• Richards (1/5): Disappointment. - The restaurant is fine and the is good. I did not like the treatment I received there. Even though I paid more than 600 pounds for 2 nights in the hotel, I was put in the worst room the hotel had, even though, the hotel was not fully booked and had much better rooms available and even cheaper in the Booking com site. Basically, you could not open the small window as you could be sufocated by the dirty from the Air conditioners machines. They only decided to give me another room after I got very upset, but by then I did not want to change rooms anymore, as they should not have given that room to me in the first place. I think the hotel was racist towards me when offering to me that kind of room when they had better options that day.

• Lori (10/5): Great friendly staff willing to go above and beyond in every area down to scheduling transportation. - The location was great. Easy access to everything downtown. Within walking distance to great dining. The hotel's restaurant the Elevator had great food and entertainment with it's own Fado show. The staff were more than helpful with suggestions, directions and even the minibar's water was replaced daily free of charge. All service was above and beyond. There was nothing that I didn't like about the Hotel Santa Justa. The location, staff and the amenities were all wonderful. Will book again.

Wenige Schritte vom Praca da Figueira und vom Praca Dom Pedro IV entfernt (Metro, Taxistand, Busstation). Vom Hotel aus, kann zu Fuss viel erkundet werden. Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstrasse mit vielen Restaurants. Das Hotel eigene Restaurant Elevador bietet eine sehr gutes Frühstück an. An drei Abenden in der Woche finden im Restaurant am Abend FADO Auftritte statt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Wir hatten Glück! Das Hotel hat uns ein Upgrade für das Zimmer geschenkt. Wir haben dies sehr geschätzt. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen.

Room was nice, very comfortable bed and fluffiest towels!!! Loved the unique shower “disco” lighting. Breakfast was good too. All in all a great choice!

• Karen (10/5): A lovely hotel with friendly staff in a good area - The Hotel is in a really good position by two separate squares and the main pedestrianised route to the square at the waterfront in the Rossio area so loads of restaurants and bars to choose from. Our room was a good size and really comfortable. The double bed was huge and the room also had a sofa which was a good size too. The bathroom was clean and and had a decent shower plus good lighting and a make-up mirror. The staff were lovely, very helpful and happy to answer any questions.

• Aida (8/5): Solides 4 Sterne Hotel im Zentrum - Die Lage ist super. Dennoch stört eine große Anzahl der Restaurants um das Hotel herum, an denen man nicht vorbei gehen kann ohne ständig von den Promoter belästigt zu werden. Das Zimmer war relativ klein, es gab gar keine Sitzgelegenheit. Ein Pluspunkt war eine kostenlose Minibar Das Frühstücksbuffet entspricht nicht einer 4 Sternen Kategorie: der Kaffee musste man sich aus einem Automaten holen (und das in Portugal!), immer die gleiche warme und kalte Produkte, inkl. Aufschnitt, es wurden nicht mal Eierspeisen nach Wunsch angeboten. Nur der süsse Gebäck und das Obst waren abwechslungsreich und frisch.

• 언마청 (10/5): 아름다운 사람들이 있는 곳 - 아름답습니다. 아름다운 사람들이 있는 곳입니다. 주관적이지만 늘 평정심이 들어있는 리뷰를 작성하려 노력합니다. 쳌인하는데 키가 훤칠한 호남형의 Bernardo Coelho씨가 내 마음을 쏙 흔들어놓습니다. 설명도 자세하고 말하는 태도가 융숭하고, 그리고 미니바의 모든 것이 무료라고 합니다. 물이나 슬리퍼 인심이 야박한 현실인데 참신하지 않습니까? 함께 일하던 서글서글한 미소가 인상적인 Snr. Mariana Gomes 이 분도 고맙고 너그러운 분입니다. 일정이 왔다갔다해서 3일 예약이 둘로 나뉘어 있었는데, 이걸 해결해 주셨습니다. 투숙 중 방을 옮기는 게 여간 귀찮은 일이 아니라는 걸 아는데, 하물며 두 번째 예약은 등급이 낮은 것이었어요. 와우~~, Hotel Santa Justa가 멋있게 보였습니다. 아름다운 사람들은 모여서 살던가요. 청년 Gonzalo, 콧수염이 멋진 이 분은 나의 Sintra예약일정을 가볍게 해결해 주었어요. 무슨 이유에서인지 예약완결이 안되는 걸 PC 모니터를 들어올려서 차근차근 완벽한 도움으로 해결해 주셨습니다. 고맙습니다. 시설, 위치, 아침식사 메뉴... 이런 건 너무 많고 잘 해서 거론하지 않으렵니다. 방의 조명이 밝아서 아내가 꼭 적으라고 신신당부 하더군요. 샤워 후에 손 쓱 뻗으면 닿을 자리에 수건을 걸어놓는다던가, 밤에 불을 다 꺼도 화장실에 은은한 조명이 하나 살아있습니다. 이 호텔은 아름다운 사람들의 현명하고 노련한 마음이 깃든 곳입니다. 처음에 언급한 평정심이 들어있다는 걸 맞추기 위해 없는 꼬투리를 잡아보겠습니다. 구조상 6층 벽면 한 쪽이 사선인데, 그러다보니 가끔 머리를 피해야합니다. 그리고 외부 조망이 없어요. 사실 광장뷰네 강이 보이네 하며 방값을 달리하는 전략에 나는 그냥 웃습니다. 돌아다니기 바쁜 여행자가 언제 자기 방에 앉아 외부 조망을 즐기고 있겠습니까? 그게 뭐라고. ㅎ. 여기 산타주스타호텔에는 아름다운 사람들이 있어요. 전부 만점을 주고 싶은데 가성비만 점수를 낮추었습니다. 배고픈 여행자가 생각났고 가성비를 만점 못주는 것은 역설적으로 제반 여건이 훌륭하다는 반증이기도 합니다. 나는 눈곱만큼도 아깝지 않았습니다. 내 생애, 다시 가볼 수 있을까요? 떨어지지 않는 발걸음을 돌리며 몇 번이나 뒤돌아보았는지. 아름다운 사람들이 자꾸 생각났습니다.

