The amenities in the room, one day I had slipper, the next day did not provide, one day I had face towel, next day none and no shower gel, had to ask 3x to refill. L'hotel invece molto bene sotto ogni punto di vista, camere molto grandi e pulite, colazione e palestra ok! ottimo servizio di pick-up della tua auto nel parking da parte del personale estremamente gentile e disponibile. ci tornerò solo se non dovrò guidare personalmente un'auto a noleggio.

- YoungCarefree (10/5): Great place to stay and here’s why - Just completed a 2+ week stay here at the Four Points Riyadh Khaldia. They must be renovating the rooms because mine had a brand new bathroom and new carpet and furniture. I’ve stayed here many times and they have always given me a room upgrade due to my Titanium status, which I much appreciate. The breakfast is extensive and food is excellent but the best part is the staff, led by Ovi who always makes sure his staff make me feel welcome. Congratulations on the well-deserved promotion, Ovi! Shout-out to Roni who knows how I like my coffee and keeps my cup full every morning. The best scrambled eggs with cheese in Riyadh are made by Ajay at the egg station. He knows exactly how to make them - not runny and perfectly fluffy. Hard to find someone who can make them this good in the Middle East. Housekeeping is also top notch and quick and reliable. You can’t go wrong staying here and I hope to be back very soon.

- YoungCarefree (10/5): Another great stay (2 weeks) - Staff is the best, especially Ovi at breakfast. I always feel welcome and he makes sure the staff bring me my usual coffee just right. Breakfast is a very large buffet with many options and egg station. They honor Marriott elite benefits, unlike other Marriott properties in the US (like the Marriott Al Jaddef in Dubai - AVOID). I always get a nice room and they are good about bringing extra water or towels as requested. Elevators can be a bit quirky but there was only one time I really had an issue (I’ve stayed at this hotel for many weeks off and on this year). And I just asked to use the service elevator. So that was that. Will definitely return. Highly recommended for business travelers and if you have kids there are two huge pools and 2 gyms. Can’t ask for more. Can’t wait til the 26th floor lounge opens.

Breakfast isn’t that good, and they serve the worst coffee Ive ever tried. I think they keep it bad so you go to the lobby coffeeshop and pay to get normal coffee. I haven’t expected this from one of Marriott network!.

- YoungCarefree (10/5): A real Gem in Riyadh - This was a 14 night stay for me due to meetings in Riyadh. The Four Points Riyadh easily beats the quality and amenities of the Four Points found throughout the US. They have an expansive breakfast (if you are lucky you will be there on a day that Ovi is serving - he’s fantastic). Lots of options, including food from multiple cultures including Western, Indian and Arabic. Complimentary for elite Bonvoy members. As a Titanium Bonvoy member I was upgraded to a high-floor suite. Really loved the extra space. Hotel staff brought me a heater because it got chilly at night - so nice of them. Large shower area with great pressure. Utilized the fitness center most nights there - it has everything you’d need including treadmill, weights, even a pull up bar. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The housekeeper Nasir did a great job and gave me plenty of water which I really appreciated. Omar delivered a welcome gift and always asked if I needed anything when I saw him throughout the hotel. The hotel is a little far from the “up and coming” parts of town (and the area of the hotel is experiencing major upgrading) but the extra long commute to my meetings was well worth it due to the friendly staff, good breakfast and wonderful room. Will definitely be back.

