- CHERRYLL ANN (6/5): It would have been excellent if the room was clean. - Friendly and accommodating staff. The room needs a thorough cleaning. The table where the tv is placed is dusty, same with the wall at the back of the bed (gutter) where the lights are. The toilet had insects at night time. Floor of the toilet is not clean, esp the area where the toilet bowl is.
- YanNan (8/5): - Great location! Breakfast is good, I do like Asian style. Room is clean, worth the value Too noisy, next to the street, hear clearly the motorcycle. Except it, others are good

- Hope (8/5): all good - affordable and clean. staff are nice nothing
- Manish (8/5): Good value for money, would stay again. - Centrally located and very convenient, it’s close to a lot of restaurants and shops. The building itself is a bit hard to locate but not that bad. It’s bit old but the apartment itself was quite big and comfortable.

- Rony (9/5): - The rooms are spacious
And location near the greenbelt Only one minor issue, there’s no bidet 😏
- Carlota (6/5): - There’s a peculiar “stench” along the hallways especially in the mornings.
- Milrose Grace (2/5): Not Ideal for Families or Groups - I wouldn’t recommend this place for families or groups of friends. The atmosphere is more tacky than welcoming, and the overall experience left a lot to be desired. It’s pretty noisy at night—both from the street and from neighboring rooms. You can easily hear everything happening through the walls, which made it difficult to relax or sleep. There are also no connecting rooms, which is a big issue for families or friends who want to stay close. On top of that, you're paying for a place that definitely isn’t worth the price. If you're looking for a peaceful, comfortable stay without wasting unnecessary money, this isn’t the spot.
- Madzivanyika (8/5): Very good - Big room and quiet environment The TV remote was not working properly
- Graham (5/5): would not go there again - Booking.com website stated that rooms had safety deposit box, cable tv and mini mart onsite, none of this was true.
- chien-yi (10/5): - Greeted with warm smiles and accommodating service. Room was cozy and perfect for a relaxing stay. Location is convenient and easily accessible to nearby malls. This hotel is an absolute 10/10! If only I could give a 100 stars, I definitely would!
(Bonus: One of the hotel staff is really charming, just like a Korean oppa in a kdrama! Super duper crush 😍)
- Rodolfo (7/5): Good - Location. Not in the center of CBD but close enough. No view from window, but you can't anything about that
- Explore65314956217 (10/5): This is a gorgeous property with just about anything you can ask for. - Stunning hotel! Fantastic staff and service
throughout my 1 night here. Great value for money and beautiful room kept well by the housekeeping team. Central to everything and glad we found this gem.
- Yu (10/5): - Friendly staff, room is clean and very comfortable.
- Edward (2/5): - The worst hotel ever
- Yoel (3/5): Poor - Hello
The hotel itself is good but - very poor breakfast, everything is received, one product without any understanding of what you are asking for, there is only powdered milk, no liquid milk - the dishes at breakfast are extremely dirty - until hot water arrives, half a day passes, breakfast is served in a restaurant on the street on rickety tables that fall every moment with the products and dishes - not worthy of the word hotel! Hello

- Andrew (6/5): Good - Hotel was undergoing external reservation. Good for greenbelt and shopping (which I hated). Breakfast fillipno was ok Rooms were ok ..bathroom flooded badly from shower. Location personally preferred near verges street for nightlife
- Shella Anne (2/5): - It was hell staying at this hotel. My time was waisted from the initial hotel,The Beacon, we had to transfer to E hotel, then they charge us for $35 (P2,000) for children as extra person staying. They told us to pay cash & they didn't give us the receipt. The room we stayed had so many issues from aircon leaks, shower was dripping, the whole floor flooded while showering,my 8 yrold almost slipped. There's no rag for the shower & the whole bathroom had molds and stains and open holes on the ceiling. No AC on the hallway. Then they transferred us to a down grade room, still with AC leaks, ok with no tub but the ceiling is broken, tiles have dark stains and molds even the lavatory. Then my kids and I got insect bites last night. I can show all pictures when necessary. The internet was limited to 4 guests and it was cut short, the maintenance was not there. The Manager is on leave and there's no supervisor too;( so frustrating!!!
- De (5/5): Passable - Staffs are nice No slippers, the cabinet is broken and no netflix
- Tan (10/5): Exceptional - Staff were helpful and my room was very big, clean, and comfortable.
