Located close to many amenities.Only complaints was the multiple times we asked for our beds to be made each day that went un done.We had stayed for 7 days and had our beds made twice the entire time.Front desk assured us that they were short staffed and that it is usually only done once every 3 days on long stays, but if a guest requests something then they make sure it happens.We were kinda of let down and disappointed that was not honoured..

Theresa (10/5): Great visit at Olds Pomeroy - Rooms are large with a very workable kitchenette. Pool area is good hrands loved the water slide. Spent many hours over our stay in there. However it is on the smaller side so weekends it can get crowded . Breakfast area was great the ladies staffing it have got to be some of the most gracious happy people around . Helpful and always on top of keeping the food coming.

Charles (8/5): - We stayed in a King suite for four days. It was clean and spacious. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Bed sheets were never changed. The only housekeeping service was they took away used towels and left clean ones. Has to go down for facecloths. Breakfast area staff were excellent and hustled. Very friendly. A good variety of food. For what we were paying, housekeeping should have included more.

Michelle (10/5): A lovely stay for grad - We enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and my girls loved the breakfast and the waterslide. The lack of gluten free options and no late check out, would be our only complaint. More disappointment than a complaint. We loved the hotel and would certainly return. I know the employee at check in was fantastic. He was accommodating and quick for an extra blanket and a missing do not disturb sign. He was friendly and kind about it. Not at all inconvenienced or annoyed. Just a desire to make our stay better. It’s small things but we’ve stayed in many hotels the last several months due to our circumstances and some hotels were not as willing to be accommodating or kind for extra towels or a blanket. So I appreciated not only the extra blanket but his demeanor and tone when I asked.
