I thoroughly enjoyed all the facilities provided — the rooms were very comfortable, and the hotel is directly connected to the mall, making shopping easy and convenient. There’s also a kids’ play area on the third floor, which is a great bonus for families with children. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of delicious options, and the staff were courteous and attentive throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Mr. Muhamed Adeeb at the reception, who was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. His professionalism and warm hospitality truly stood out. Thank you once again, Mr. Muhamed, and to the entire team, for a great experience.
- smarikag2024 (2/5): Front office and reservation team could be more helpful. - The stay was good but we faced a challenge upon arrival. Firstly the front desk didn’t greet us and secondly they didn’t explained the facilities of the hotel. I was amazed that I did not signed any registration card upon arrival and they handed over the room keys to us (haha signed the registration card upon check out). The room charges were paid online as i made booking through MMT. But the hotel denies that they did not receive any payment from the travel agent so they asked us a security deposit for the room charges. The confirmation clearly shows that the breakfast is included but the hotel denies that the booking includes breakfast. However, I informed the FO team to please follow up with the travel agent or reservation team so that I can have a smooth checkout. But the next day was horrible. Called twice in the morning to reception to follow up for the room charges but even at the checkout we have to wait for one hour 30 minutes. Me myself is a hotelier worked with Taj hotels and leading 5 star resort of Abu Dhabi as a front office supervisor. I will definitely rate 1 out of 10 for the front office team. I totally understand that sometimes there is an issue with the payment with 3rd party booking but that doesn’t mean I should wait in the lobby for almost 2 hours and should follow up myself for the payment. Reservation team and front office team please wake up and should attend a serious training.

- daanishe (10/5): 5 star throughout - 5 star thoughout including room and breakfast. However a little far from the mountains and reception is a little uncertain about places to visit. The Valet service is excellent with Mr. Altamash leading the way with his glowing smile and assistance which made up in terms of guidance for visits.

- Mayra (2/5): - Breakfast wasn’t great, some food didn’t look fresh, like it was from the day before. I’m not picky, but the options didn’t taste good. If I’d known, I wouldn’t have paid extra for it since I ended up skipping it some days to eat outside. Something in the room, whether the air conditioning or carpet, triggered constant allergies. My throat felt sore, I lost my voice, and I couldn’t breathe properly inside the hotel. I was fine outdoors, but the symptoms started as soon as I stepped into my room. It got so bad that I spent some nights at a friend’s house and was basically paying for a room just to store my bags. It was a 8-night stay, so I tried asking for a refund for the unused nights to book another property, as staying there was unbearable. Expedia approved a refund, but hotel didn’t, only offering to move me to another room, so that was my only option, as without the hotel approval, Expedia couldn’t release the refund. At least the new room was cleaner than the first (which had a dirty bathroom), but the allergies didn’t stop. This booking felt like a total waste of money. This Sheraton didn’t live up to the brand’s usual standards. Expect weird looks from men and judgment for not being fully covered. It made me feel uncomfortable as a Western woman. In the end, staying here was more stressful than relaxing. Between the bad food, health issues, and awkward vibes, it was a really disappointing experience.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with cozy beds and nice views of the city. The swimming pool is a great spot to unwind, and the fitness center is perfect for staying active during your stay. One of the best parts is that the hotel is attached to a mall, so it’s super convenient for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The mall has a good mix of stores, cafes, and even a supermarket, so it’s easy to find anything you need without having to go far. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall vibe is relaxed and welcoming. Whether you're here for business or leisure, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is a great choice with plenty of amenities and a fantastic location.

We were so impressed with the hotel that we extended our stay for the rest of the week. No music made the hotel very silent. The rooms are clean and elegant. - barthemome (6/5): Could have been better - I reached this property after a very long drive. Upon requesting the valet to park my car, the gentleman advised me to park it myself, pointing me toward an empty spot. By the time I reached this spot, somebody else had already taken it, and I had to turn around and bring the car back to the front of the hotel. It wasn’t a very good welcoming experience upon reaching the hotel after a long drive. Why would you have a valet service if you would point guests to empty spots when requested to park? As a Platinum Elite member, I appreciated the upgrade, and the gentleman at the Front desk who checked me in was warm and welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was good. I had a late check-out until 16:00 hrs., being a Platinum elite member. I had requested a 30-minute extension, but this was refused, mentioning that the hotel was fully booked. This was strange because the hotel was still selling rooms and suites online. I don’t think it would have created a very big issue if they had granted me the 30-minute extension. Overall, I noticed the hotel has some amazing staff who are very warm and customer-oriented; however, a few still need some development.
- mazmohad (6/5): Good for short stay in Al Ain - This is fairly a new take over hotel by Marriott, so expect some teething issues. Or at least was our experience where we felt the staff who moved over from Rotana needs some Marriott-ish training. While the hotel is ok for quick stay, it still lacked some of the Marriott etiquette or consistency you expect from the brand. Nevertheless, the hotel is still good, spacious rooms and ok breakfast (good enough). I forget the name but the lady at the reception who checked us in is probably the only person I would say who lived up to the brand promise. The housekeeping and the rest of the staff definitely needs a step-up.