- Elton (10/5): - Very clean and accommodating
- Billy (10/5): - Very quiet, great friendly staff and close to all shopping facilities and appointments we had in Makati. Would definitely stay again
- Ranilo (8/5): nice and well - All accessible to market and dept store noise outside transport
- Saturnino (6/5): - I like that it's near everything, the malls, the banks and restaurants. The only thing that is not likeable is the noise from the cars that pass by the hotel. Seems like the surrounding is not as clean as expected because it's in the Makati area. But overall the stay in this hotel is pleasant and worthy enough to let you stay there again.
- Yoshida (8/5): Very good -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Not so good..
- Antonio (6/5): Pleasant -
- James (4/5): Disappointing -
- James (10/5): - From the outside you would never expect what is inside. We we amazed at the cleanliness and the appearance of the property. Five stars for the property and ten ( if possible) for the friendly and accommodating staff.
- Jonathan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Usama (2/5): Bad hotel - Nothing Toilet was so bad
Room was very old
Nothing was good
- Sobhanan (6/5): Pleasant -
- Paulino (4/5): - 1st staff was nice and friendly, very helpful, but the hotel is disgusting...need lots of repairs, molds everywhere...electrical plug in bathroom hanging....dirty carpets...walls are dirty...elevator disgusting...over-all...needs to be shutdown and health and safety inspections be alerted...
- Holy_Innocent (4/5): Potential not realized - Serious problem with bugs and poor TV and WIFI - This hotel needs to be closed as it currently operates. Management needs to totally revamp the definition of hotel service and quality. First ... the good stuff: large rooms, generally clean, good room service room, staff are respectful, fridge and kettle in the room.
The bad stuff: biting insects, torn/ripped towels, terrible TV reception which they should know is NOT TV set or provider related (probably bad cables), poor quality WiFi always cutting out and low quality, useless balconies looking to a close wall of the next building (supposed to be "city view" ... what a joke!), poor / nil sunlight thanks to the building at the balcony and thus depressing to be in the room (especially when one is quarantining for 10 days!!!). Management was either silent of full of excuses for the problems.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - It was ok . The room was pretty good , the break fast not so great
- aaa445 (2/5): Worst Hotel - DO NOT BOOK IN THIS HOTEL
This worst hotel I have seen it seriously
1. The carpet in this hotel very very dirty start from lobby to elevator to corridors to rooms all same. Look like they never clean it even vacuum it
2. The red chair became black color because dirty and its mount is rusted
3. The beige color tables became black color.
4. The toilet close to bathtub you cannot set very well.
5. Very bad smell in corridors and rooms.
6. Some of lights not working.
7. Old furniture
8. Very hard matters look like sleep on the floor.
9. No WiFi signal
10. Weak mobile signal
11. When you use toilet the Sewage smell will be in the room. Look like pip broken.
12. No complementary water in the room
13. No slippers!
14. The cloth cabinet broken
I DO NOT KNOW WHO CALLED THIS HOTEL!!
- 181jeremyb (4/5): Great Location But Lots of Issues - It is just a short walk to Greenbelt and the room was spacious. Now the disappointing details....The room has 2 queen beds so you would assume a number of people could stay there. There is a kettle provided but only one coffee cup and no tea or coffee. Only one drinking glass in the room and there was no drinking water provided. I did complain and these things were rectified. I took a shower and the entire bathroom floor flooded. Water pours out along the bath tub. I had housekeeeping come up and they cleaned up. I was told all the rooms were the same and guests always complain about it. Management is aware. There is no safe in the room. The WIFI signal was poor and did not improve despite them resetting routers. The TV reception was terrible....see photo. They could not fix it and said they would have to contact the service provider. I was there two days and it never changed. The window was not fully closed and I was getting a bit of street noise. I could not close the window because the handles were broken off. There was a light switch cover missing. I went out during the day and got back at 3 PM. They still had not cleaned the room. I had to ask them to do it. The staff are very nice and friendly but this place is poorly managed. I would not stay there again.
