- Emma (8/5): Perfect for a short stay in Cancun - Location was fantastic, and the free drinks were a nice touch. We loved the breakfast, comfy bed and option to pay extra to check out late really helped when we had a late night flight home. The room stunk of drains, that we had to block the plugs with a wet flannel to stop the smell in the room. Since you cannot open a window on the 8th floor, and the air con couldnt filter the smell, we had to keep our front door open to ventilate

- Paula (7/5): Not horrible but also not an amazing stay. - The hotel is right in the center of the hotel zone, very close to the beach, many restaurants, and multiple grocery stores. The room we stayed in was very big and bright. It also had everything we needed for the 5 night stay. The hotel seems to be freshly renovated as well which makes it looks really nice. Open bar was decent. Extremely nice staff during breakfast and at the bar. Recommend if you want to be close to the parties. Breakfast was very limited and the same every single day which during a longer stay gets extremely repetitive. The dining room was also very small and everyone was ”fighting” to get a table most days. Only one bartender at the bar so usually you had to wait a really long time to receive one, small drink. The cleaning services during the stay were not the best and very surface level. We didn’t even receive the same amount of towels after the room has been cleaned and also the shower gel was not refilled, we had to ask multiple times which made it very difficult for us. Horrible shower, it was clogging and had almost no water pressure.

They make you feel welcome and comfortable as soon as you walk in the door! The Aloft Cancun is in a fantastic location. The room was clean and well attended to during my stay. El personal es poco amable, el señor de recepción (de mayor en edad) tenía un trato un hostil, muy poco amigable, lo cual era incómodo al momento de recurrir a él… leí comentarios antes de alojar en el hotel y pude corroborar que es así… Deberían tomar acciones y realizar cambios dado que está en el ingreso al hotel.
- Sonya (5/5): If I am able to book at a lower price I would stay there again for the location. - I liked that staff was able to recommend a nice Mexican restaurant around the corner and that it was safe to walk around the area. I liked the tour desk staff in the hotel the two girls who recommended and booked my tour were friendly and helpful. Location was close to souvenir shop, supermarket, restaurants all within walking distance which was good. The refrigerator was not totally clean in the room. I asked for wake up call at 6am but it never happened. Would like a freshly made omelette to be included as part of breakfast offering.
- Svetlana (7/5): Отель рядом с пляжами и дискотеками - В номере есть сейф, фен, утюг, гладильная доска, стаканы, чай в пакетиках, вода. На 1м этаже в любое время можно взять кофе и горячую воду. Очень приветливые бармены, хороший бассейн на крыше с шикарным видом. Окна в нашем номере не выходили на улицу, не слышно было шума автомобилей. Кровати действительно широкие (у нас номер был qing size), на каждой было по две подушки разной жесткости. Рядом с отелем большой супермаркет с фудкортом, сувенирные магазинчики, обмен валюты, стоянка такси, бары, рестораны, дискотеки. Так же рядом два пляжа: 3 минуты идти до спокойного, без волн, но не большого и 7 минут идти до большого пляжа, но с волнами. На завтрак в отеле дают каждый день одно и тоже: омлет, сосиски, сыр, ветчина, хлеб, выпечка, фрукты, лук, начосы, соусы, вода с сиропом, чай, кофе, йогурты, мюсли, пару раз были помидоры с пекинской капустой. Если что-то заканчивается, то добавляют постоянно, вплоть до закрытия. С 9 утра и до 9 вечера лимонады и коктейли наливают без ограничения, вариантов коктейлей достаточно. От номера дали только один ключ, поэтому приходилось везде ходить вместе, лифт тоже по ключу. В душе нет лейки с шлангом, только стационарная на потолке. В душевой нет ни полочек ни крючков, все приходится ставить на пол. В туалете нет ершика. Если утром не пустить сотрудника для уборки и попросить прийти попозже, то в этот день уже уборки не будет. Уборка по качеству ниже среднего: много грязи на полу и на ковре, мы даже нашли в номере трусы на полу. Не предоставляют тапочки. Купальные принадлежности и пляжные полотенца сушить негде (балкона нет, сушилки нет, сушильной комнаты нет). При этом в номере все сохнет больше суток. В номере очень маленький комод, в шкафу всего 4 вешалки (в номере с двумя двухспальными кроватями). Для розетки нужен переходник без штыря (в отличии от других отелей Мексики). Номер был назван как с частичным видом, но факту - окно выходило на стену соседнего здания, вида не было никакого. На крыше было всего 12 лежаков и 9 пластиковых стульев на 7ми этажный отель, люди иногда сидели на полу. В коридоре отеля прохладно 20-22 градуса. В номерах очень высокая слышимость: даже разговор соседей слышно. Отель находится рядом с популярными барами и гости отеля продолжают вечеринку в номере с музыкой, песнями, громкими разговорами до самого утра. Мы не могли спать две ночи из-за шумных соседей, вызывали охранника, но нам не предоставили другой номер.

When we at the checked-in, I had 2 nights using points the 3rd night pay, I asked the front desk to check me through all 3 nights, he said he is doing it and charged a deposit for the 3rd night. But when we came back the 3rd night afternoon, the room keys didn’t work. Went downstairs after waiting in the long line, I was told I have to re- check in. Go figure.

