Las fotos no tiene nada que ver con la realidad, y a mí nunca me gusta hacer críticas donde me hospedo, pero ha sido el único alojamiento en toda mi estancia en Tailandia muy mala. El personal no te ayuda, bueno, no tiene, no tiene consigna o maletero para poder dejar tus maletas si haces check out y necesitas unas horas para ello y te dicen básicamente que te busque la vida. La habitación estaba sucia, había una botella de agua abierta. De verdad, no vengáis aquí. Parecía un zulo, no esperaba lujos pero he pagado menos en un resort enfrente del mar en las islas turísticas. No me gustó nada

The shower goes from very hot to very cold. Building needs some renovation. Lots of mosquitos in the room because they get in through the bathroom window which you cannot close.

Chetuphon Gate est formidablement bien situé et la petite rue qui va jusqu'au fleuve Chao Phraya est très agréable. L'accueil est extrêmement chaleureux, la chambre que j'occupais était très propre, joliment décorée, le très grand lit vraiment confortable, et... surprise au moment de m'approcher de la fenêtre : la vue directe sur le Temple Wat Pho est tout simplement sublime ! 😍🙏 Je reviendrai ici sans hésiter.

Good Thai food cafe downstairs and they can bring to your room. AMAZING churros food sold right outside entry door. So addictive. - be aware you have to be comfortable climbing 4 flights stairs. (This was part of the old buildings charm. I was on the top floor!) Not complaints, just suggestions to make this a 10/10 stay. - add some English speaking film channels to television. - I understand that the price point but a tv with Netflix capabilities would have made this stay that much more cosy after a long day of sightseeing. - I suggest to please remove the glass coffee table from my room in particular. The Coffee table and my shin bone are no longer friends. The room is too small for it. -the shower head needs some simple maintenance as when the water pressure is strong, the shower head flicks upwards from its bracket.

The beds were actually comfortable! The staff allowed us to store all our baggage all day which have 7 people was a lot! Perfect location also.

It was the worst, so there’s no way there was anything good about it. 새벽 한시에 도착해서 미리 숙소를 예약했으나 알려준 방법으로는 절대적으로 체크인이 안되서 숙박 조차 못했습니다. 부킹닷컴에 적혀있는 전화번호로 아무리 전화를 해도 받질 않았고 없는 번호라고 나오고 알려준 디지털박스의 비밀번호는 전혀 달랐습니다 그 더위에 새벽에 배낭을 메고 세시간을 새벽내내 기다렸지만 입실 조차 못했습니다. 근처 숙소 묵고 아침에 갔더니 사과조차 없이 그냥 환불해준다가 끝이었습니다 그동안의 여행중 가장 최악의 대처였고 기분 더러운 상황이었습니다. 그리고 숙소 뷰도 그닥 그냥 걸어서 나와서 보는거 추천합니다 왓아룬 뷰는 도보 1분입니다 I arrived at 1 a.m. and had reserved the accommodation in advance, but there was absolutely no way to check in using the instructions they provided, so I couldn’t even stay there. No matter how many times I called the number listed on Booking.com, no one answered, and it even said the number didn’t exist. The passcode for the digital box they gave me was completely wrong. In that heat, in the middle of the night, I waited for three hours with my backpack but wasn’t able to get in at all. I ended up staying at another place nearby, and when I went back in the morning, all they did was say they would give me a refund—no apology at all. It was the worst handling of a situation I’ve ever experienced on a trip, and it left me feeling utterly disgusted.

Loads of little restaurants to try. The famous WatPo massage school and center is just a few minute away and there is a 7Eleven conveniently located nearby. I could hear the people in the opposite room open and close their doors and talk. That it wasn’t too bad.

• Mathias (7/5): In the heart of old Krugthep Nearby the old palace, Wat Pho, Museum Siam 7/10 - The apartment isn't as displayed, seen above. They constructed a steep stairway with a second floor. Directly in the heart of the old part of BKK, not far from MRT Sanam Chai 31, Khason Road, convidient and less expensive. The stairway is tricky, don't use it with socks on your feet. There were construction under way in the neighbouring room, probably for a kitchen, and one day it was really stinky because of the new colours. Got a headache 🤔

Easy way from the airport, take the train to central city (last station), drop in BTS to BL 31, drop out Sanam Chai. Go ahead to the Siam Museum (lovely one, especially for kids), follow the street on the left side, after 5 min walk you will find the location The room was really small, the shower is included in this small apartment of 12 qm2. You get "visits" from some insects during the night. On the first floor is a restaurant, so it's a bit loud in the eve.

You are in a perfect spot for watching sunset over Wat Arun and 8 minute walk to the Metro station. The river ferry terminal is also 6 minutes away. So location was perfect for all major sites. Road outside is quiet at night but gets busy from about 6am and the occasional large lorry makes the building shake. Not really a biggie but might be an issue for a light sleeper!

Wat Pho Eingang in 2min fußläufig erreichbar, Palast in 15min. Waren 2 Nächte dort, alles sauber und Personal sehr freundlich, nachts ruhig. Frühstück war inklusive bei uns und eher herzhaft, wie es eben typisch ist. Nebenan sind weiterhin Cafés und Shops/7 Eleven. Preis-Leistung stimmt.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great location in the Old City - The location is fantastic for visiting the main sites in the Old City. You really can't beat it. The room itself is functional. Good air conditioning, comfortable bed, clean shower and a refrigerator but absolutely no frills. Our room (305) had a very small balcony and a fantastic view of both Wat Pho and Wat Arun, There isn't any staff at this location except in the restaurant. You check in just a few doors down at Arun Residence but it was very easy. All in all, loved our stay. Great if you just need a place to sleep and take a short rest between the different sites because man is it HOT here.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The location is perfect is next to wat phra chetuphon and the grand palace, the only thing is that one of the beds had hair on it so they did not clean the room before we got there.
• Verified traveler (4/5): No hot water - When we checked in, we were given a room key that did not unlock the hotel’s front door. We did not realize this issue until late at night on the first day of our stay in Bangkok. Fortunate, a neighbor (not affiliated with the hotel), knows the management and went round her corner to report the problem. Bottom line: It look half an hour to get into the building. Our room, #305, has an excellent view of Wat Pho, which is beautifully lit at night. Then we discovered the bathroom in #305 has no hot water, making it impossible to take a shower. When we brought the issue to the attention of management the next day, their solution was to give us the key to an unoccupied room on the same floor, which had a trickle of hot water — nothing more.
• John (10/5): Late check-in hassle free. - Was able to check-in late by walking a few meters to an associated hotel and retrieved my key with no hassle. Was only there for a few hours to sleep, but it looked cute and the staff were friendly.
• Leo (6/5): - If front desk is empty go down street to last hotel on left.
• Jessica (8/5): Good location - We took a taxi to get to this accommodation. We paid 450THB.The driver drop us at the main entrance of Wat pho. I suggested to use gps to locate the Chetuphon Gate exact location.Our room is on the 2nd floor pretty basic the room is clean, free bottled water,clean towels.I booked a deluxe room with queen bed size but our was 2 single bed instead.Restaurant is at the main floor. Chetuphon gate is a walking distance to wat pho and Grand Palace.Wat Arun is just a ferry boat away.So far experience was ok although I was expecting a bit more.
• Claire (8/5): Definately recommend - What a fab location with Wat Pho 9n your door step and a fab restaurant Arun which over looks Wat Arun. Great street food outside and close taxi to kho san road. Overall great value for money.