- SusieGirl7 (8/5): Nothing special but ok - I stayed at the Four Points by Sheraton Riyadh Khaldia only because it required very, very few Marriott Bonvoy points. This is an ok hotel, nothing special. It's not in a central area and getting Ubers/Careems was slightly difficult. Lounge and reception area were nice. I walked past the spa and saw no one in there. Hotel has a pool but I wasn't sure if it was open. Maybe at specific hours. I checked in via app but still had to check in at the front desk. The room was decent with a comfortable bed. Definitely felt dated and needed a little freshening up. I recall the bathroom being ok. Electric plugs were in a weird spot which is a big peeve of mine. My room had a sad view but that might be a reflection of the not central location. Juice store down the street was good but otherwise no shopping nearby.
- skrosvik (8/5): Does the job! - I usually stay here when in Riyadh. Rates are reasonable and they treat their loyal members good. I have received very spacious suites on every stay, and late check-out is never a problem. The suites have two bathrooms, kitchenette with full size fridge, a comfy bed and a separate living room with desk and a large sofa. The sofa, however, is a tad uncomfortable. The TVs are early generation flat screens, and should be replaced with more recent models. Apart from that, everything is fine :) Service is good. Helpful guys at the door and the reception. The F&B outlets are a little dull, however. A restaurant on the 2nd floor, which always seem pretty empty. They also claim they have a Starbucks on ground floor, but that is just a lobby cafe who serve coffee from Starbucks. The cafe is always empty as well. There is a pool, whom guests can use, but it is shared with three big residential buildings, so there will be a lot of children and families utilizing at the same time. The location is pretty dull. It is in the middle of "old" Riyadh, and if not having a car you'll be dependent on Careem and Uber. I wonder if Riyadh Metro will ever open? There are some fast food joints and more traditional eateries nearby. Chop-chop Square is just a couple of blocks away though. But all in all - a nice hotel who does the job! Would return.
- Abu-Saifo (2/5): Disgraceful - Disgraceful!!! It must have had som history to it but I can’t believe that this hotel belongs to this era. Old and ill-maintained facilities, outdated infrastructure, bad food, poorly-managed staff. I would not rate this hotel more than 1/5 for way-below expectations from a “Sheraton” hotel.

- rttodd (2/5): Dont stay here-old hotel that needs major upgrading especially the elevators - An old hotel in need of upgrading. We are elderly and had to walk down from the 17th floor as the elevators often didn’t work. I was stuck between floors once and our room keys needed changing several times. Upon check in we were told breakfast was not included. This suddenly changed when we showed the front desk a voucher. the rooms were freezing cold ( 15 C) and we needed a heater ( which quit working) We were told we could charge a meal to our room and then at 915 PM while we were in bed told that we couldn’t and come and pay the bill at the restaurant . For the money, the worst hotel I have stayed in after visiting 140 countries
- 451lubnaa (6/5): Not going back! - The hotel has been the least favorite part of my trip to Riyadh! Although the hotel is in a far down-town area, I booked it expecting a certain level of service and product from a hotel such as Four Points by Sheraton. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the entire stay in full ahead of my stay, which I normally do and cover upon check-out. When asking why, I wasn’t given an answer. Later on that same day, I came back from a meeting only to find that all elevators are out of service, even the Servic elevator. Having my room on the 17th floor didn’t help, so like many other guests, I stayed waiting in the lobby till someone could fix it. After around 15 minutes, one elevator started working again, but when going up to my room, and trying to go back afterwards on my way to another meeting, the elevators were again not working. This time, I had to wait for 20 minutes until they started working. There was an electrical problem with the elevators during the 4 days I stayed there. As for food, it was poor, whether through room service or main restaurant. I sometimes got items that were different from what’s described in the menu, and other times dishes that were completely tasteless, in addition to the poor food presentation. The staff are friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the stay was a disappointment.

- Jonathan (6/5): Big rooms - The hotel was fine. Rooms were huge and the beds were super comfortable. Not the nicest area of Riyadh, but everywhere is safe in Saudi. It was quite cheap but service wasn't great. Trying to get my company address on the invoice was too challenging.
- tenthlisten (8/5): Overall, a good stay - Our stay at this hotel didn’t start off well. I had requested an early check in time and a room wasn’t available when we arrived. I understand that an early check in is based on availability, but the man at the front desk was very abrupt and didn’t seem interested in providing decent customer service at all. I didn't get his name, but he wore glasses. Fortunately, our stay improved. We returned to the hotel a few hours later and a room was available. The same man at the front desk helped us and upgraded us to a suite, which was appreciated. He seemed a bit more relaxed, so it was unfortunate that our first impression wasn’t very good. Everyone else working at the front desk and with housekeeping was very friendly. The room décor was outdated, but the extra space was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Evening snacks are no longer offered in the panoramic lounge, but there is a dinner buffet where breakfast is served available for a charge. The area is ok. I felt comfortable walking to Al Masmak Fortress with my male friend. I probably would try another option if I were to visit Riyadh again, but I would consider staying here again if necessary. The rating of "Very Good" is based on our overall experience and the price point, which was lower than other options.

Lobby persons were fast and efficient. The room was spacious with tea coffee maker , good working Wi-Fi . This is in line of Marriott experience world wide .