- john c (2/5): Was sexually harassed - This is without the worst hotel experience of my life. I rented for a friend that they turned away because the friend didn't have a credit card even though hotels.com approved it. The friend was pregnant, had gotten stuck at the bus station, had to walk there in the rain, and ended up having to sleep on the bus station floor because of the arrogance of the staff. Then the following day the staff openly lied to hotels.com saying that the person never even showed up despite them identifying to her that they had her reservation. I have contacted an attorney regarding this issue both towards the hotel and hotels.com for their lack of safety and concern. As an educated and even minded american, I am not prone to over dramatization, but I genuinely hope that the something negative happens to this hotel and to hotels.com because of the way they dehumanized, offended, and harassed both myself and my educated pregnant friend. If you use this hotel then you are saying that you are ok with sexual, physical, and gender harassment happening. If you have children and stay here willingly, then you are saying that you don't care if harassment or abuse happens to them by others.
- maestrojun (8/5): Greatest hotel in Makati,Philippine - On the 1st day of my stay,I'm not sure about service quality, clealiness, hospitality etc..
Later all of my questions or some kind of doubts about personal evaluation as a customer is clear.
I had been stayed one week.Every staff is so kind to me and polite. Not to mention, receptionist women were so smart.Always answer my request correctly.
And more security is also fine. The nice guy who stands during nighttime is very gentle.
Conclusion and total evaluation;
This hotel locate at so accessible in central part of Phillipine.
All staffs serve well and have a mind of hospitality.
The price is reasonable.
When you visit Manila,Phillipine I do recommend The E hotel Makati.

- kristineyvonne (2/5): Facility is old & dirty, very noisy even at night, lacks parking space - It has a lot of potential considering its location near the Greenbelt area, but the hotel facility needs renovation/improvement. Even if i requested for a quiet room, they gave me a room facing the road, so you can hear all the vehicles even at night. Parking was terrible.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - No complimentary water, tea bags or coffee. Forgot my wake-up call request. Not as good as it used to be a few years ago.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not as it is in the pics - One star for its strategic location near malls, two star for cool AC and clean towels.
I will be talking about the room we stayed.
Too dark, no windows, one bed for three people? Wut? Front desk said it was a queen bed, but it was only a double bed. Carpet is muddy, smells old, lift is old.
Not for staycation. I hope this hotel won't appear when people search for a staycation place.
- ReneA807 (10/5): The Best - This is one of my best stay in a hotel of this class, the rooms are big and spacious with a bathtub even for superior rooms only. Everything was perfect start from check-in were I was greeted by friendly staff & the rooms are clean and the Wifi was very good. The breakfast was very good for the package. The check-out was as good as the check-in fast and accurate. I will be staying again in this hotel next I visit Makati.
- Felipa (6/5): - Air Conditioning ( coldness) not so satisfying.
CR- better if we have bidet and please provide toilet paper.
Also, costumer will be happier if you have complimentary water and coffee
.
Thank you.
- PinoyQT (8/5): Diamond in the rough - Stayed for 11 nights (9th Feb until 20th Feb 2019). The hotel has a great location. You're spoilt for choice when it comes to places to eat as the hotel is a stone throw away from Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta. Also the hotel has its own restaurant which I would also recommend. There's a mini-mart 7/11 across the road which is open 24 hours if you're ever feeling peckish. Had no problem with the Front Desk staff or housekeeping. The room had plenty of natural light and was spacious. The aircon was great and was surprised to see a mini fridge in the room great for keeping drinks cool. Constructively, I would say that the mattress protector needs replacing and the shower could have been better if it had a stronger pressure. Also there's a charge to print off boarding pass which I hope shouldn't be the case for any hotel. The hotel would benefit from a refurbishment to realise its potential as it has already hospitable staff and great location. Overall we had a pleasant stay and we would stay again.
- Michael (8/5): Family Engagement - As usual, a convenient, inexpensive hotel. No frills but a good place to lay your head. Not the first time for us, we will be back.
- Allen (8/5): - Pros
Good location. Everything is within walking distance. Great staff. Fast check-in/check-out. Room was a deal with the price I paid. Value for money.
Cons
Hotel is a bit old. There were mosquitoes in my room.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Outdated, dirty, smelly, but in a good location - Stayed in a room with 3 queen beds. Carpet stinks and tile floors in the bathroom had some mildew. TV in the room didn’t work despite multiple attempts. Very UNRELIABLE wi-fi. The entire hotels looks very run down. On the upside, it is in a very good location just across from the Ayala malls/ Greenbelt. Parking is virtually non-existent— they only had 3 parking slots available for the entire hotel’s guests.
