- Jean (5/5): It was okay. The shower was a real letdown the rest I could deal with. - I did not partake in the breakfast as I had somebody make breakfast for me each morning that I was in Houston. She was a former chef so she feeds me well. I like the location as it is close to China town which is nice for both her and I. The hotel is in need for some TLC. The outside has places where the stone siding has come off, there is fraying on the hallway carpets, the elevator was hot and was out of order for a couple of days. The shower was very low pressure and was hard to wash in. There was a hole in the wall next to the closet and then a hole in the closet. At 100 dollars a night this should be better. I will check my account to make sure the 100 dollar deposit hold is released in full. My room number was 311.

- Maurice (7/5): Overall it was ok. - The location was great. I didn't like they put me in a room that smelled like dog when I didn't have a pet! They did move me to a better room that was very comfortable and clean.
Worst part was not having good breakfast, just a waffle machine, cereal, and toast. Not worth the cost to stay

- Rosen (2/5): Not worth the money. Not worth the stay honestly. Go elsewhere!!! - Room and bathroom were okay. I mostly enjoyed the layout, not the actual room. There was stuff stuck all over the walls from a previous guest, burn holes in the pillow case, and housekeeping STOLE my shirt that I accidentally left hanging in the closet. The fridge made a loud buzzing noise all night as well and the elevator was out. People were running all around the hotel. It was just a hot mess.

- Butcher (1/5): I’d never again stay there. - The bed was comfortable It smelled like pot. The floor wasn’t vacuumed. No light in the middle area. NO PEEP HOLE GLASS!!! You could see right into the room !!!!! The other rooms bathroom faucet barely worked.

My room smelled horrible me and my daughter got a headache trying to sleep in room. Bed was comfy but the odor was foul and strong. Had my daughter in town for a college visit the staff said no other rooms to switch to I was very disappointed.

- Binh (3/5): Poor service from front desk/management. - Location to Bellaire is excellent. Cuts corners. We stayed multiple nights and found out of you do not request full room service, you have to take towels down to the front desk to get new ones. The new ones are the junk smaller towels they give you at the swimming pool!
My iron didn’t turn on. After waiting a few hours and having to go back down and ask them for a replacement AGAIN, they claimed there was no replacement. I told them I would check-out and request a refund if that’s the case since all my clothes required ironing. They finally brought me another one….which was also broken!!! It turned on but had a crack and leaked water. When I asked the cleaning staff for another replacement, she told me to go back to the front desk.
We will not be back. If you don’t run into any issues during your stay, then it’s OK. IF there are problems, good luck.

Lots of bread and yogurt cereal options great value for the price The room felt dirty, I noticed the carpet had crumbs and eyelashes stuck to it 🤢 there was no cleaning services all the days we were there the restrooms didn’t have trash bags for trash the phone in our room was broken so we couldn’t call down stairs we were gone most of the day and came back trash was never taken out and we didn’t clean towels when I went down stairs to ask for new ones because I didn’t know jow to use the broken phone, they told me I had to bring the dirty towels down stairs so I had to go back up to my room the elevator lights were broken the elevator buttons too wish I would taken photos of the lashes in the carpet and broken light in elevator
- Edgar (3/5): - We were first put in a room where we could not breath properly due to the humidity. The ceiling was bad, the forniture was bad... Horrible experience. Next day, we were given an ok room, but I would choose another place next time. I was able sleep the second night. That's a pro.

- Gary II (4/5): - I liked the location of the hotel. The staff was kind of cool.The facility itself was somewhat ran down and looked like it was about to fall apart in a few places.The room was clean enough, but overall, it felt like a rundown dying hotel
- Hou (3/5): I won't choose this place again. - The front desk staff were very friendly. The sheets and pillows in the room emitted a strong, unpleasant odor that smelled like hairspray. Furthermore, no shampoo and body wash was provided in the room.

