo Parigi - We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Parigi for the Easter Weekend. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy since everything was already prepared. The architecture of the hotel is as shown on the photos, indeed amazing. The room had all amenities and was spacious and comfortable with a great view over the city. We had dinner at the gourmet restaurant. The quality of the food was great and the restaurant interior stunning. The luxurious spa exceeded our expectations. Beautiful and quiet, yet spacious and equipped with a big pool, whirl pool, steam bath, sauna and couches both inside the building as well as outside on the balcony with a view onto the beautiful garden. We enjoyed a sumptuous breakfast with a big choice of products beautifully decorated on the buffet. From the Concierge desk Paolo and Andrea were very helpful in arranging and advising on various activities in Milano. This help is much appreciated. All in all a wonderful stay! The only two points that might be considered to be improved are: a) Hotel Wifi often seemed to be not stable with frequent interruptions. b) Valet parking fee of EUR 75 per day even for Milan standards seems to be at the higher end and I would expect this fee to be displayed on the hotel website transparently.
- Phil3a5F0gg (10/5): Solid five star experience - A very nice hotel and an excellent choice for a five-star experience in Milano. The location is perfect, close enough to major sites but still in a calm corner. Friendly, fast and professional check in, beautiful quiet rooms (we stayed in two junior suites, basically large corner rooms) with balconies and all functions you could ask for. All public areas felt well kept and clean, SPA area was very nicely designed and when we were there we were completely alone which made it feel extra luxurious. Breakfast was very good and the bar is beautiful and very classy. In terms of service everyone was friendly and professional, and we would especially like to mention head concierge Federico who gave excellent tips on places to visit and where to eat and is a really charming guy. We are quite spoiled when it comes to hotels, but this is a place we would be very happy to return to.

We spend a couple of summer months in La Morra each yr. plus take the small trip from Ripon, Yorkshire to Milan. Regularly. We’ve used PP for just over 12 months. And the staff and team make this beautiful hotel ‘Best in Set’ for Milan. Whilst we get tempted by the other high quality hotel properties in central Milan and have tried 1 or 2 BUT at the end of the day it’s the staff that make a hospitality business. The cook, the cleaner, the doorman greeting, the reception desks of the restaurant, of the Spa, of the Hotel Reception, the concierge. Etc. then the housekeeper, the room service waiter etc looking happy, welcoming and warm. brilliant. John

To charge 75 (seventyfive) Euros for Parking per day is a outrageous, it is a rip-off. It means no room for tips for anybody helping at check-in and check-out.

- shebag2024 (10/5): A Great Stay - We chose the hotel due to its location , and our stay at this Milanese hotel was exceptional .Starting at the checkin desk ,to the room with a lovely balcony and the gorgeous interior and decor the hotel was top notch .The breakfast buffet had innumerable diverse options which were fresh and delicious .We ate dinner twice and both times the dishes were authentic and made to perfection .The spa is beautiful ,,offering a multitude of treatments and the massage I had was one of the best in my experience thanks to Ms Jada . The icing on the cake is the outstanding staff at this hotel .

The location is convenient to major tourist attractions and great shopping (although most of the unique, non chain stores were closed as we were there during August vacation-my mistake...duh!) The name of the property is ironic because the "spa" was closed for the entire stay. How do you shutdown the signature feature of the hotel? Big miss. The concierge was very helpful, but their dinner recommendation was our worst meal in our 10 day Italy stay. The "Stendhal" was a tasteless tourist trap

I love the bar, restaurant and breakfast courtyards. Not to mention the outstanding pool and spa facilities and exercise areas. They are outstanding! I feel so at home when I walk through the door of this wonderful hotel and so happy to be back in Milan. Thank you to the staff and management for having such a high standard of service and attention to details. I will always return!

- nanobeez (8/5): Beautiful hotel - My husband and I stayed at PALAZZO PARIGI for three nights. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. My favorite part of this hotel was the elegant dinning room where the cafe and bar are. They serve the best cappuccino in all of Milan! Breakfast served in the conservatory overlooking the garden was delicious as well. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 star is the location. It is a few minutes walk to the shopping area but there is no cafe or shopping street nearby. You feel like the hotel is not central.

