- Jayne (9/5): Quiet and comfortable. - Location. Very close to Oriente station and 3 metro stops from airport. Comfortable, quiet and good facilities. Very pleasant and professional staff. I had one night to break up a long journey but it would also serve well for a longer stay. The area is pleasant, big shopping centre close by and plenty of places to eat close to hotel. The breakfast was very good with plenty of variety. I would certainly stay again.

Consistency makes you want to gag. People need proper protein in the morning and eggs are a staple. Make them properly.

The breakfast area was a cozy area, with a huge variety of fruits vegetables, cheeses, juices, coffee,meat. The room was clean, with big windows, king bed. They changed the towels and they clean up the room every day. The bathroom was huge with a modern shower. The elevators were working 24/7. The front doors were safe and locked during the night. Reception was open 24/7. All the employees were polite,helpful and respectful. N/A.

- Melinda (8/5): Good except for the charge on my credit card wich was not what I had asked for at check in - It was very central and convenient I specifically asked that my hotel charge be charged in Euros and not in dollars on my credit card. It was charged in dollars with a hefty conversion rate set by the hotel.

Porém quando soube do horario do cafe-da-manhã, percebi que não conseguiria tomar o café da manha, pois tinha que chegar ao aeroporto muito cedo. Pedi a devolução do valor do cafe da manha,pelo que me foi dito que nao poderia devolver, que era norma do hotel, em que pese ter feito o pagamento a alguns minutos. Realmente muito decepcionante com uma rede de hotel tão importante.

- Amy (8/5): Great location, comfortable stay - Great location very close to metro, dining, and shopping. Bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic (plenty of hot water, fantastic pressure). Room was quite small, not much space for 2 people to move around.
- Suzana (10/5): Een topper! - Een prachtig hotel op een uitstekende locatie in het moderne deel van Lissabon, op slechts 5 minuten lopen van het treinstation. Metrostation Oriente ligt op 450 meter van het hotel en binnen 10 minuten ben je op de luchthaven. De kamers worden dagelijks grondig schoongemaakt en het personeel bij de receptie is altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt is zeer lekker. Het Oceanário de Lisboa ligt op wandelafstand. Voor een heerlijk diner kun je terecht bij Restaurante D’Bacalhau, op ongeveer 800 meter afstand. Een wandeling langs de promenade is een prachtige ervaring. Bij de bushalte naast A Giraffa, Fernanda Fragateiro, kun je de hop-on-hop-offbus nemen. /
