- Matthias (8/5): Gutes Hotel in wirklich bester Lage der Stadt - Sehr gute Lage, Ruhig und sauber, Mitarbeiter angenehm freundlich, trotz der Lage ruhig und man kann locker ausschlafen alles , wirklich alles perfekt fußläufig zu erreichen Für ein Hotel mitten in der Stadt mit einem italienischen 4 Sterne Standard war alles ok. Das kann man nicht mit Deutschland vergleichen. Insgesamt war somit alles ok und hat gut gepasst. In dieser Woche gab es nichts zu klagen

We also appreciated that they had gluten- free options at breakfast If you do the check-out before 7:30 you have to go do it at a different hotel, but it is very close and the staff there were also very kind and we had our breakfast there.

- Eva (6/5): Outdated - Friendly staff You notice that the hotel is a bit out of date for example one has to close the shutters for the shower really carefully, they are that old and fragile they can just tumble out. But instead of fixing this one has to make a 50 Euro deposit in case something breaks. Hotel is quite noisy.

- Jeff441 (8/5): Perfect location - All the staffI met here were wonderful. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly and helpful. The location is good, not too far from the train station and in the heart of the old town. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great. Lots for choices and very nice coffee. The WiFi was challenging to say the least. The shower screen was just hanging on.
- Daniel (8/5): - The hotel is conveniently located right on a popular square with a great sunset view, near to many restaurants and the waterfront. Because it is in a pedestrian zone, the parking was a 4-5 minute walk away on narrow cobblestone streets. The bed was ok. We had an issue with the a/c settings that they addressed right away however it was never clear what temperature the room was however we were able to open the balcony doors and window to cool the room prior to sleeping. Breakfast had a somewhat good choice with custom coffees, however some popular items went fast.

- ELIO (4/5): Da non ripetere. - La Posizione dell’hotel è centrale in Olbia e molto vicina ai traghetti per Civitavecchia. La stanza assegnata era “dotata “ di ben 3 scaldabagni a muro in bella vista nel piccolo locale antibagno adibiti a servire altre stanze sullo stesso piano ( dichiarato di recente ristrutturazione ). Il parcheggio auto, benché gratuito, è situato a poca distanza dall’hotel ma è incustodito fino a tarda ora creando così un forte disagio ai clienti che arrivando in orari in cui la zona è ZTL devono forzatamente lasciare tutti i bagagli di settimane di vacanza dentro l’auto , non essendo previsto alcun servizio di facchinaggio dal parcheggio fino all’hotel. Sempre in parcheggio la mia auto ha subito un piccolo urto da un altro mezzo non identificato il cui proprietario non è stato individuato dalla telecamera di sorveglianza, nonostante le assicurazioni date dal Direttore dell’hotel. Infine, in camera era presente una larva di blatta sul pavimento vicino alla finestra , cosa , questa, che denota qualche carenza nel servizio di pulizia.

- Marko (2/5): If you are not afraid of your car being burglarized this is the hotel for you! - Location is in city centre-very practical. When you enter the lobby you are first struck by the moldy smell, which is also present in the stairwell and the escalator. The room was ok, spacious and reasonably clean. The bed and cushions rather uncomfortable. During our stay my car was broken into (parked in the hotel parking which is supervised)- after a lengthy talk with the manger, who was reasonably understanding, no agreement was reached (the hotel denied liability and proposed a lawsuit). The biggest factor why we booked this hotel was the location with guarded parking - BEWARE !

The hotel seems to once have been of high class but there haven't been any investments made in decades to keep it at high standards. The room smelled old. The AC didn't work properly. It turned off after a while and even while running it didn't really cool down the room. Furthermore there were multiple lights on the wall that couldn't be turned off, which were very bright at night.

Customer service was great--it was 10pm and they couldn’t fix it or move us but they brought up a fan but, being in the center of town, it was very loud outside until after midnight. We slept just a couple hours. Parking was excellent—would otherwise be difficult to park in the city without that dedicated lot.

En pleno centro, incluye parking lo cual facilita la estancia. El desayuno debe mejorar al ser un 4 estrellas. No habia zumos, fruta cortada ni comida salada como por ejemplo salchichas o bacon.

- Sophie (7/5): - Très bien le personnel est super gentil et l’emplacement est top la propreté aussi Seul bémol nous avons pris l’option du parking mais quand vous rentrer à 2h- 3h du matin il n’y plus dutout de place ils vous demande de placer le véhicule devant les autres en les bloquant et qu’il garde nos clés si besoin de sortir le véhicule en sachant que nous sommes sur des véhicule de location nous avons pas laisser notre véhicule et font ducoup du surbooking sur les parkings ce qui a gâcher un peu notre expérience chez eux

Está sobre la calle que se hace peatonal a partir de las 17 hs todos los días Allí hay restaurantes y bares y tiendas para hacer compras El personal súper amable NO es un 4 estrellas de ninguna manera! La cama matrimonial eran dos parrillas de madera con colchones mediocres NO tiene recepción las 24 hs, tenes que entrar por otra puerta después de las 22hs que se va la recepcionista El baño no tenía porta rollo, se ampollaba el papel higiénico sobre un estante

- Hayley (10/5): Cute hotel in city centre Olbia - Beautifully pretty hotel located in a cute piazza square with fountain. Very friendly staff at front desk and breakfast staff. Air conditioners in lobby and rooms were great in 33 heat ! Great position for restaurants and cafes. Not far to harbour area. Room was amazing with Mountain View’s Great stay in a lovely country.