Overall, would NOT recommend thos place. Stayed here because we had had some drinks, and didn’t want to drive back home drunk. Just slept in for a couple hours and left right away, thank goodness. Hotel staff were friendly and prompt, but not enough to make up for the hotel’s shortcomings/ faults.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - It was a great location
- Maria (2/5): - It was so old and smelly, I booked 2 room since there's 5 of us and each room had 1 towel, daily housekeeping doesn't replenish anything unless we ask for them. The front desk ladies are ok but, it was not a good stay, I also believed that there is no hotel manager assigned at this place.
- R.Urbi (8/5): - Close to eating and shopping places. Convenient and relatively clean. Staff are very good and very helpful.
- John (4/5): Not a kid friendly hotel - Foul smell everywhere
- travlingsalesman (2/5): FILTHIEST HOTEL IN MAKATI - I was booked here for a 3 night stay. Opted to forego the next few nights as hotel is very dirty, dark and smells really awful. The bathroom is filthy, moldy and hairs can be found everywhere. Carpet also stinks. Apart from that, door going to the balcony has no locks which exposes you to god-knows-what. NEVER EVER STAY HERE. Php3000/night is a total rip off!!!
- chrisms2012 (10/5): Nice Room - Very Nice room indeed, with bathtub, the only bad thing was the vehicles passing by so noisy because my room is beside the road, overall 👍🏻 it's very accessible in Makati walking distance going to landmark, glorietta greenbelt etc...! Easy to find
- RUDANNE (10/5): - NICE HOTEL
- fattyboy8 (4/5): Cheap . Dirty . Rube - It's is a sin just to call this place a hotel
The lift smells. The rooms smell.
The water can not be controlled hot cold warm then cold then hot .
The balcony is not a balcony it's the back of the room caged off no air no light.
Security is fast asleep . I walk in to the hotel at 3am no one there to greet me every one fast asleep
Stay away for ur own good
- Naveen461 (2/5): Very Bad hotel - Me and my husband stayed in this 4 days it was very bad experience ,I had booked this hotel with breakfast buffet but when I checked in and next day in morning there was no breakfast and hotel girls said they will give us only the single eatable either bread or rice.no breakfast was there.only alacarte with one item and for other things they were charge money.don't book this hotel as totally money waste.
- inggep (10/5): Value for money - Excellent proximity to Greenbelt and Glorietta Malls. We were given a room infront which is along Arnaiz Street. Sensitive individuals may be bothered by transportation noise, but I did not have any issues. It is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. It provided a safe room for our belongings and comfortable beds to sleep in. Staff is friendly and they allowed us early check-in.
- Darrell (6/5): Not want I expected - A safe reasonably priced place to stay. Could be better. Will look for another place next time.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Good location. Fair price. Clean/nice room. Staff okay. Shower not ideal for long people.
- tommomelbourne (8/5): Better than expected - This was just a stop gap hotel as we had a late flight.
Price paid was 2250P via Agoda.
Hotel isn't much to look at from the outside and is located on the very busy Arnaiz Street. Traffic noise didn't bother us though.
Lobby is small and unusual with the dining area in front of reception. lifts looked antiquated but was surprised as the rooms were good and look to have been renovated.
Location is great as it is slightly down the road from New World Hotel located at Greenbelt 3.
I thought this place is a really good budget hotel in a great location where hotels can be quite expensive.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good Enough For Short Stays
- Some unusual locations for some of the room's light switches (concealed between mattresses and wall), very low ceilings in showers. I'm a little taller than average so it was a little challenging standing for showering. The water pressure and flow were quite a bit lower than usual, but over all none of the issues were a deal breaker as a budget Asian business hotel.
- Cleo5627 (6/5): Ok - Tried this place as our usual hotel was fully booked... Not sure if go again. Locations is great, close to greenbelt mall and loads of great restaurants. On arrival the front desk staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful and not at all welcoming! Rooms are spacious and beds comfy, but the bath and shower had mould growing in it and the water ran all over the floor when we showered, which was fine as there was a floor drain, but it drained so slow that the floor was always a big puddle! For the price it's OK, but there are a lot of better places to stay close by within the same price range.
