- Anandan (9/5): Preferable place to stay for work or with family. - The staff are friendly & customer centric. Gave necessary updates at time of booking, accommodated changes within their limits. Food was bit unsatisfactory on first day of stay but they showed courtesy in following up during next serve so it is negligible. Can’t complain.

- Jaralba (8/5): Nag enjoy naman kami,pang tatlong beses na namim ma check in dito sa nehal hotel.. - Kalinisan,medyo mainit lang ang mga room,3 beses na kami nag check in ng partner ko sa hotel na ito,medyo mainit ang room then ang mga towel is medyo luma na at hindi mabango,ganun din ang room hindi sya yong tipong mabango like other hotel..pero nagustohan naman namin ang hotel dahil maliinis.. Yong mga towel medyo luma na at hindi mabango,ganun din ang room hindi siya mabango like other hotel,then yong aircon medyo mainit siya..pero nagustohan namin ang hotel dahil mailinis naman at mababait mga staff..

- Kheiri (8/5): جيدة جداً ومريحة - جيد وممتاز من جميع النواحي ولكن فقط خدمة المواقف لديهم الموظف الموجود انه يصر ان ياخد مفاتيح السيارة ولكنني ركنتها بمكان فارغ ولا اريد اعطاءه مفاتيح السيارة لذلك اربكني وازعجني قليلا ولكن مع ذلك لم اعطه مفاتيح السيارة وطلب مني تعديل مكان ركن السيارة وهذا ما لم يعجبني وانني ركنتها بمكان مناسب ولكن لانني رفضت ان اعطيه مفاتيح السيارة ف طلبت مني التغير والى ماذلك
