• Sightseer08972112991 (10/5): A Stay That Made a New City Feel Welcoming - We stayed at this property for 15 days while relocating to a new city with my family and looking back, choosing this hotel was honestly one of the best decisions we made. From day one, the entire staff was consistently polite, warm and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. What truly stood out, though, was the level of care and comfort they made my parents feel, especially since I had to be outside for most of the daytime because of relocation work. A very special mention to **Jwmwi**, our housekeeper. She went far beyond what one would normally expect. My parents are not used to travelling much or staying in a completely new city for long durations, but she made them feel genuinely comfortable and at ease every single day. Whether it was helping them get accustomed to things around the apartment, assisting whenever they needed something or simply being kind and attentive, she handled everything with so much warmth and patience. As a son, it genuinely gave me peace of mind knowing my parents were being looked after so thoughtfully while I was away during the day. My mother especially became very comfortable around her because of how caring, patient, and warm she was throughout the stay. That kind of empathy is rare and deserves appreciation. The food experience throughout the stay was excellent as well. Breakfast every day had a great variety and never felt repetitive. There were plenty of healthy and regular options, a wide selection of coffee and beverages, and desserts as well. We also dined multiple times at Oakleaf, and honestly every meal there was consistently good regardless of what we ordered from the menu. If I had to point out one minor area for improvement, it would probably be communication at the front office occasionally, but it was never anything serious enough to affect the warmth or comfort of the stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience for us as a family during an important transition phase in life. Thank you to the entire team for making those first 15 days in a new city feel comfortable, welcoming, and memorable.

A special mention to Manager Agilan for his excellent hospitality and professionalism. From arranging car bookings to providing helpful advice on rentals, everything was handled seamlessly. He was always available and ensured that even adhoc requests were taken care of promptly. The entire staff was extremely courteous, kind, and helpful at all times. From the security team assisting with unloading luggage, to the reception staff arranging medicines for urgent needs and coordinating cab services everyone went above and beyond. Even the senior staff personally helped with carrying luggage to and from the room, which was truly appreciated. We stayed in a two-bedroom deluxe apartment, which was perfect for a family of four. Additional requests, such as accommodating an extra person, were handled smoothly. The booking process was also very convenient and efficiently managed over the phone. Overall, it was a perfect stay. Mr. Agilan’s leadership clearly reflects in the high standard of hospitality maintained by his team. I would highly recommend this place for both short-term and long-term stays.

Important thing in Bangalore is that it is clean. I would also like to call out specific staff from the dining area Arijit, who helped me with breakfast for my sensitive diet (gluten, lactose etc.) He made my 18 months stay homely. Thank you

Every morning Debashish remembered my favorite coffee order and had it ready for me, complete with a smiley face in the foam. What a wonderful start to my day! The hotel amenities were great too and everything is kept very clean.

The pantry is good enough for a family's needs. The bathroom is clean, well-maintained and hygienic. Food was good and the staff were very much amicable. The TV however was a let down as it was not smart and hence no OTT even if you have a subscription. Entry is wrong in Google Maps and hence lost the direction. The cab driver has to ask bystanders for direction.

• amruthavarshinia (10/5): Excellent experience - I used to stay in 1131, nagaraju is a room service here , he used to do it all neatly clean and I like his service a lot , tomorrow is my last day in the hotel , I like the amenities in this hotel a lot as well, so next time if i visit again want to start in this hotel only again if it's costly also. But try to arrange any dairy or at least one from the reception side to the people who start for a few days or more , it will give them a good impression

I have been living in the UK for the last 16 years, and coming to India always feels like a special treat. People like Dev and Shubham showed exceptional kindness and made my stay even more special with their thoughtful gestures toward guests. The hospitality was outstanding, and I would definitely visit this hotel again.

• 392avnib (10/5): Great stay with excellent housekeeping and facilities - I really enjoyed my stay here. A special mention to Deepti from the housekeeping team. He did an absolutely amazing job. Every single day when I came back from work, everything was perfectly taken care of. The kitchen, bed sheets, room setup everything was clean, organized, and neatly done. It genuinely made the stay very comfortable and stress-free. Thanks to deepti in particular for keeping my room clean for weeks. The breakfast options are tasty and have a good variety. The only downside for me was the tea preparation at breakfast , that’s the one thing I didn’t quite enjoy. One of the best highlights of this place is the dedicated gym on the 8th floor. I went there almost every day. It’s quiet, peaceful, and aesthetically very pleasing , perfect for working out in silence without any disturbance.The atmosphere of the hotel has positive vibes. We also have an option to go to nexus mall via 3rd floor and do shopping, grocery and stuff and later cook that in the kitchen. The commute from here for whitefield is easy and all the good spots are just nearby only. Overall, a great experience with excellent service and facilities for the price we are paying. Would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The staff at the front office whose name starts with A he is from Kerala was very welcoming and helpful. He also helped us with food options as we ate fussy eaters. The breakfast service is amazing and very quick. We were served by Dev and he was very attentive and quick. We also were shown around by a room boy whose name starts with P and he is from West Bengal. Thanks again. The location is a cherry on the cake. I will visit again. The staff in Oakleaf, the restaurant were always there to serve my family our favourites every morning. They helped my little kids to get food when they couldn't reach on their own. The food was pretty good, with a good variety. The housekeeping staff (Jwmwi, Nagaraj and Runder) were extremely helpful too. They always kept our room clean and tidy and topped up whatever amenities we needed promptly. I had a good stay and have no complaints.

The entire staff makes this place feel welcoming, but I especially want to highlight the teams that made my daily routine pleasant: The standard of cleanliness in my room has been excellent every single day. The person responsible for this outstanding consistency is Nagraj from the Housekeeping team. Nagraj not only keeps the room spotless but always completes his duties with a genuine smile and a cheerful attitude. The breakfast is excellent, with a variety of good food options. Just as importantly, the dining staff is consistently nice, friendly, and efficient in their service. Starting the day with a pleasant interaction and good food is always appreciated. Overall, our experience was very good. The F&B team was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Shubham, who did an exemplary job. He greeted us every morning at breakfast with a warm smile and was always quick and attentive with the service. Arjit made excellent coffee for us — his service was truly commendable. Kaushik’s hospitality also deserves a special mention. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team under Kartik for maintaining our room so well. Digendro did an excellent job keeping our room and kitchen spotless every day. The turnaround time for requests at the reception could be a bit quicker and more understanding. Thank you once again!