- vikingdave100 (8/5): badly presented but compensated by excellent service and large room - It is sad that such a good hotel has such a grubby and anonymous exterior ! guess it's partly due to Arnais Road and all the traffic but it deserves a makeover! When you find it, you will also find that reception is staffed by service-minded friendly people. Really E for excellent service! The hotel is badly in need of TLC but once inside your spacious room you feel at home. Big beds with a big bathroom and my room had a bath as well as shower. Fridge fully stocked although it pays to buy at 7/11 over the road. The room lacked water cooker and free coffee/tea/water. There was no hair drier but adequate supplies of shampoo and conditioner. No skin cream. Cupboard (with plenty of hangers) and drawer space was excellent and there was plenty of room for storing suitcases etc. under the table with TV monitor. WiFi functioned well. There was only one chair so the beds were intended to be used when watching TV. Room service was prompt and there was an adequate choice of food. Breakfast was OK but you ordered what you wanted ( fried eggs and toast with juice and coffee) and it was served shortly after ordering. Good service! The location is excellent for visiting Greenbelt if you survive crossing Arnais Road. Opposite the hotel there is a 7/11 and a chemist too and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk to Greenbelt 3. It is reasonably priced and in my opinion it is one of the best inexpensive hotels in the Greenbelt area.
- zaironjacobs (2/5): Disappointing - Disappointment started at the moment I wanted to get in my room, for some reason it takes 1-2 minutes before the door opens, this was always the case. Got a room with two beds, the pillows on one of the beds smelled so bad like they've been used and then left there for months without anyone cleaning them. The carpet on the room feels dirty and the room has a musty smell to it. The room looks old and needs some serious maintenance. The room with balcony has a wall thus has no view to outside and the balcony itself very dirty. What is the point of having that balcony?! Also when I got in my room the door to the balcony was open, someone could have sneaked in! I came back to my room at night and decided to take a bath in the bathtub, but there was no way to keep the water in the bathtub! The WiFi here never worked, actually I could never even connect to it. I was very disappointed and will not come here again!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The hotel room is old. Although it’s a bit clean, the walls need to be fixed as the paint is sloughing off. The bathroom was a 2/10 since there were strands of hair left in the tub and we haven’t even used it yet! Ok 0/10. The dining area wasn’t what I expected from the pictures. IT WAS JUST RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY as opposed to being in an enclosed space as a proper dining area as shown in the pictures. It was really just steps away from the lobby. I have to give credit to the staff though because all of them were warm in accommodating our needs. Fix your hotel rooms and the cleaning services please.
- ronald (10/5): Comfortable - Very nice!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Great but noisy outside - Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is great to greenbelt area. Room space is nice however, water pressure in shower not good, the water leaks all over the toilet. Noisy from outside with construction going on the other side of the road and very noisy cars.
- grusan0 (8/5): A Little Calm In The Middle of Chaos - My stay at the E was brief, but pleasant. The hotel is located along a busy street, but once you're in your room, you are shut off from the outside world because it's so quiet. My room was relatively spacious, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was really nice, with glass sliding doors, and a nice big bathtub to luxuriate in. The wi fi was strong and consistent, and the tv reception was pretty good as well. There was a balcony outside my room, but it wasn't scenic, as it merely allowed you to look at the wall of the adjacent building. The hotel staff was very professional and courteous on the domestic side. They came by every day to ask if I needed my room made up, and kept the hallway clean of room service plate ware. The front desk staff however was a different story. The only time I interacted with them was when I checked in, and checked out. This is the only hotel I ever stayed in in the Philippines where I never was greeted with a "Good Morning, Afternoon, or Evening", when entering or leaving the hotel. Not sure if it was me or not, but they certainly weren't the friendliest front desk staff.
The hotel is a short walk to Makati Ave., and maybe a twenty minute walk to Ayala Ave. It is very near the Glorietta Mall complex, which you can walk to in about ten minutes. Driving to the airport was smooth and traffic free. It only took me about 15 minutes to get to Terminal 1, and maybe another five or so to get to Terminal 3. I would stay at the E again. Even though you are in the middle of Makati, you can find a little calm in all the chaos. I just know not to expect the front desk staff to be warm and friendly.