- SeanMendis (10/5): Excellent value near the historical area of Riyadh - I chose this hotel as I needed something in the southern/historical area of Riyadh and it was one of the only international brands in the area. I was not disappointed. The location is within walking distance of attractions like Al Masmak Palace, KAPL, etc.. I was upgraded to a very large premium room as a Bonvoy Elite and also offered a 4pm late check-out. The property has a Starbucks in the lobby which was convenient. Also, room service was quick, reasonably priced and decent quality. Overall this was an excellent value stay.

- nsO9647ZF (10/5): Family Homecoming Trip - The Hotel is in the heart of Riyadh Historical area with lots of tourism landmarks/ museum/ shops around. The hotel is so quiet and so neat, the staff are outstanding, Room is so high with a nice top view, so clean & spacious. The Restaurant buffet presentation is wow with excellent food verities. there is also a lovely mini starbucks in the lobby corner. Nice for family gathering
- engr_humayun (4/5): Prior reservation failure, & credit card fraud - 1- Online booking was of no use. When I arrived there, there was no record of my booking. & it took more than 1 hour to get my preferred room. - No complementary flowers or fruits were there. 2- The second point is actually a suggestion to the reader. Please don't use credit card to pay at this property. I paid using my credit card. They somehow stored my credit card information, and after a month when I left, they start charging me with random amounts on my credit card. When I contacted them, the FOM pretended that he has no information about it. Either this hotel is a complete fraud, or their information system is just ridiculous.From my experience, their reservation and front office staff is extremely incompetent. (This reveiw is from Feb. 2014. They hotel staff called me and insisted to remove it, but now thinking of their behavior over the phone, they don't deserve removing this comment. I have proof of their double charge on my credit card)
- punchnada (4/5): Service! - There is no customer service. Waited an hour to get a coffee cup sent to the room. The rooms provide plastic, I am sure the excuse will be due to COVID. Call the reception, call guest service, nobody picks up the phone. You have to keep trying until you get lucky.
- Brands_03 (10/5): Slightly tired hotel but outstanding staff - I stayed here for 5 nights for work during a trade show to the north of Riyadh. The hotel is well placed to the south of the city but as ever in Riyadh, the traffic will be difficult if you need to get through the city. The hotel is a little tired and could do with a refresh but it justifies my 4 stars by the sheer quality of the majority of staff I met in the hotel. The car valet guys were outstanding, efficient and really friendly. The front desk team were efficient although I had a small issue checking in early in the morning with what was evidently the B team. My room was large, clean, a little faded but well serviced. You should go for the highest floor possible as the road and area outside can be noisy until midnight and again early in the morning. The buffet dinner was impressive as was the a la carte menu and the service. There was some confusion about my room credits for my Bonvoy account which, despite me contacting the front desk manager directly, were only sorted when Bonvoy themselves got involved. I didn’t get to use, or even see the pool area so I cant comment either way.
- TravellingJerz (8/5): Hassle free, comfy stay - Not the most glamourous hotel in Riyadh but definitely gets the job done. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Hotel is decently close to most attractions and is located at a pretty busy street with many cheap buys.

DO CHOOSE. - very bad experience, staffs are not professional. had very bad experience from the staff, who was at the entrance of the hotel. he did not allow me to go inside and used bad words. A room was booked in four points by sheraton riyadh for my wife and son for 4 nights. i reached in the hotel on 16/02/2022 at 9:15 am to handover some items through the reception team ( they were in quarantine) but a staff stop me at the entrance and he said " you not allowed to go inside" and he used some bad words as well, don't stay in this hotel, the behavior of some staffs to customers are very bad don't waste your money
- Verified traveler (6/5): A bit worn out. - The hotel is really dated, with lifts not working properly and the room showing its age. For instance there were no power outlets next to the bed but instead on the other side of the room. But the rooms themselves were comfortable and the wifi worked well. Staff were friendly enough, but the place looked a little bit understaffed.

It is a bit difficult to get there with all the metro construction works going on. 2 Out of the 4 elevators are out of service, so the waiting in the morning can take a while. Overall good hotel and a nice breakfast and value for money, especially in Riyadh.

