Hotel was very clean and comfortable Location not great as nothing to do locally without driving and little in Torre Canne. Menu choice for dinner was limited and same every night, with no meat option. Too many staff especially in the restaurant. Was asked 5 times during my meal if all was ok. Just let me eat, I’ll tell you if not ok.

Obsługa cudowna, po prostu CIDOWNA. Pokoje dwa razy dziennie sprzątane, śniadania kapitalna, basen i jego obsługa full profi. No to prostu jechać korzystać i nie kombinować z innymi hotelami w tamtym rejonie. Nie było czegoś takiego, a jestem wymagający i zawsze coś mi nie odpowiada, ale NIE W TYM PRZYPADKU
Hendrik (9/5): We hebben het heerlijk gehad dankzij het zeer vriendelijke personeel! - Mooie en ruime kamers, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijt en zeer goed restaurant, prachtig zwembad, veel bedjes en direct aan de zee Het hotel laat ook kleine huisdieren toe en gezinnen met baby’s, en dat vind ik niet goed passen bij een dergelijk 5 sterren hotel.

Posizione eccellente sul mare attraverso uno splendido Solarium con erba naturale soffice e verdeggiante, assolutamente ben tenuta. Assolutamente nulla, comunque la perfezione della struttura in tutti i particolari, lascia trasparire ampiamente la cura continua ed il continuo miglioramento di tutti gli ampi e confortevoli ambienti, dai giardini, alla Hall, ai terrazzi, piscina, ampi ristoranti sia a mare che interno. Il servizio è perfetto e l’accoglienza è calorosa e amichevole, ti senti a casa subito, ricordo in particolare la Signora Anna, che ci ha accolti e assistiti per tutti gli 8 giorni di vacanza e che dire del drink offertoci appena arrivati, preparato dal bravissimo Capo Barman Riccardo, che con i suoi vari Colleghi ci ha deliziato e coccolati per tutto il tempo di permanenza, non facendoci mai mancare i suoi splendidi caffè, che detto da un Napoletano è quanto dire. Perfetta la festa di Ferragosto, cibo, musica dal vivo dí altissimo livello e fiochi d’artificio splendidi. Insomma non vedo l’ora di tornare.

JJM2207 (10/5): Trust me, book it! - This was actually our second year in a row staying here and the first year I knew the hotel/ staff/ service;/ food at every meal/ ambiance was over the top amazing and sure enough they received a Michelin fork and star a few months later, so I felt validated to all of the people I raved to about this hotel. The staff makes it, the ambiance sets the relaxation but vibrant tone, and the food lets you know you are fully taken care of with different meals and restaurants having unique drinks and food. Most hotels have the same drinks for each restaurant or bar but this is unique day to day (even the breakfast is mixed up each day with something you couldn't get the day before and may not get again). The gift shop has amazing bathing suits, dresses, home fragrance and many other items. Your stay will make you feel like you are special. It is located so that getting to the white villages is central, but we found that we took a few villages off our list as we wanted to just be at the hotel. I think the most telling thing was when we left the first year, our 10 year old said on the way to the airport "I don't want to leave, the people are so nice and the families are together and everyone is really happy" - Out of the mouth of babes...

Nach einer äußerst stressvollen Reise wurden wir hier jedoch außergewöhnlich professionell und zugleich herzlich empfangen. Vom ersten Moment bis zur Abreise wurde sich aufmerksam, unaufdringlich und mit großer Selbstverständlichkeit um uns gekümmert. Ich habe selten – eigentlich noch nie – eine derart authentische und gleichzeitig perfekte Gastfreundschaft erlebt. Und das, obwohl wir zuletzt in einigen der besten Hotels Europas übernachtet haben. Eine absolute Perle. Eine echte Oase.

It is wonderfully situated directly facing the sea. The staff are so welcoming, helpful, friendly, warm and efficient. The restaurants serve delicious local cuisine. We cannot recommend this exceptional hotel highly enough and cannot wait to return.

