• Deanna (8/5): Overall the place is cute and set up nicely - The area was close to stores and walking distance for a coffee .if the weather was better I would’ve took advantage of the bicycles . The room was cute . The tv was a little difficult to work and our coffee machine didn’t work when we tried to use on our last morning there

• Selen (9/5): We Loved Freebird and will be going back! - The hotel colors are great, the rooms are updated and friendly. The pool and lobby are very welcoming and the staff was very nice!! The food at the pool was great! The room wasn't 100% clean, neither was the pool. The pillows were tiny and not very comfortable and when our neighbors or the people staying on the floor above us were watching TV or walking around we could hear everything. Next time I will definetly ask for a second floor room.

• Ken (8/5): Great people! Clean room and hot shower. - The staff was FABULOUS and fun! They really wanted to make your stay as good as possible. Shower area with toilet was a bit tight, but liked that the sink was outside that area, so one could continue to get ready while the other is taking a shower/using bathroom. But that long mirror needs to be moved! It reflects the light from the bathroom area right in your face when you are trying to sleep. Over-all a good experience!

• Anne (10/5): Rockingly grand ! - Impeccable stay! Details details! Comfortable bed and all the amenities you would need such as a mini fridge, lovely upgraded tv with a great selection of channels. The blinds were modern with black out option and decor were stylish and rocking. The furniture was all cozy and made it feel like a little condo all your own. Even the tiles in the bathroom area were high end. The pool and surrounding areas were amazing and the staff makes you feel like rockin royalty. The fireplaces outside were an added bonus to add to your evening adventures. I love that the pool stays open until 10! In season, they offer yummy foods and cocktails so you never have to leave.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel and location - My husband and I just stayed at the Freebird for a quick getaway. The hotel was fantastic. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean. We loved the hot tub , pool and cabanas . We highly recommend hotel and it was very convenient to restaurants like Yarmouth House, Skippers, Pirates Cove mini golf and beach. Great location.

The food truck and bar by the pool make it even better. But the real standout is the staff . Everyone was awesome, super friendly and very servicey.

• Tracy (6/5): - The bathrooms are ridiculously small. You almost have to stand in the tub in order to close the door. There’s about a half inch between the door and the toilet. My bathroom had an awful stench of urine and I did say something to the front desk and they offered us a different room. Great location but I don’t think I’d go back. Don’t think the room was worth the cost. Can get way better rooms at that rate in the same areas.

The rooms were super surgically clean, smelled great, the vibe was perfect, the pool and hot tub were clean and refreshing. The lounge chairs were perfect on getting your tan on. The vibe again I can not state enough. Easy parking. The beds were so comfy. Wish we could move in!

• jacqueline (9/5): Lovely place and people. - Lovely room. Great to have a shaded pool area and free bikes. Pizza and cocktails were fab. Lovely staff. Super clean pool area. We saw a bunny too!! Great location to walk to a few places to eat. Have to pay for the cabanas. Nobody was using them so they should be opened up. Shame there weren't any kids bikes. But this wouldn't put me off staying again though :)

• Michaela (8/5): No relaxation in sight - 2 items to note. Laying on the chaise lounges were extremely uncomfortable as they were very hard plastic. And every time someone entered the pool, the door would slam so loud that there was no relaxation at all. Secondly…on our first night, we were trying to have a relaxing time in the hot tub and there was what seemed to be an intoxicated guest who was using vulgar language, crying and being extremely loud in the indoor pool area. Again…what was suppose to be a relaxing time ended up being quite uncomfortable.

• Caroline (5/5): Joli hôtel mais les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix - La déco, l'espace de la chambre, la piscine, le prêt des vélos Le rapport qualité prix : quand on paye 400$ la nuit, on ne s'attend pas à une chambre et une fenêtre qui donnent si directement sur le parking, des lits très petits (140cm), une climatisation qui fait tellement de bruit qu'il est impossible de dormir avec, une totale absence de réponses aux questions posées via la messagerie Booking avant le séjour.... Et en plus il faut payer une option très chère pour profiter des canapés de la piscine ! Un hôtel type Motel bien fait, mais cela ne vaut pas le prix facturé.
• Dawn (10/5): - Such an adorable retro renovation. Rooms are spacious, beds and pillows super comfy, great design and spotless. Sparkling pool ,fire pits, corn hole and cabanas... awesome vibe. Much more than I expected from a road side motel. Conveniently located near restaurants, and stores, with beaches just a short drive away. The staff are all friendly and professional.

• Becky (10/5): Beach vacation - Freebird has been our home away from home on Cape Cod for many years. Close to beaches, shopping, entertainment, and great restaurants. Check in was fast and friendly, while sipping a glass of complimentary champagne. Beds are super comfortable, complete with a towel animal, and the rooms are really clean. Split bathroom, so two people can get ready at once. The outdoor space has been transformed, with fire pits and a bar/food area outside the pool. Pool and hot tub are always part of our day, and they sure go great with an umbrella drink. Pool music is always on point. Even the room keys are fun. The only rainy day we had, we received a text that if we wanted flatbreads from the truck, that they would deliver it to our room! We could stay dry. Great customer service. In a time where customer service is falling by the wayside, Freebird is upping their game. See you next summer!