The location is perfect the beach, restaurants, coco Bongo is walking distance from the hotel. Rooms were clean, comfortable beds. My favorite is the rooftop pool overlooking the beach and the free drinks. Will definitely come back

- Serena (9/5): Bella camera vista mare - Camera bella grande, con tutto il necessario, c’era anche un tavolino con divanetto, la vista mare che anche se presentata come parziale non era così tanto parziale come ci aspettavamo, le zone comuni dell’hotel molto belle e pulite, al checkout ci hanno tenuto i bagagli e ci hanno fatto usare la doccia della piscina e ci siamo potute cambiare dopo la spiaggia prima di andare in aeroporto, é stato comodissimo É stato comodo avere il grande supermercato proprio accanto che era aperto fino a tardi La colazione niente di speciale, non all’altezza del resto, ci saremmo aspettate una migliore qualità

Lors du check-in, ils ont omis de nous remettre les bracelets d'invités et ne nous ont pas mentionné que l'on devait en recevoir. Ensuite, un autre membre du personnel nous demande agressivement pourquoi nous n'avons pas de bracelets. Le personnel répondait de façon très limitée et désordonnée à nos questions. Le barman au lobby était condescendant, limite insultant. Le wifi n'était pas fonctionnel.

- Petar (8/5): Good value for money - The location is excellent and the price-to-quality ratio is very good However, a four-star hotel should offer a much better breakfast, and the breakfast area is too small. Balconies in the rooms would be a great addition, but unfortunately there are none, and even the windows cannot be opened.

- gilm_m2023 (2/5): SCAMMERS - Scam! They take a deposit and once you leave the hotel they claim you caused damage so they can keep it. I have always respected the premises and this is the first time this has happened to me. They say the sheets were stained and they couldn't get them clean. The sheets were clean when I left the hotel. Don't be fooled!!! What's more, you pay for an "open bar" option, but when you arrive during the bar's opening hours at the weekend, they say that it is closed on an exceptional basis. Avoid this place.
- G4161QKmatthewg (10/5): Great atmosphere, very helpful staff, especially Mario! - Great experience. The staff are very helpful. Mario accommodated our early arrival and got us into a room as fast as possible. Mario’s knowledge of the area and recommendations were very good. We were offered free towels to take to either the beach or the rooftop pool which was a good touch, especially arriving so early in the day. The hotel also offers an open bar with a wide variety of cocktails from 9am to 9pm.
- 519gabbym (10/5): Great experience all around! - Our experience was absolutely unmatched mostly because of Mario’s hospitality! Our flight was super early coming in and we knew we had to wait but Mario was so kind and went above and beyond for us to be able to check in early. He is also a wealth of knowledge of the area and recommended some very good spots for us to check out while our stay here! Thank you Mario for your kindness it definitely doesn’t go unnoticed!
- Rubi (9/5): Atención del personal mala - La habitación bien, comoda, cama y almohadas cómodas. Baño buen tamaño, buena presión de agua tanto fría como caliente. No nos gusto el trato del personal, en toda ocasión fue muy despectivo e indiferentes.

- David (6/5): Very average, location was good. - Location was walkable. Actually booked above other for complementary drinks. This is not not true, they have set hours during the day. We arrived 22h00 had to pay and left early so we didn’t have drinks. Rooms need maintenance. Rooftop has potential but un maintained and boring.

The rooms were pretty good the value the cleanliness was very good amenities not bad and the service Mario in particular his service was exceptional. His kindness was above and beyond his helpfulness, was second to none that is one valuable employee that you guys have. I hope you guys know what a great worker and exceptional person. Yourcoworker is I will come back here again for all those reasons especially because Mario works there thank you Rodney

- Tameika (10/5): The Aloft Cancún was great!!! - The property was in a great location to everything!! The rooftop was great for sitting out and enjoying g friends and meeting new people. Mario (we called him Mr. Aloft) made sure that we had everything we needed. He helped us every way possible. There was nothing that I didn’t like.

- Sigal (9/5): מלון מעולה ומודרני לתקציב נמוך - מקום מצטיין ביחס של תמורה למחיר. חיפשנו לילה אחרון לפני טיסה במקום די צנוע בקנקון אך עדיין מודרני ולא מלון מפואר שלא ננצל, וזה ענה בדיוק על הדרישה ואף מעבר. קודם כל המיקום ממש ליד הקוקו בונגו שזה נוח, ניתן גם לרכוש כרטיסים בעמדה בקבלה מול בחורה חביבה. הלובי סופר מודרני וגם החדרים לא רעים , הרצפה קצת הרגישה לי מיושנת אבל חוץ מזה באמת מעולה , גם נוח לאריזה כי יש מלא מקום בחדר. אשכרה יש גם בר חופשי בגג המלון , לא ברור איך המחיר כל כך זול😅 אין לי תלונות ביחס למחיר
- David (10/5): Hotel moderno en el centro de la zona hotelera - Ubicación muy céntrica, cercano a dos playas, ningún ruido en la habitación. Garaje, transporte público muy cercano. Habitaciones modernas, grandes y prácticas. Supermercado a dos minutos andando. Tener que pagar una fianza al hacer el check-in y además bastante cara.

- Sean (9/5): Great stay - The facilities were great, the location is amazing (right beside the beach), and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that it was expensive, although probably to be expected for the Zona Hotelera in Cancún