We had a suite that overlooked the pool and ocean, absolutely gorgeous!!! Sunrises were spectacular! Everything about this hotel is wonderful…. cozy and top notch food and service. Their staff goes above and beyond to make your stay so comfortable. I enjoyed the many cozy areas to sit to have a drink, listen to the wonderful music or even to play games or cards. Breakfast was a beautiful feast each day!!! Large number of staff so really never had to wait for any request. Would highly recommend and being right there on the water does get much better. Never stayed at a place that made you feel so welcome and comfortable! Took advantage of the spa and some treatments and was very pleased there also!

Incredible spread at breakfast, included in the room. We ate in the restaurant every night and there was a lot of variety and all the dishes were exceptional. Access to the sea was so close. The food options were excellent, breakfast provided a vast array of cold buffet items as well as various hot choices. The bread was fantastic. The evening meals were superb with a good selection for each day we were there. The wines were also excellent and suited our tastes. Our room was extremely comfortable with a decent size balcony with a sea view. Always cleaned and restocked each day. The pool and gardens are a real asset, with far reaching views to Canne Torre. Overall a really fabulous weeks holiday. Thank you again to the staff.

erwins860 (10/5): We were sorry to leave! - Wonderful in all respects. My wife and I visited Puglia for the first time and our first stay was at Canne Bianchi for two nights. We had a wonderful time and could have stayed longer. The hotel is a boutique hotel, meaning lots of personal attention; not crowded; very quiet. We had a two room suite with two bathrooms which is very nice to have and gave us privacy. Hotel was quiet; beautifully maintained and decorated; the two restaurants were wonderful and the Pizza Restaurant had some of the best pizza we have had. The gym was fine for our needs; plenty of loungers and umbrellas at the pool; and the staff was wonderful. A special shout out for Patrizia who helped us arrange a car rental and other details of our stay. Everything was clean and in great condition. Highly recommended and a great way to begin our tour of Puglia. Thank you!
537marshallm (10/5): Expected luxury and this hotel delivered - The staff to guest ratio seems much higher than many hotels which results in you feeling special. From arrival and being shown around by one of the “handmaidens “, all staff smile & greeted us throughout our stay. Rooms are nice, without being fancy. Comfy beds and good aircon. Dining areas lovely, and breakfast exceptional. The main restaurant is good, if a bit pricey ( to be expected). The pizza area in the grounds is nice too. Lovely pool and really good sunbeds. It is a 30 minute walk into Torre Canne and cabs are expensive. You cannot walk along the beach. Downsides were few but included 1. A 20 euro charge to use the steam room, even briefly ( surely for the price paid for rooms an extra charge is unnecessary? and 2. Outside areas are plagued by wasps,,with no apparent effort to reduce their impact. My special thanks to Anna, a handmaiden in reception, who was especially helpful to me.

The service throughout our stay was impeccable in all areas of the hotel, staff are very friendly but professional & it is obvious that they want you to enjoy your stay and do everything they can to make this happen. Restaurant meals were excellent with plenty of choices. Our room was on the 1st floor with a balcony, whirlpool bath & shower, it was spotlessly clean. Loved the pool area & having your own small cool box with bottled water was a nice touch. Our holiday consisted of a stay in Matera, Alberobello & Torre Canne & a stay at Canne Bianche finished off our holiday perfectly.

You are greeted by a staff member as soon as you arrive and led in to their beautiful lobby with comfortable sofas where they check you in. Then they take bring you a wonderful aperitif of your choice with little snacks. You feel very special the moment you walk in. Pure luxury. The housekeeping staff always kept your room clean replenishing bath towels as needed. The staff is very professional and helpful.

