The others were nice but didn't go the extra mile to help me with a few requests. Also I don't feel confident they had the knowledge to help me.
- Tuyet Linh (9/5): Definitely a hidden gem in this area. The location is perfect, the facilities are good and bed is comfortable to sleep. - The hotel location is excellent(only 5-minute walk to Mong Kok Station) close to Ladies’ Market, and plenty of local food spots. The facilities and equipment are new, modern, and very practical. I especially appreciated the water station, which provides warm and hot water anytime. The staff were very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout our stay. Compared to other hotels in the same price range that I researched, this room was quite spacious. There was enough space to open 1–2 suitcases while still having room to walk around comfortably. The bathroom was also spacious, bright, and clean. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend it for anyone staying in Hong Kong. The bathroom floor uses a wooden platform with drainage gaps, which helps the area dry quickly after showers. While this is practical and keeps the bathroom well-ventilated, I personally felt it might be harder to clean thoroughly and could create extra work for the housekeeping staff.

- Mandy (9/5): - 距離地鐵旺角站A1(有電梯)及A2出口走路約5分鐘，櫃檯人員親切回覆問題(甚至列印地圖路徑給我們參考)，房內有飲水機、餐具，浴廁除了洗髮精、沐浴乳，甚至還有提供潤髮乳及身體乳，但吹風機容易過熱，2個長髮女生用中間需要間隔一段時間，不過房務人員還是有協助更換吹風機，十分感謝，總體而言cp值高。 房間有一點點偏小，如果行李箱超過25吋可能會無法完全攤平。

In general the area is good for Mongkok eventhou the immediate area is filled with construction companies, but just walk 5 mins you will be in the heart of Mongkok. The storage area under the bed is difficult to use. You need to step aside to pull out the drawers. The closet hanging rods are well too high to reach.