• cubl2026 (10/5): Everything was wonderful! - Absolutely lovely hotel, wonderful staff who took our bags when we arrived from the airport at 11am (check in as at 4pm) - they were then waiting for us in our room when we returned to check-in after a day wandering the city. I would thoroughly recommend the 5th floor rooms in the adjacent building to reception, they have a very small but lovely balcony with views of the city rooftops.

• Axel (7/5): Emplacement au top, équipements un peu décevants… - L’emplacement est vraiment le point fort de cet hôtel. Les chambres sont plutôt qualitatives et le personnel est sympa. Le rideau électrique dans notre chambre n’a pas marché du coup il y avait toujours de la lumière même si nous étions au 5eme étage. L’insonorisation n’est pas à la hauteur d’un hôtel 4 étoiles… surtout quand on a des voisins peu respectueux, qui claquent des portes à 1h du matin… il y a plusieurs nuits où nous avons eu du mal à dormir à cause de ça. Et pour finir, nous avons été surpris que la dame de l’accueil de l’hôtel note tous les numéros de notre carte bancaire (y compris ceux au dos), plutôt que de faire une empreinte bancaire avec un TPE comme c’est le cas partout ailleurs en Europe. Étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles et pas très sécurisé…

Das Babybett war auch ein richtiges Beistellbett aus Holz, das war perfekt! Besser als die billigeren Reisebetten. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite im Nebengebäude. Von der Grösse her war es mit Baby und Kinderwagen ganz gut. Allerdings war unser Zimmer etwas runter gekommen.. Die Fliesen in der Dusche waren nicht wirklich sauber, das Wasser war am letzten Tag nur noch heiss und man konnte nicht mehr duschen. Es war etwas sehr eng im Badezimmer.. Es war zudem nicht besonders sauber leider... Da wir aber nur wenig auf dem Zimmer waren und fast nur dort zum Schlafen waren, war es ok aber teuer für das was es ist... Nachts war es teilweise draussen echt laut bis tief in die Nacht mit Musik und Stimmen, dafür kann das Hotel allerdings nichts.. Mit Baby aber nicht unbedingt toll..

• emma (9/5): Great hotel in a perfect location - Fabulous hotel with great staff, perfect location, everything was in walking distance. The free port and free minibar were nice touches. The bed was so comfortable and there was no noise disturbance.
• Voyager813969 (10/5): Excellent visit!! - Just finished a wonderful stay at Santa Justa! The staff is outstanding and go above and beyond to help… whether it’s a restaurant recommendation, arranging a taxi, or even escorting me to the very best cafe around the corner with the extremely addictive custard tarts. The rooms are very nice with comfortable beds and excellent pillows and the little and big extras are a lovely surprise… free mini bar, Porto, tarts loccitane creams … all very impressive and appreciated. We ate dinner at their restaurant and both loved our entrees of pasta and risotto. Not only were they delicious by any standards but reasonably priced by US prices. Would happily stay here on my next visit to Lisbon

• Karola (10/5): Tolles Hotel in toller Stadt - Die Lage ist top, alles schön eingerichtet und wirkt sehr gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und auch das Essen im Restaurant gut und zu einem angemessenen Preis. An dem Abend war Fadomusik, was ihn besonders machte. Findet 3xwöchentlich statt.

• Rosemary (10/5): Wonderful hotel.. would highly recommend this hotel. - The staff was professional and friendly, they were very helpful when asked a question. The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near everything and was within walking distance of many sights. The happy hour every night was great, our bartender, Mauro, made it even better. The breakfast was good, but what we enjoyed most was all of the little extras the hotel provided. I would highly recommend this hotel and when I return it is where I will be staying. thank you all so much for making our stay memorable and more than pleasant. I really cannot think of anything that I would have changed!!

• Myra Angelica (8/5): - It was in a good location. I didn’t like the service during breakfast. There were 2 servers who were not even checking if they had to replenish the food. During the 2 days we had breakfast, I had to tell the server that the orange juice had run out. I also had to inform them there was no more bacon in the serving dish. No one bothered to replenish the fruits at 10am when breakfast service is until 1030am. No one bothered to inform customers that they may order eggs cooked to their liking. There are many cafes around. Don’t bother to have breakfast here.

• JenniferTravels1 (10/5): Outstanding hotel in Lisbon! - We really enjoyed our recent stay at the Hotel Santa Justa. Our "family" rooms were lovely, offering plenty of space and comfortable accommodations for five. The staff spoiled us with treats in the room and a free minibar, restocked each day. The location of the hotel was central and made walking to see the city very easy. We appreciated the help of the staff with reserving a car service to and from the airport/hotel in advance of our stay, as well as the recommendations for restaurants during our visit. We loved everything about this hotel! Highly recommend!
