• Livermore (8/5): I was in Ithaca for a business trip and stayed at the Inn based on previous stay, very comfortable. - I especially liked that the breakfast had healthy options, like the oatmeal with fixings and the fruit. The room was perfectly fine and a good value. Nothing in particular, but you could upgrade the soap and toiletries in the bathroom a bit more.

• Supriya (4/5): It would have been okay if we had 2 rooms. I feel we were the victims of false marketing - Good location, buffet breakfast was nice. The room was listed as a king with a pull out bed that could accommodate 4 people. The pull out was listed as a full bed. It was in fact a twin bed with very little support. It could probably hold a toddler but not much else. I called downstairs to ask if they had a roll away bed. They said no and tried to convince me that the pull out was slightly smaller than a full.

Triukšmingas temperatūros palakymas- labai jau ūžia pūtimas.

• Jones (7/5): - The cleanliness, the amazing shower, the delicious breakfast! The pool was cold-not heated. The atmosphere was cold in the room where the pool is. They should be heated during wintertime. I couldn’t get in the water.

• Lewis (9/5): My 2 night stay in Beautiful but cold Ithaca - The general ambiance of the facility was above average. In my opinion the building was very clean and well kept. Generally the customer service skills were right on point with 2 exceptions. The pool cleanliness, temperature of water and chemical ratio were absolutely perfect. Now for the not so good. The morning breakfast was fantastic in terms of variety, and cleanliness as well as the dining area. However, my 1st days breakfast I was merely disappointed in the food temperature of the eggs as they were to the touch and to the taste I would be willing to bet was well below the Food Safety hot holding and serving temperature. Additionally, the "English Muffin type bread choice" was also most likely past the serving or consumption expiration date as it was extremely tough to get in in half to prepare for toasting and the toasting was not adequately the same quality on the bread halves and did not toast over 50 percent of it. (When a bread becomes stale or close to expiration this is usually the general result). Lastly after buttering it and trying to at least minimally get it to an minimal acceptable consumption in my opinion still did not meet service quality as when I took my one and only bite of it iwas of dry and sour quality. On the 2nd Day of the breakfast, sadly the same quality muffin bread was served and I received the same results as day 1 which really than gave me an bad impression and worry that other guests was served that same food and I can only pray that your guests did not or will not become ill because a time and temperature food safety quality issues.
• Fiona (8/5): Nothing fancy but nothing to fault either - The undercover portico was very beneficial when our friend picked us up in her car. The included breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. The room was comfortable and there was plenty of space to put things in the bathroom. Having a filtered water fountain near the lifts for refilling water bottles is a great idea. The location was a long way from anything interesting, although would be fine if you were only stopping over on the way from one place to another.

• CRAIG (10/5): - Upon our arrival, the concierge at the hotel informed us that the hotel was overbooked and that they had comp'd us at their sister hotel in town. The sister hotel was comfortable and centrally located. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was above average. Parking in a public lot was also provided free of chargse. The concierge inquired whether we had received "the email" about the overbooking. I told her I had not, but it did not effect the hotel's ability to accommodate us elsewhere.

• patrick (10/5): - We had a very nice two-night stay at the Fairfield Inn&Suites by Marriott Ithaca. Rooms are clean, comfortable and functional; staff is nice and helpful; breakfast was good with an adequate choice. Definitely a very good hotel in that category while staying in the area.

• Moshe (7/5): I will never come back to this hotel and In will not recommend it - the room was clean and breakfast is very good I didn’t like the answers I got from the manager after I complained that I received a room which is suitable for disabled. the manager said that we’re not in priority - due to the fact that we booked through a third party (booking.com) so the hotel was fully booked and the only room they could supply is that room, which has a big bathroom but very narrow shower. not comfortable and very disappointing.

• Vanessa (10/5): - Always a pleasure to stay in Marriott properties as staff from desk to dining and housekeeping are always pleasant and professional. Facilities and equipment were well maintained. Treadmill was FlexDeck so that was a nice touch. Toiletries were spare but would probably not use them anyways as we bring our personal brands. We only asked for shower cap and a different hair dryer as it looked grimy and both requests were immediately accommodated replaced (hair dryer even came straight out of a new box !) Forgot to mention to staff that we noticed cobweb on bedside lamp but we saw this as we already leaving to check out.

• elimaries1 (8/5): Perfect for a quick stay. - Did the job for two nights. Friendly, very helpful staff. Pool was small, but perfect for a quick dip after a long summer day. Breakfast was basic but did the job. Location was decent, grocery stores, shopping plazas and restaurants within walking distance. About a 10-minute drive to Ithaca College and Cornell University. Several state parks with hiking trails within a 3–15-minute drive. Would stay again if ever a need.

Internet worked great and we were traveling with a bicycle and it was a great thing that we were able to bring up bikes inside the hotel to store overnight.
• erwinwX2081XT (10/5): Great Stay in Ithaca - I had a great stay here overall. Check-in was quick and cordial. I had a 4th floor room, toward the back on the side facing downtown. The view was not scenic: A Mexican restaurant with an ugly mural, dumpsters, and what looked like a pile of building materials from a demolition. Why it wasn't hauled away ... no idea. Closing the curtains solved the problem. The hotel was clean and fresh looking with some upscale finishes. Pool was tiny. Good double elevators. Clean. My standard room was very good. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was spacious and nice. Shower water was hot immediately. Night was quiet except for regular mechanical clicks coming from the minifridge(?) Parking was easy and free. Two of four luggage carts were broken. How hard would it be to have them fixed? Overall, a nice property. Despite a couple minor issues, I'd stay here again.

• Hans (8/5): Goed en comfortabel hotel - Heel comfortabel en proper hotel. Goede locatie in Ithaca voor ons als tussenstop van Niagara Falls naar NY. Eigenlijk niks. Enige heel kleine opmerking = De naamaanduiding op de gevel van het hotel. Wij waren er voorbij gereden omdat de aanduiding niet aan de straatgevel staat.

• Robert (9/5): I would not hesitate to stay there again. - Clean, modern, efficient. Well designed. Seemed to be well run. The breakfast was pretty good, too. The only thing I didn’t like was that the neighboring property was burning rubbish in the open air, and some of the smoke leaked into the hotel.
