• Brendan (9/5): Great location, though this is one place where you don’t want to be on have a room facing the street! - Location and helpfulness of the staff. The location is a bit too good! There can be a lot of noise on the streets until very late when there is feast in the town.

Мы получили upgrade на верхнем этаже и это было прекрасным подарком после тяжелого Camino. Великолепный отель и в следующий раз остановимся только там. В комнате вода, кофе, чай Высокий уровень для двух звезд отеля, хотя это может быть зависит от выбранной комнаты. Ничего. Все великолепно.

• Walter (10/5): Ein wunderbarer Abschluss und Highlight einer anstrengenden Reise! - Die Lage ist fantastisch, vom Balkon sieht man direkt auf die Kathedrale. Ebenso auf einen kleinen Platz, bzw. Park. Dieser ist zwar belebt, aber dennoch sehr angenehm für die zentrale Lage. Gibt es was Schöneres, als nach dem Camino von den Glocken der Kathedrale geweckt zu werden? Ebenso hervorzuheben ist das angeschlossene Restaurant im Souterrain. Sehr lecker und auch das Frühstück war besser als in meinen anderen Herbergen und teilweise teure Hotels. Mir ist eigentlich nichts negativ aufgefallen, ja es ist kein Neubau und im Flur etwas verwinkelt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Zentraler geht fast nicht, was sehr gut ist, wenn man von einer langen Wanderung kommt.

Terrific staff at desk and restaurant. Room (triple) was tidy but pretty spartan. However, we didn’t mind as we were there to see the city just for a night.

• Barbara (7/5): Aangenaam verblijf, maar prijs/kwaliteit/service net te duur. - Een hele ruime kamer met fantastisch bed en heel mooi uitzicht. Charmant & gezellig vlak aan de kathedraal. Veel natuurlijk licht & luiken voor de vensters. Koffie & thee op de kamer. Heel netjes en kraaknet linnengoed. Een lege minibar, water voor koffie en/of thee wordt niet aangevuld. De prijs/kwaliteit van het ontbijt is ondermaats. Ga tijdig ontbijten, zo niet moet je je tevreden stellen met de restjes. (Ontbijtbuffet wordt niet aangevuld.) Reiskoffers worden niet door hotelservice op je kamer gebracht.

• Karin (7/5): Ordentliches Hotel im Zentrum von Santiago de Compostela. - Hotel in Toplage Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Fenster zu einem Lichtschacht. Klein und nicht zu belüften. Waschbecken und Dusche mit falschem Gefälle. Wir haben uns andere Zimmer angesehen, die top aussahen, aber leider belegt waren.

If the room had been a bit bigger, would have been perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room, with 3 beds, was very small, and hard to fit luggage for 3 of us.

Desde las 22:00 hasta las 4 de la mañana era un flujo contante de gente que pasaba por la calle y parecia que las teniamos dentro de la habitación. Al final la habitación muy bonita pero a un hotel se va a descansar y con esa insonorización ha sido imposible.

Close walk to everything in the old district, restaurants, cafes, shops, and the Catherdral. The hotel rooms provided tea/coffee making facilities, mini fridge, complimentary bottled water, tv, free Wi-fi, comfortable beds (with extra pillows/blankets if needed), block-out shutters(also helped mute the noise from the street below), separate ensuite bathrooms(with a glass door), fluffy, generous sized towels and hand towels, hair-dryer, and showers with great water-pressure and plenty of hot water. • Alvaro (8/5): En general, excelente, casi perfecto - La habitación espectacular, la cama gigante, las vistas preciosas, la zona, perfectamente ubicada, la bañera espectacular, el servicio de 10. Quitado de dos cosas, el servicio, la estancia y el sitio, de 10. El suelo al ser de parquet, se debía haber hinchado, o por el agua que puede caer de la bañera, y crujía, lo cual era un poco incómodo, pero nada del otro mundo. Lo que si me preocupo un poco más fue el desagüe de la ducha estaba a diferente nivel de las baldosas, con un mal movimiento es posible hacerse daño, creo que se debería arreglar cuanto antes.

As with so many places, a socket next to a mirror *in the bedroom* would have been in improvement. I really dislike using the socket in the bathroom. When you are drying or straightening hair, a humid environment does not help. And for putting on makeup- where do you put all your stuff? You are hogging the sink area too!

El ruido es absolutamente insoportable, las 2 noches no pudimos dormir por el ruido. Nuestra habitación que era una Suite daba a la zona de atrás (con soportales), el eco es tal que sientes que la gente esta dentro de la haitiana hablando. Una pena porque lo demás esta muy bien, no volveríamos por el ruido.

La Suite posee un muy buen colchón , un amplio baño y todo combinando el estilo clásico con toques modernos y una habitación amplia . El aislamiento acústico es mejorable .