- neerak2017 (8/5): Home away from home - Excellent location near popular malls, good food, shopping. The hotel though small is very well priced, clean, friendly atmosphere and I return ever so often because I feel at home. The staff are friendly, helpful and always available to answer any questions. Once as I was stepping out of the hotel, it started raining and I was not prepared. But immediately a hand reached out with an open umbrella! Now if that isn't caring and making you feel at home what is!!!! I see improvement where needed with every trip and recommend E Hotel if you want a good, clean and homely place to stay - well priced too. The rooms are very well lit, excellent air-conditioning too. I think it is now non-smoking but can't be sure however I have never felt the smoke in the rooms I have used - the sheets don't smell of smoke!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Never again. - The room needs cleaning and refurbishing. It was the worst hotel i have ever experience. And, i felt cheated when made the booking as the price was shown much lower and was charged an extra 68% for taxes??? Really, the stay wasn't worth the price i paid for. Never again.
- Robert (8/5): We will stay here again - Great location. Close to where we had an appointment. Hotel itself was nice. Good food and staff service was good. Room had a couple of maintenance issues.
- Yusuke (10/5): Good location good hotel - I think if you have a limited budget and just want to stay at the center, I believe this is the hotel you should pick.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Secret Gem within the Makati CBD - Our main purpose is to just spend the night here as we intend to go around the city on daytime and it ticked all the boxes (quiet, comfortable, accessible, 24-hr service...).
- dangzig (6/5): Nice hotel. Good Location. Needs Urgent Renovation. - The room itself is spacious and modernly designed, but could be cleaner especially the floor carpet and toilet. Got working AC, flat screen TV, cable channels, chiller, tub and shower. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is just behind Greenbelt 1 & 2 and public transportation is very easy.
Downside, the hotel needs major renovation, the facade looks cheap motel, lobby is poorly lighted, the oversized long table for dining does not look pleasing, the elevator needs uplift, the room hallways, walls and carpet are too dirty. Also, the rooms are not sound proof and you could clearly hear conversations of the people next door. I hope the management would invest on giving this hotel a major renovation soon, and start with the floor carpets please. The hotel has a lot of potentials given its very good location and its pool of very good service workers.
- ERIC (4/5): Hotel Review - The hotel service was great and staff was nice, pleasant. The issues I had with this hotel were they advertised airport shuttle service to/and from airport. That was not TRUE. When I brought it up, all they said was "I am sorry sir"..and the cab ride was expensive (500 pesos-overcharged for distance)
Also the wi-fi didn't work which was to be expected. They did honor the free breakfast at least.
- Verified traveler (10/5): location is very good.close to greenbelt.bed big - in the centre of the Makati city.colse to greenbelt
- liezl (8/5): Great location - Great location , 2 double very comfy beds . Shower and bath badly designed as water was leaking all over the floor . Guests also needs earplugs if occupying rooms by the front of hotel , right by the main road . Staff are friendly tho and very efficient . Overall this is a good hotel , good value for money.
- Jon Fisher (4/5): Overnight in Manila - Assigned a room without a window
Good location in Makati and was affordable
- Verified traveler (4/5): Location was good. - Bathroom was dirty, it had molds around the tub. The water pressure in the shower was so weak. Breakfast was advertise to be at 6 am but when I went down for breakfast at exactly 6 am due to an early flight out, they told me that the chef was not there yet. They had coffee cups in the room but no coffee maker or coffee pockets. Will not stay there again.
- Alvin (10/5): Near malls and businesses - I booked 2 rooms for my employees that needed to attend a meeting at our headquarters and this hotel provided what I needed for them. Hotel is walking distance to the mall and a few blocks to the office. Facade could better but service is great and location can't be beat.
- Koh (8/5): A good stay still. - The stay was good especially when the service staffs were very polite.
However, the leaking of the bathtub left me constantly to have to call the front desk. The staff had done their best to clean up though. WiFi proved to be a problem especially for me as I need to use the Internet frequently.
Other than that, the stay was good for me. Will consider again if they improve the WiFi system.
- Helen (4/5): - No wifi in room. Bath room need major repair the water from the shower/tub spills into the floor. You need thick bathroom rug so u won't step into flooded floor the whole day/night.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Conviance, from airport - Hotel IT net work are back, bont have meeting room , and breakfast are lousy
- Ann (2/5): Experience - Hotel is not clean enough for us to even set down .
We checked out with in hours . Stayed at Dusit Thani instead.
- Tyler (6/5): Substandard with good location - Room looks good upon entering but then you notice things.. dirty, stained pillows, windows don't close all the way so bugs and sound get in easily, sink didn't drain properly, bed was small and hard. Overall probably wouldn't stay again for the price. Rather go to the Eurotel down the street for half the price.