- Ching Chien (6/5): Very poor neighborhood and awful check-in&out syst - Stayed twice every year. Overall it's a good hotel even before Sheraton took over administration (before Mena Khadia Hotel). But you might expect any difference(better) after new management, but there's none. If not for my biz I would never want to stay here, although hotel itself is very comfortable but neighborhood is crazily boring, it really kills me. For my recent trip I encountered the worst nightmare ever and really doubt the service of this hotel staff: Even until I left the hotel I still don't know exactly going on, the staff (from different persons/job function) called me almost everyday and several times a day saying the nights i stayed are minus one from my booked days. Even everytime I explained and they said they are correcting the system but at the time I checked out it still appears I stayed an extra day and they have to consider the extra day as complimentary (which I actually paid for). This is ridiculous and really very unpleasant experience.
- Business Traveller (8/5): Good Value Business Hotel - Finding a reasonably priced business hotel with good facilities can be difficult in Riyadh. But here is a hotel that fits the bill. Rooms great and staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Too far away for me - When I booked the hotel it was at the last minute and because the website advised it was 7 miles from the Granada Oasis Business Centre. It is in fact over 28 km's from where I was working and the worst traffic journey you could imagine. It was also in a district that my driver said I should not walk around alone. That being said the hotel staff were very helpful, the free internet was limited for my work needs, the room windows were not well sealed and the street noise was bothersome (ear plus were needed), the beds and pillows were comfortable and the food as expected for this standard of hotel. It was unfortunate due to the location in the 5 days I was there I was unable to leave the hotel to explore other eating options but the food in the hotel was adequate for the visit and they had options that were low fat for the diet. They also accommodated my need to serve breakfast very early in the morning to enable me to make the trip to the office at 06.30 each morning to beat the traffic

Some sites say this property is 1.2 miles from Granada Center. It is not. It is close to the old center of Riyadh. Expect a traffic jam when coming and going.
- Business Traveller (6/5): Slow lifts, unreliable service - April 2014 - a colleague and I arrived on separate flights and neither hotel transfer car arrived despite several confirmations. The hotel is under refurbishment and only 2 lifts are operational which makes them very slow when there are more than 16 floors. The gym consisted of one cross trainer in a room with poor a/c. Food in the restaurant was good, internet was quick and the hotel staff were pleasant but there were issues with fulfilling room service orders in one go. By no means a terrible stay but we wouldn't rush back.

- Jeremy (8/5): Great hotel but (mostly) terrible front desk staff - This hotel was a very pleasant surprise and great value for a 4* hotel. The room was just as good as (and much bigger than) a more expensive Sheraton room. Unfortunately my stay was spoiled by inattention and laziness by the front desk staff and whoever is responsible for answering the "Guest Services" phone (I spent over half an hour waiting one afternoon!!). The lifts are currently being refurbished and two out of 4 are out of use. The remaining two are old and very slow, so just use the stairs if you can!

The room is clean, spacious & bed is very comfy thus after a long day of either business meetings or shopping, it is great to return to the comforts of your hotel room.
- Mohamed (4/5): Bad hotel location and un professional hotel manag - The hotel location was in congested and bad areas in reaction to other important points of interest.When i looked the hotel i specified in Olayia area near my meeting place but the location was in difference district far from from my meeting place. I tried to canceled the second night but hotel management was not helpful and reused.The room is small and not to the standard of Sheraton hotels. I was very disappointment experience and i should get a refund for at least one night. The stay put alot of stress on me because of the hotel location and ,room and staff.The Saudi staff were excellent

However, the TV was not clear and I had some issues with the AC. Other than that everything was good. Breakfast was also good and the staff provided good service. - Verified traveler (8/5): One of the better business hotels in Riyadh - Overall, this is a good hotel. Rooms are spacious, nicely designed, comfortable, food is good (breakfast/lobby), services also good. The impressive interior look of the hotel and rooms doesn't carry through to the quality underneath - walk in shower looked really good, but delivered only a very 'gentle rain', poor wiring on tv meant it switched itself on an off (prompt maintenance fixed it) and one of the electrical sockets had a similarly poor connection. If you need to be in this part of town, however, then it's a good choice, and good value.

- MTahboub (8/5): Good stay. - I usually stay in this hotel since two years. I like the stay. Nice staff. Clean hotel. Good service. Location kind of far from new city center ... However, easy taxi access and costs 20-25 sar to get to almost all locations.
