• maurizio (10/5): Fidatevi! - Tornavamo per la seconda volta. Abbiamo soggiornato 10 notti in una camera con letto e soggiorno, dove è stato piacevole riposare e anche fare delle semplici colazioni la mattina. La zona palestra e SPA è ottima, la zona vicino al mercato è al metro e a molti ristoranti e bar e negozi. Insonorizzazione interna perfetta. Personale splendido. Forse bisogna dire che le camere non sono molto silenziose, ma in compenso si può aprire la finestra per areare e dopo un po’ è tutto bello e non ci pensi più.

Clean and comfortable bedding and towels. Liked that you had to scan your room key in the lift to go to your floor. Felt like a great security addition that I’ve not seen in many hotels. Excellent and friendly staff too. We would definitely stay here again. Can’t think of anything.

Top Lage, sehr gute Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und vergleichsweise großere Zimmer. Wir haben vor 6,5 Jahren schon einmal hier übernachtet und es war sicher dass wir es wieder tun werden. Nichts.

Cambiaban todos los días las toallas la limpieza era impecable. Además nos entregaron la habitación 1 hora antes del check in. El día d Emi cumpleaños me regalaron un cóctel en el bar. Aunque el desayuno estaba muy rico nos pareció un poco costoso. El aire acondicionado alumbraba mucho.

• Rebecca (9/5): - Location was excellent, walking distance to palaces, Ikseon-dong, Insa-dong, the Stream etc plus right on the corner super close to Namdaemum Market. As a first timer in Seoul it was a perfect location, especially as a solo-traveller. Room was cleaned every day with coffee, water and towels all replaced daily. I requested a quieter room also on a higher floor and there was barely a sound at night. Would highly recommend for anyone visiting Seoul for the first time!

• Silvia Crema (10/5): Ultimi giorni in Corea !! - Siamo stati due volte in questa struttura, all'arrivo ed al rientro dalla Corea verso l'Italia. Entrambe le volte ci siamo trovati molto bene come detto altra recensione camera pulitissima e molto grande questa volta era al 14 piano!! per cui con vista sulla porta di Seoul. Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, e la posizione perfetta sia per muoversi con metro e treno che per visitare tantissime attrazioni. Molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

La colazione non l'abbiamo provata pertanto non possiamo giudicare. La posizione è ottima vicino alla metro a alla stazione ferroviaria Seoul station. Tutte la attrazioni del centro sono raggiungibili a piedi e per noi che adoriamo passeggiare è un plus.

• Charlotte (9/5): - The hotel was in a great location to the metro and various bus routes with Seoul station (20 min walk) Namdaemun (5 min walk), Myeongdong (10-15 min walk) and Cheonggyecheon stream (20 min walk) close by. There were various restaurants, coffee shops and cultural sites nearby too! The staff were friendly and the room was great and spacious with a full size fridge, sink and washing machine! The ned was firm but still comfortable. The only downside i found was that within the bathroom the rainfall shower leaked through the door causing what looked like the beginnings of mould under the sink. Despite this i would definitely book again when I visit!

• Felicia (8/5): Comfortable stay at the heart of Nandaemun, short walk to Myeongdong. - Location and in-house sauna. The management was prompt in addressing our feedback and sent us a recovery package. A nice gesture. Housekeeping a bit poor. We asked a few things from the cleaning crew before we left hotel in the morning but was not done, have to call the housekeeping again when we came back in the evening.

It’s easy to get taxis too. The receptionists, concierge and doorman were very friendly and helpful and always serving with a smile. The foods served in The First Floor’s restaurant were delicious and they even adjusted the menus to cater to our needs for example making vegetarian dishes for us. Thank you! It was overall a very pleasant stay. When the shower was used, water leaked out from the glass screen near the shower onto the bathroom floor, creating a pool under the toilet bowl. The shower curtain was also too short and it did not prevent water from the shower to stay in.
