Staff is increadibly helpful and friendly and also kind. Food is very good in restaurants and room service, except for executive lounge. The room is comfortable. Location is amazing and the neigbouhood is quite and clean. The maintenance level is also quite good. I would like yo pass my gratitudes to the health center staff as well. They are all super helpfull and kind. They always help you and make you feel comfortable like at home. Fitness center is very clean, organised and the quality and veriety of machines are on a high level.

The room was beside the staff elevator. It is always very noisy. Also, I was very dissatisfied because I bought a preset meal called "Elsabhaya," which included breakfast and lunch, and paid a reasonable amount, but the meal was very disappointing. The breakfast was from the open buffet and was incomplete, even though I was already paying for bed and breakfast. The pigeon in lunch was undercooked, and I had to return it. And the desert was very bad as well, and I was fed up, so I refused to return it.

Fridge with mini bar. Tea and coffee. Shampoo conditioner body lotion and hairdryer. Slippers and dressing gown. Heated pool with outside bar. Pool towels provided. Lovely restaurants including Chinese, food excellent. Coffee shop. Extensive breakfast and great. Staff in the lounge bar were so friendly.

Preco de USD 45/dia equivale ao valor de cafe da manha se estiver em 2 pessoas ( USD 23/pessoa) no quarto, e ja inclui cafe da manha tambem. Sempre todos muito desconfiados na recepcao, aparente falta de confianca no hospede. Algo que parece me peculiar do Egito. Pagar com dinheiro tambem exige notas sem qualquer marca, dizem que caso contrario banco nao aceita. Nao faz muito sentido.