Excellent staff throughout from reception to restaurants/ bar and pool and special mention to cleaning staff our room was always immaculate. Food was excellent and we were lucky to be there for fiesta night, which was such fun. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

OscarYorkshire (10/5): A brilliant hotel! - Absolutely wonderful hotel and location. True luxury combines location, facilities and excellent staff- this hotel has the perfect balance. Rooms are lovely with outdoor terraces, outdoor showers and indoor luxury. Two restaurants are also excellent and the pool areas are spacious and well attended- personal water coolers and towels are delivered to your sun bed. We were offered a party on our first night- what a great event, with a lovely atmosphere and a chance to dine with other guests. Good planning put language groups together and the wine flowed along with the conversation. Staff couldn’t do enough for you at breakfast through lunch to an evening drink and dinner. Getting to local restaurants is a breeze with good taxis easily arranged and even a Turk tuck serves for closer venues. Cannot recommend this place highly enough but be aware- it’s not in any way cheap 😉

The cleanliness of the room stood out immediately — everything was spotless, fresh, and well-maintained, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. Their warm and professional attitude really added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. Another highlight was the food — every meal was delicious, fresh, and thoughtfully prepared. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and flavor of the dishes were consistently impressive. Lastly, the location is fantastic, perfectly situated for both exploring the local area and accessing nearby attractions. It was convenient, scenic, and made getting around easy and enjoyable.

SANDRA12ATHENS (10/5): Best beach hotel of the area - The best beach hotel of our road trip in Puglia. Impeccable service, elegant but relaxed atmosphere, modern room and bathroom, very good breakfast and delicious dinner. They have two restaurants and both of them worth a try. We have also enjoyed the pool and its proximity to the sea. You can relax by the pool and avoid the crowds, and then dive into the beautiful crystal sea. It’s just a few steps away. This hotel offers quality vacation and it is highly recommended.

Canne Bianche is a treasured experience that is magical, detail oriented, and so heartwarming it will have you planning your next visit, even before checking out. My husband and I spent 4 nights of our honeymoon here and couldn’t imagine creating memories anywhere else during such a special time in our lives. We were consistently blown away by the intricate details of the decor, breathtaking views of the Adriatic, and the warmth from the most attentive staff, who make you feel like family. We were immediately welcomed to Canne Bianche with drinks and snacks upon checking in and provided a thorough tour of the grounds and amenities from Lesley, our new friend. We were cordially invited to their “La Festa”, which is completely complimentary to all guests and offers entertainment, dinner, drinks, and dancing for hours. La Festa was a beautiful opportunity to connect with other guests (now friends) from all over the world, all levels of the staff, and the culture of Puglia in the most sincere and organic way. The restaurants, lounges, and bars on site offer the most delicious bites from the Puglia region, creatively crafted cocktails, local wines, and coastal views. Their complimentary breakfast feels more of a fine dining experience with the most attentive staff and (hands down) the most delicious eggs from our new friend, Lena. We truly could continue going on for hours praising and thanking EVERYONE at Canne Bianche for making our honeymoon more memorable than we could have ever imagined, especially Lesley, Lena, Noemi, Manuela, Lucrezia, Gilda, and Giuseppe. Reflecting on our unforgettable experience at Canne Bianche provides a clear understanding of why it is “The Lifestyle Hotel” and gives an even deeper appreciation for our time at such a magical place. ryanmK8291NH (10/5): Fantastic place to unwind, relax and enjoy life - Talk about the best place to unwind and relax along the coast. Whether you want to relax alongside the pool or over in the shaded area in front of the beach there was a spot for you. Wife and I stayed in one of the rooms that had its own private pool. The room was large with two bathrooms, a seating area and an extremely nice outdoor area inclusive of a warm pool, shower and lounge chairs. Best of all the outdoor area was extremely private and gave the feeling of seclusion even if the main walking path was right outside your walls. The staff overall was fantastic and what you’d expect from a 5* hotel. Some of the cocktail waiters might have been a little snooty but overall everyone was super helpful and genuinely happy to help you. The wait staff at both restaurants go above and beyond even offering to cork our wine at lunch and save it for later in the evening if we wanted. The food options were solid. We ate at both hotel restaurants as well as the snack bar while there. It’s nice that if you do get the fish of the day, they’ll often prepare it for you in multiple different ways whether it be a pasta and or light fried or grilled. The breakfast was good with a nice selection of fresh fruits, local pastries and baked dishes as well as an omelette bar. When eating at the main restaurant for dinner, it was a bit pricey compared to other locations on the island but the food and selection were still good. Finally, if you stay at the hotel, you MUST book the spa for an hour. You have access to a steam room, sauna, pool and relaxation room. Wife and I came out of the Spa feeling incredible (I personally loved the peppermint in the steam room)

