Reception and housekeeping staff are very cooperative; their smiles and immediate help made the stay comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the room is soundproof – I slept deeply every night. The location is perfect – a few minutes' walk from Sisli metro station, with many restaurants and cafes nearby. I recommend it for families and business travelers alike."

The location was near many restaurants and easy to get transport The air conditioning only worked certain hours a day and it was 24 degrees Celsius in our room. It was very hot. The chargers beside our bed did not work.. the fridge also was hot.

The room key card kept going off and had to be reprogrammed sometimes twice a day. The key card was especially difficult to use in the elevator. Sometimes the housekeeping forget to replace tissues and other things.

• Nidal (7/5): - Die Unterkunft war insgesamt sauber und angenehm, das hat uns gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, aber für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel deutlich unter den Erwartungen. U- Bahn ist in der Nähe Allerdings gab es mehrere Punkte, die nicht in Ordnung waren: Obwohl ich ein Zimmer für zwei Personen und ein weiteres für drei Personen gebucht hatte, musste ich vor Ort zusätzlich ca 70 € nachzahlen, weil angeblich der Preis nicht stimmte. Ich hatte jedoch einen Rabatt über Booking.com erhalten, der offensichtlich nicht korrekt berücksichtigt wurde. Das ist nicht akzeptabel. Besonders enttäuschend war der Spa-Bereich: Pool, Sauna und Hamam waren zwar im Preis enthalten, aber schlecht organisiert. Im Hamam fehlten die üblichen Schalen komplett, und auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt, dass es diese nicht gibt. Die Sauna war zudem nicht heiß genug. Zusätzlich musste man eine Badekappe tragen ( obwohl wir alle kurz Haare haben) andernfalls sollte man die Badekappe für 200 Lira kaufen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt okay, aber für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel erwartet man deutlich mehr – sowohl beim Service als auch bei der Ausstattung.

• Amir (4/5): - Location Very disappointing experience. The room temperature was terrible — even with the AC on, it wouldn’t cool below 24°C. If you book a standard room, be aware that the window faces the lobby, which feels very uncomfortable and lacks privacy. Check-in timing was also unreliable. Don’t count on getting your room at 3 PM — I received mine about 40 minutes late. Housekeeping was equally frustrating; I requested cleaning at 8 AM, but no one showed up until 4 PM, so I eventually gave up.

• Salkashusa (4/5): No individual temperature control - Location is very central and busy with lots of shops and food. Walking distance from metro line. A busy hub. Walking distance from the big Cevahir mall. Lots to do. Breakfast is good. We had a terrible time with the temperature regulation. The whole hotel has a single setting for either heat or cold . So the individual room cannot control heating or ac. We were roasting inside our room, had to get our window opened but the noise was too much and it was still hot. One expects a 5 star hotel to have individual room control . The night staff could not help much with this. Because of the heat, we requested water to be sent to our room. Despite our bad experience, their first statement was that they will charge for it. Which is Ok but they never ended up sending it. We cancelled our booking and moved the next day to a different hotel. They took a long time cancelling our booking but did it ultimately . Took the charge for the single day we stayed. Was not a good experience