- geoffmC8643DW (2/5): Beautiful Property Marred by Poor Front Office Service - We stayed at Palazzo Parigi in March 2025 to celebrate my birthday with friends and family. While the hotel itself is undeniably elegant and well-appointed, our experience was significantly tarnished by the unprofessional conduct and dismissive attitudes of the front office staff. Upon arrival, after a long and exhausting flight, we expected a warm and seamless check-in process. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite. The front office mishandled our reservation and did not offer any form of apology or acknowledgment of their error. The staff repeatedly questioned us regarding who was responsible for settling the bill, despite clearly stating multiple times that all charges would be under one account. The implication felt like a subtle accusation, as if they doubted our ability or willingness to pay. Additionally, the staff inaccurately associated our party with another group of Asian guests checking in simultaneously, creating unnecessary confusion. When clarifying that our party consisted of ten people, the front office personnel condescendingly remarked, "You don't look like you're just ten people," further implying distrust and discomfort on their part. This was both insulting and offensive. Moreover, they persisted in attempting to charge us an extra person fee, despite our reservation explicitly covering ten guests. This insistence bordered on harassment and significantly marred our initial impression of the hotel. Adding to our frustrations, when being escorted to our rooms, a staff member singled me out, incorrectly claiming that I had received all the room keys before ensuring all rooms had been properly checked in. This not only caused annoyance within our group but further exemplified the disorganization and rudeness we encountered throughout our stay. Lastly, it has been over a week since our stay, and my loyalty points have yet to be credited—a disappointing oversight from an establishment of this caliber. In summary, despite the hotel's beauty and facilities, our overall experience at Palazzo Parigi was deeply affected by inappropriate, dismissive, and borderline racist interactions with front office staff. Given the significant flaws in service and hospitality, I cannot recommend this hotel nor consider returning in the future.

- A711N (10/5): The best hotel in Milan - This review is way over due. My husband and I stayed in Milan for 8 incredible nights in March of 2023 for the first time after years. We were visiting Milan and connecting with some friends as well. The hotel is beautiful and you truly feel you are in a small palace. The attention to details, flowers and the decoration are all beautiful. The grounds are so beautiful and every room and area in the hotel has it's own charm. The service in the hotel is flawless, the staff go above and beyond to make you feel taking care of. Daniele Redolfi, the guest relation manager, greeted us and made sure that we get a room that meets our standard. The kindest staff member, Bruno at concierge, went above and beyond to get us our needs taking care of and booked majority of our reservations until the last minute. Bruno also arranged our private car to visit Como and everything turned out to be flawless. The reservation manager, Riccardo Burresi was super attentive and took care of us. My husband got food poisoning and all the staff members on duty did everything they could to accommodate us and make sure he recovers as fast as possible. The breakfasts are delicious and the quality of ingredients are just amazing. We only had lunch at the hotel once, that's the only area that they can improve as the service was very slow and the staff members weren't as attentive as the rest of the their team. The bar has a beautiful setting with great ambiance. I would certainly go back and highly recommend the Pallazo Prigi Hotel. We visited other hotels like the Four Seasons, Bulgari and the Mandarin Oriental, but non of them come close to the charm and warmth of Palazzo Parigi. The other hotels had a very generic vibe and you didn't feel you are in Milan. Thank you for a great stay.

Our room was upgraded to a high level with a large and extremely comfortable bed. Sizable bath made it easy for my wife and me. We tried all the amenities including the gorgeous bar and outdoor garden seating. The spa and pool are world class. Most importantly, the service matched everything the hotel offers and was consistently excellent throughout our stay.

We get into our room late at night due to a flight delay and we found the bedsheets stained. Being late we decide to endure it for one night and raise it in the morning. Moreover, one of the sockets next to the desk did not work, so we had to alternate our devices to charge. The next morning I raise the bedsheets issue at the reception and they immediately send someone to change them: however, the service staff enters into our room without any regard whatsoever of the people in the room and I literally find myself in underwear with the cleaning lady, who carries on unbothered (!!). All of this and we had to pay full price, with no discount at all. Great service for ~€1,500 per night: never again.

When I asked for a room change to a quieter location away from the street noise, they were happy to accommodate me. The room was nicely furnished (I paid a bit more for a nicer room) and a good size. My breakfast order was mistaken, but the quickly rectified the situation. Not a bad walk to the Duomo and main shopping areas (hotel located in the Brera district).