The wait staff, concierge, bellman and housekeeping was FIRST RATE. It being a privately operated hotel the owner was there almost everyday, really doing nothing. Saw him berate the guy playing music. Not good optics. I hope the other employees are treated well. I believe they are seeing as how darn professional they are. No beach and you really can’t enter the water. Too rocky. Pool is beautiful though.
connell66 (10/5): Perfect place to relax - From the moment you arrive and are greeted by your charming Concierge, this place is an oasis of calm. To a man and woman the Staff are the jewels in its crown!!! Rooms are spotless and well appointed….ours had a delightful terrace (my favourite). Breakfasts are plentiful with lots of choice and 10/10 for fresh orange juice every morning. Lunches in the beachside restaurant were great and the whole place exudes comfort and Italian hospitality. I would recommend it to anyone needing a relaxing break in beautiful surroundings.

The staff are amazing, friendly, efficient and very welcoming. The hotel itself is just beautiful, the room was spotless and very comfortable and housekeeping are so efficient. Breakfast is superb, everything you could wish for and more! We ate at Autentico and Giuammare and had great meals. The pool and area around it is fabulous and the sun beds are so comfortable. The beach bar staff are also so friendly and knew what we wanted without us having to tell them as they remembered us from the day before. We couldn’t fault a thing and we can’t wait to come back.

I rarely post reviews but on this occasion after an eight day holiday at Canne Bianche I feel I must remark on the outstanding attention and exceptional service my wife and I received from Patrizia Romagno, Guest Relations Manager. Like most travellers to the Puglia region we came to see several well known places and attractions. We decided on this occasion not to hire a car but to rely on drivers taking us whilst we explored places at our leisure and left all arrangements to Patrizia. Her advice, recommendations and arrangements were superbly organised. We did everything that we'd intended to do and had days in-between to relax at this splendid boutique hotel. Patrizia is the maestro of Guest Relations and planning for whatever you may wish to see or do around Puglia. To briefly mention two other staff members... The bar manager Riccardo is a huge personality who adds some sparkle to the bar area and ensures everything flows smoothly. All the restaurant staff very welcoming and professional but a special mention for Antonio who is a great waiter and you can tell he is SO happy to do his best for you.

There was a large private outside space with deckchairs and a table and chairs. They really have thought of everything - extra points for a magnifying mirror and bathroom scales; it’s always good to know when you’ve over-indulged. The service thought the hotel was friendly and super efficient. There is a beautiful pool area with sunbeds very well spaced out. There was a huge choice of food for breakfast including a chef cooking omelettes etc. It’s a place for complete relaxation but it’s possible to visit places like Alberabello and Ostuni by taxi from there.

The rooms have private patios and one of our rooms had a private jacuzzi. The room decor is understated and elegant. I was impressed that every traveller need was anticipated in the rooms from clothing steamer and drying rack to high quality magnifying mirror mounted at the correct height. Little touches like slippers, fresh baked cookies and welcome drink/tour add to the feeling of investment in guest experience. The most outstanding thing about this hotel is the staff and service. They are uniformly happy, friendly, welcoming and kind. Present but not overbearing, they make you feel that ensuring your stay is perfect gives them joy. Honestly is the best service I have experienced. They know your name, remember your preferences and work hard to make your stay perfect. We noted the hotel owner there each day taking time to chat with individual staff - clearly a family run hotel invested in staff and visitor experience. The breakfast is delicious, the restaurant serves lunch and dinner. There is also a snack menu 3-7. The pool area is beautiful. I would love to go back!
