- Andrea (1/5): Worst customer service ever. - Clean Instead of charging me for a $20 incidentals in error they charged me for the room $260 was charged to my card. I immediately went to the front desk and no one would help me. Then they adjusted it to $247, when they should have given me a refund for their error. It is still pending in my bank account and my bank can’t help until it post. I called and they tried to blame booking.com which is bull. I heard the lady at the desk admit that she made the error and still no one fixed it. I emailed the manager and no response.

- Y3030YMhelens (2/5): Rude Management - Booked 25 rooms for a wedding and was misinformed about use of the hotel lounge / lobby area. Upon asking the manager (Kelly) she was extremely rude, mocked my daughter, threatened to cancel all reservations (1 day prior to the wedding). Worst customer experience ever. Do not book for your wedding guests or for any other event.
- christall492 (2/5): Nope - I attended my Family Reunion here this past weekend. We had a banquet that was catered in by the hotel. I'm here to say the food was terrible and not fully heated. The next day at breakfast there was a green bean sitting in the chaffing dish. 22% gratuity for what and they didn't bother to even wash the serving dish? Yet called a family member after the fact to state that we were not allowed to take food from the hotel as it is a liability (the food we paid for). I'm sure not cleaning the serving dishes is a bigger liability. If you're hosting an event here I would NOT recommend.

- LittleBuddy05 (4/5): Rude and unhelpful front desk. - Our daughter takes medicine that needs to stay cold. We can store in room fridge overnight but need ice packs in cooler in car while traveling. We travel cross country every summer and have never had a hotel refuse to store her ice packs (that are in a sealed plastic bag without our name on it) in the freezer overnight. Never at any brand hotel have they refused when they find out it’s for a child’s medication. It’s after midnight when we arrived. There is no one else at front desk. They are not busy.

- 695suzanned (10/5): Easy to book, find, and navigate. I’d stay again - This place is so convenient. Easy valet parking. We self parked in the garage - plenty of spots - but then we saw how quick and easy the valet is so next time we will valet! Location is in a fun area with lots of shops. Easy to get to all the Cincy highlights. It seems like it might be noisy but our room was very quiet at night. They have a small but clean pool, a small but easy and friendly coffee shop, and the front staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little small, but bed was comfy. One note: we only had one USB port in the whole room 😄. Lesson learned: always bring plug-ins for your devices. There were plenty of outlets. The hydrangeas in front of the hotel were so stunning!

- Anand_Hari (4/5): This hotel is terrible value for money and the rooms are very poorly maintained - Toilet and phone didn’t work in the first room I was given. The second room was better but equally tired looking. I can’t comment too much on the location, as I was there for a work meeting in the building next door. But there were food and shopping options nearby. Room service didn’t attend the three days I was there. I requested this service on check in. Perhaps it’s because of my room change. Either way, I don’t understand how a hotel charging this much doesn’t provide daily room service. Very poor. To the management – perhaps do a walk around of the rooms and check to see what is working and not.

- David (2/5): Do not stay here - When I checked in I realized they did not have any USB ports. After asking if they sold charging butts or had one I could borrow, the employee said I should walk to the gas station for one. Then I talked to the manger, who said the same. From there it went downhill. The room and especially the bathroom smelled dusty, old and damp. After looking around, I found dust everywhere, mold in the shower and something green growing on the shower head. There was also a full trash bag in the hallway. Do not stay here, unless they are desperate.

Small, was not given instructions on supposedly free WiFi! Unhappy with eating selection, I DO NOT LIKE STARBUCKS AND THERE WASNT ANY CHOICE ON PROPERTY. Did not like in room coffee, not everyone likes Dark Roast. For the price of the room, would not stay there again!!!!!

- tweaves (6/5): Okay for a night - The hotel was clean with an indoor pool. Parking is an extra charge (self or valet) both cost. The rooms did not have a full length mirror so you have to use the bathroom mirror. Breakfast is not complimentary and you have to pay. A bit pricey in my opinion for not including parking or breakfast.
- cubsfan73 (2/5): Not the Best Courtyard - I was not going to write this review (I tend to avoid negative reviews, yes, some sort of selection bias) but when I clicked on the hotel and saw a bunch of negative reviews, I didn.t feel so bad for writing this. Stayed at one night for business. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood. Check in was fine, not friendly. Was not offered any gifts for being a platinum elite (not the end of the world). Checked into the room and the HVC system was making a loud clanking noise. Could not get it to shut off so went down to the front desk. No apology, was just asked if I used anything in the room. The room doesn't make any sense, cannot see the TV from the bed. No lotion in the bathroom. Breakfast cafe service was not friendly. Hate to pile on, but just overall not a great stay and wouldn't stay here again.

The mattress had some type of bugs and stains on the mattress pad, then a resident of the hotel hung a shirt on the sprinkler and triggered the fire alarm , which caused my room to flood. I had to change rooms twice. This will be the last time I stay at this hotel!!!