- Binh (3/5): They are cutting corners and lost a customer…. - Location Service is soooo poor here. Room service is non-existent. If you stay for multiple nights, you have to REQUEST room service/cleaning 24 hours in advance. No room service means you have to take towels down yourself to the check-in desk to exchange for new towels. To top it off, they give you the trashy pool towels if you do the exchange. The “nicer” towels are only available with full room service. My room’s remote was missing when we came AND the iron was not working. They didn’t not have a replacement and only brought me one when I told them I would like to checkout and have the rest of my stay refunded. What kind of hotel cuts corners like this????? It’s my first experience at a hotel with a towel policy like that. We will not be staying here again.

- Logan (1/5): Rude and unprofessional and something needs to be done asap - The service I was called a man when clearly imma women I was given a room key to 205 when I got up there a man was naked in the room mind you your employee had headphones in her ear and wasn’t listening then I had to tell her pick my id up and give to me in my hand like I handed it to her then she gave us room 319 with a broke tv like this was the most uncomfortable situation I was every put in The service was horrible I also have video no pictures

The new employee Prabin was not friendly or helpful zero stars. Not knowledgeable about much. Made things hard for me while staying there which is one of the reasons I choose not to anymore! Had to change rooms twice because a roach was found in each room.

- KHOA (6/5): - We liked the cleanliness, staff, and service, but we weren’t a fan of the water pressure and temperature, amenities, or property conditions. It seemed like the owner was trying to cut costs everywhere. The water pressure was low, and the water was cold even when we turned it all the way to hot. The room had very low lighting, the soap and shampoo were not very good quality, and it seemed the AC was running at an improper level in the hallways made it smell like mold. We didn’t try the free breakfast, so we had no comments on that. We stayed at this hotel twice but we were so disappointed this time.

The rooms smelled musty and had all worn and broken fixtures such as a broken tv mount, furniture were all chipped and a drawer hardware was misaligned; lamp shade, switch and outlets were broken, fogged windows, broken curtain rod, cracked bathroom sink, dirty carpets, clogged tub, and a broken shower rod mount.

- Douglas (2/5): Mold smell, Horrible Staff, no breakfast - Hotel smells very strongly of mold. Room was dirty. Literally a dirty rag was left on floor in corner of bathroom. There was mold growing up side of wall. The shower faucet didn’t have any pressure. When I called the front desk. The woman Sharma, was Very rude telling me to turn and move the shower head around till it works. When I told her no, it doesn’t work. She told me to stop being rude. It’s not rude to ask for a new room, and let you know what was going on with this one. Breakfast was stopped an hour before it was supposed to be. Was told, it’s closed when I asked at 8am. Was supposed to be open till 9.

2. No bedding for the pullout couch, the mattress on the pullout was very thin, you could feel the bars through the "mattress", the sheets/comforter given for the pullout were very thin
3. They closed down breakfast almost 30 min before the reported end time. Didn't make any fresh breakfast items almost 45min before reported end time.
4. Only given enough towels for 1 person. Then has to return those towels before you were given another set.
- Safdar (1/5): Bad experience - My recent stay at Comfort Suites was highly disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, making it uncomfortable to use. The room's carpet was not only dirty but also had a strong, unpleasant odor that persisted throughout my stay. The hallway carpets were equally smelly, and the elevator had a foul smell that made every ride unpleasant. Additionally, the breakfast options were extremely limited, which was a major letdown and added to the overall disappointment. On a positive note, the staff was nice. I expected much better from Comfort Suites and would not recommend this location until these issues are addressed.

Breakfast was as expected, when we checked in, they explained to us how breakfast worked. I see a lot of complaints about it only being waffles. Well, they tell you on the paper they give you at check in that Monday through Friday. It's just a standard cold breakfast, Saturday and Sunday are continental breakfast. Our room was cold. The refrigerator was cold. The microwave worked great. The pool was clean. The entire hotel was clean and my son and I had a wonderful two night stay.