The hotel is clean in terms of rooms, bathrooms and furniture. I recommend trying it. A family-friendly, comfortable and quiet hotel. The food is very delicious. Pillows are comfortable to sleep on. The pool is nice and clean.

- Leilani (6/5): Lack of coordination and communication - Upon check in the front desk officer offered us to avail their buffet breakfast for the following day. She was able to convinced us. We reached the restaurant around 9am and the attendant said that our booking doesn't have breakfast. I told her to double check as I paid on it upon check in. She asked us to sit & wait. My husband was already hungry so he went to the omelet section and ordered, i followed him shortly. The attendant approached us and said that we really dont have breakfast included in the booking. I felt humilated as other clients might have heared it. My blood pressure went high & I lost my appetite. She told us to go to the front desk and check. I showed her the receipt that was charged on my card but still she told me to verify it at the front desk. Upon verification, the front desk officer apologized as the system was not updated. We got back to the restaurant but I was not in the mood to eat anymore. The restaurant manager approached us upon learning about it. She apologized as well and gave us personalized service. She asked us what can she do to compensate the inconvenience. I requested for late check out. She said that the front desk manager will speak to me later about it. The manager did not talk to me and we left the restaurant. No one called us in our room if the request was granted or not. Unfortunately, the request was not granted. The hotel just refunded us the breakfast fee upon our check out. Overall we were unhappy with the lack of coordination

The hotel was heaving and loud. It should also be noted on the website that the hotel is Dry... no alcohol available at all - the pool bar is soft drinks only. Once in the quiet of the room, it was lovely, spacious, comfortable, shower and separate bathtub, sofa, table and chair, TV, small fridge super comfy bed! Would have loved to have time to try out the swimming pool which looked divine!

Staff seemed very relaxed and there was no concern shown for us waiting. We had a long flight and 2 hours journey from Dubai resulting we were tired. Finally one very nice gentleman ask us to help and checked us in. We were given complimentry upgrade to premium room, room was overall great but we had very uncomfortable BED, we booked KING SIZE bed but what we got was two single beds put together. Resulting as a honeymoon couple we were constantly uncomfortable while sleeping. Must say all other staff was really friendly except reception area!

The hotel is in a very good location and having the mall next door makes it very convenient. The hotel itself is comfortable but very dated. The rooms, pool and amenities all need modernization. Bus stop close by with half hourly service into town and then on to Bawadi mall & camel market. It's bus number 900. Fare 2 Dhs. (No hafilat card neeed; just pay the driver). Taxi into town approx 30 Dhs. Useful mall attached to hotel with a Lulu supermarket. Boy racers use the road outside at night, so there was traffic noise sometimes.
- les (10/5): Fantastic hotel - The only two considerations that need to be factored: 1) Location of the hotel is slightly outside of central Al Ain but taxi fares are cheap enough that it’s not a major issue. Taxi’s are metered which is beneficial. 2) The hotel is a dry hotel. Not a big problem but some may want to consider this before booking. Aside these comments this is a fantastic hotel.

- gc (10/5): Ladies mini-break - I took a mini-break with a friend and stayed at the Hili Rayhaan and I was blown away by their amazing staff, accommodations, and facilities. All the staff I came across dying my stay was kind and friendly - there was always someone offering to help. When I asked the front desk for a few items I needed for my room, they took care of it and had it delivered to my hotel room before I got back! There wasn't a spa at the hotel but my friend and I went to the Spa at the attached mall. I had hoped that hotel guests would have discounts or packages but unfortunately there was not. However, it was great to be able to choose from the restaurants available at the mall. Overall I had a great time and would highly recommend anyone looking to stay at the Hili Rayhaan hotel. The hotel is clean and tidy. Room amnesties are nice, amazing shower. If I had to say anything bad about the hotel is that the pillows were too soft and in the menu is says they have a pillow menu which they don't. Other than that everything else was perfect.

- Michelle (6/5): Poor location, broken air conditioning, no pool - The hotel itself was a lovely building but the pool was under maintenance (it was disgusting) so we were offered a shuttle bus (only left every 2 hours though) to take us to another Rotana hotel which is a much better option. Our air conditioning controls broke and we were stuck with an overheated room for the night. We rang guest service and they rarely answered and when they did, were not helpful in suggesting tourist sites. The room itself (and particularly the bathrom) was lovely. About a 15 minute drive to the city center, Hard to get taxis. Hotel is attached to a mall but the mall is not great and has a very limited food court.
