The one negative experience was though front desk staff were pleasant, when we arrived to check in there was a visitor talking with the front desk worker. And there was a kleenex on the counter, with a nail kit open and obviously doing some sort of nail care which was kind of gross to see. Not a great first impression.

It took 15 minutes for the water to heat up enough to take a shower. The room had smears on the doors and headboard. There were crumbs ect... not at clean room. Online the breakfast looked impressive, in person it was lackluster. The employee who managed the breakfast was very loud, almost yelling though he was polite, almost too helpful.

- Paula (3/5): Wished I would have picked somewhere else. - The breakfast was as expected for a holiday inn. The price we paid was ridiculous for hard beds and no fridge for our items. The tile and wallpaper were coming off, the beds were hard. We had 4 people and only 3 towels.

- Arthur (7/5): Good - Accommodating friendly staff, nice breakfast and swimming area. Clean with comfortable sized room. Location was central to our activities and food and health needs. My wife picked our room because of the handicap accessibility. The handicapped room we were initially assigned was as far from the elevator as possible on the third floor. We did ask to be reassigned and that outcome was favorable. It also resolved the problem of not having a microwave or refrigerator. Apparently standard rooms do not have those features. not good for us. Also there was a theft from a guests car in the parking lot. That would have been nice to know. The person reporting the theft did not get any help from the desk staff in reporting to police.

- Jerihemmes (2/5): Run to a different area. No Butte - We have traveled through several states. Mostly stay at the holiday inns. This is the first place we have ever had any trouble. Are car was broken into along with others. Guns and money were stolen from other people and their vehicles interior were destroyed. Luckily just a window for us. Very unsafe. One of the vehicles was parked by the front lobby door. Awoke at 6 am to police calling. Just avoid Butte all together, especially the Holiday inn. Are clothes were everywhere in the lawn and I had to wash them, they even charged me for laundry after all that. Poor management
- Laurie (6/5): - air conditioner would not turn back on to cool after room 😒 warmed up. Had to get up 3x duri g the night to try and make it turn on again! Mattresses were definitely not the best and the bathroom sink wouldn't drain! The room was nice and big and clean.

Booking.com showed this location as having a water slide, which it did not, and it was one of the reason we booked this location. It was disappointing for the children, and false advertising.

- Klnstr_21 (8/5): Nice and Quite - The hotel is nice but I don’t think the room is worth $115/night. However, I used points got it cheaper. I did keep tossing and turning through out the night but I had something to do with the lights in the room and I couldn’t feel the air from the a/c. The breakfast, glad it’s free because it really isn’t good. I typically don’t like sausage gravy because 90%+ people and places can’t make it correctly and this place is no different. The egg white omelette wasn’t bad and the coffee is good.
- Yeend (5/5): A quick stop in a very mediocre hotel. IHG should not be proud. Other IHG Properties have been very. - No refrigerator in room. No microwave. Still same price as Hampton. No pool-jacuzzi should lower price. If no pool-jacuzzi, no fridge or microwave, the price should be lower.
- Vivian (8/5): Good staff - All good except the heat-it started with COLD air each time it kicked in. We were disappointed there was not a fridge in the room. The young woman at front desk when we checked in was very good, friendly. Also was the day in breakfast room, welcoming.

- Barbara (2/5): Disappointment. - Did not get insurance. Di not know about a storm coming through that would close homestake pass. Called and asked if we could move hotels to Bozeman instead of butte due to weather outside my control. Was told I should’ve bought the insurance. I had hoped being an IHG member, I could be transferred to another IHGhotel in Bozeman. I won’t go through hotels.com again. This trip was last minute due to my father going into ICU in Kalispell. Believe me we would much rather have stayed closer and had a shorter drive this morning.

- Lynn (6/5): - Our shower made a horrible noise everytime we showered. If everyone else was already asleep you had to wait till morning or it wake everyone up. Breakfast was the best I had for a hotel continental breakfast. The lady at the desk was super sweet.
