- john (2/5): - Arrived on a 33 degree day, the unit was like a sauna. west facing windows, half had “ window coverings” the sliding door did not, but the even the windows with some form of blinds were useless because they where up, so the villa got all the late afternoon sun on a 30 degree plus day. Would be partially ok if there was a suitable air con unit in place, but no, this unit was a bedroom version installed in a 60m2 2 story apartment, so was effectually useless. On a positive note the bins got replaced daily, bit not the towels, ????? In short, DO NOT stay here !!!!!

- Yvon (6/5): - Location at the small town of port Campbell. Close to twelve apostles. We stayed at two bedrooms unit, spacious and clean at high standard. Everything is provided from toilette, towels to kitchen cooking utensils, and even laundry. One double and singles bed are located upstair with straight turning stairway. This would be perfect for youth and adult. One room locates downstairs better for elderly or less mobile people. Our room located near driveway, it could be slightly noisey. In general lovely place to stay.

The check in process was easy and front desk is manned between 8 an and 8 pm which makes it convenient. In addition, the check out time is 11 am which help when you are packing up and travelling with kids. Some good food choices walking distance to the town centre. Recommend staying if you want to explore the Great OCean Road and surrounds.

- Phillip (8/5): Good spot. - Close to town. Good location. Well lit and secure. Spacious. Clean. Online messaging from reception was prompt and helpful. We couldn't find written info regarding wi-fi but the reception answered promptly online to supply it. Would've expected a bit more tea/coffee & milk for the price. It wasn't part of the deal, but an Ensuite to the main bedroom would make this property next level. The horizontal blinds were a bit difficult and it was a little uncomfortable knowing there were no curtains over the rear sliding door/window. All minor things. Overall we were well satisfied.

- April (4/5): - Loved that the property was only an 8 min walk from the foreshore, restaurants and cafes. The property itself and its decor is tired looking. There is only air-conditioning in the upstairs bedroom but it was so uncomfortably loud. Did not sleep at all while it was on and due to the temperature reaching 34 degrees it was too hot to turn off. There was no air-conditioning in the 2 downstairs bedrooms with 1 fan available to one of of those rooms. Would have given this property a much better review if we had a comfortable 3 night stay but we didn't. Not value for money. Would not be going back.

- Don (5/5): It served the purpose of a bed for the night but had no other redeeming features. Overpriced. - Location is great, accommodation was essentially as advertised. Not as clean as we would have hoped, little things missed by the cleaners after the previous guests, dirty cups, used soap left in the shower (on the window sill). bed heads banged against the wall every time you moved in bed. blinds hung down over the bedhead so they banged about when the bed head moved. Privacy not great for the kitchen as people walking past on the path behind the unit could see straight into the unit. No fly screens on the doors so you couldnt have any doors open for ventilation, which was necessary as the whole unit reeked of whatever food the previous guests had been either cooking or eating.

It was a cold summer night so we appreciated the heaters in each bedroom (2 bedrooms downstairs each with a queen-size bed and an attic upstairs with 2 single beds). During the day, we enjoyed the lovely little patio at the back with birds chirping away. The Wifi connectivity was spotty/slow and there did not seem to be streaming services on the TV.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Great stay for GOR - We had a great stay during our GOR road trip. Check-in was a breeze. Parking is based on allocation - you park in the lot for your unit. Our villa was clean and tidy on arrival. With the exception of the WiFi which was somewhat weak, everything else works. Noted that the bathroom on the 2nd level didnt have a radiator, which would have been nice since its still cold. Heating was great for the rest of the villa.

We love our stay, it's 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on both levels with fully equipped kitchen, microwave oven, electric oven, conventional oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Nice , quiet, roomy, clean. Staff very friendly. Overrall a very nice experience. Highly recommand to everyone, esp. families with kids. We stayed in Villa 6, which can easily accommondate up to 7 people - downstairs 2 bedrooms, one with double, one with two single beds. Upstairs loft one double bed on one side, with a single on the other side.
