- Ralph (10/5): Renewed! - We have stayed at McNevin's Maryborough many times, especially during the times when the Music Conference was being held in the city. We knew it as a solid establishment that had seen the impact of much use. Not so now! The unit we were in overlooked the pool from a balcony and it had been renovated well. The bathroom was excellent and the new paint and the new curtains and the new furniture made it a new experience for us. As usual, the breakfast in 'The Glasshouse' was a delight and the staff also. With a grandson living nearby we may well be visiting this renewed inn again in the not to distant future.

The kitchen facilities were good, although there was no sink, but the bathroom sink was there to be utilized for washing cups. so was no a problem. all in all it was very comfortable for a short stay. would stay there again, thank you.

- Niccers16 (10/5): Quality motel in Maryborough - Have been staying here due to work and it’s a very clean motel. Owners/Managers are welcoming and nothing seems too much trouble. Some of the rooms are dated but still very clean. The motel always seems to be booked out so that’s always a great sign of a quality motel. Restaurant for dinner is lovely, and the breakfast cafe makes great coffee!!

The restaurant, location, bedroom/bathroom/living room fittings were very good, but a lot of my opinion is based on the overall, the motel did well at everything and that left such a great overall impression. Recommended is the salmon dishes at its Sails restaurant, the black sesame crust on the miso salmon fillet is a taste sensation.

We went bought some. Was hair in our bed. On arrival. Nothing can’t be fixed. Was little outdated. But was warm dry comfortable. Lights in car park outside in most night. As light shined into our room. And was bit on noisy side. Cars coming and going most night. And restaurant was closed duration of stay. All. Just things. We noticed. Apart from. All that. Was deffinatly value for money. Over all stay was lovely. Manager was lovely. There little dog was ever so cute.

- Denise (10/5): Great central place to stay in Maryborough - Very friendly and helpful. When I contacted them to say we would be arriving after the office was closed, she told me our room number and where to find the key. Parking was outside our room, and under cover. Bed was better than expected - slept all night. Enough bench space to make tea/coffee, small table in kitchen. Had to use bathroom sink to wash cups, but that was OK. Hot water in shower was almost instant. Close to downtown, brochures in room folder. Definitely recommend.

Power went out a few times so management put us into room 46, which was larger and lovely. Verandah overlooking the pool. Absolutely lovely! We lost the key twice (found both times!) and the owner was very helpful with assistance. Would highly recommend staying here!

To add to the inconvenience, a staff member tried to open my door at 8 am while I was showering. On the positive side, the iron worked well. That's all I can say.

- 788brienj (10/5): Clean and Comfortable - I booked a room here while traveling for business. I was a little concerned about the proximity of the parking lot, but it was absolutely not a problem. The room was really clean, the bed very comfortable. I had a great nights sleep and no noise from the outside. The food in the restaurant is really good, cold beer in the pub is always good too.

- lpl51 (10/5): Excellent Motel - One of the best motels we have stayed at. Well maintained and run. Large easy undercover parking at front door. Spacious room - had a king bed, lounge chairs, dining table and chairs - even a back door to access nearby pool. And the listed amenities. Very clean and comfortable. We stayed 3 nights and each morning the rooms were efficiently serivced while we were out. Bed and pillows very comfortable for quiet night's sleep. Good location of motel - close to food at pub across road or at motel's restaurant or cafe. Walking distance to main part of Maryborough - parks, cafes, shops, attractions. Good facilities including a mini bar and microwave and good WiFi. Would love to return one day.

- 693zebc (4/5): Bad night sleep - All the power points had no face plates, and the light switch in the bathroom was broken. The plumbing needs work as every time another unit goes to the toilet or uses the taps, it makes a loud noise. Woke up with a sore back from the mattress that was warn out.

I was very pleasantly surprised by both the food and wonderful service at the dinner and the room stay! First your staff were very pleasant and wonderful and the food, wow, everybody was so impressed with the entire 3 courses. Our hostesses went above and beyond with excellent service. The room stay was also great! Very clean and comfortable. Bed was perfect for my liliking. Car park at the front door, large TV and good facilities including a mini bar! Breakfast was also delicious (favourite eggs benny) I highly recommend this facility to both eating and staying.
