- Renata (9/5): Para quem quer estar no centro do Rio de Janeiro o hotel Arosa é um achado! - Excelente localização, quartos ótimos e muito limpos, serviços excelentes . O horário de funcionamento do rooftop do hotel é limitado, fecha às 22h. O atendimento ali, se fosse melhor e mais cordial, atrairia um número maior de hóspedes.

De straat is mss niet de meest nette, maar de locatie is wel zeer goed, dichtbij de buurt Santa Teresa en het Centro. Het eten in het restaurant was matig en er was weinig sfeer in het restaurant. Maar je kan ervoor kiezen om niet in het restaurant te eten 's avonds.

Bij andere hotels in Brazilië heb ik dit niet eerder gehad. Verder stonk het op de kamer naar vocht/ schimmel. We verbleven er maar 1 nacht dus we hebben het maar geaccepteerd.

- richardrhu (4/5): Big rooms, but moldy and out dated - My family of five recently stayed here for one night. We had a reservation for more longer however when we checked into our room there was mold on the walls and in the shower ceiling. My daughter has a bad allergy to mold so we could not stay any longer. Reading other reviews it seems this place may have some updated rooms but the one we received was not that. It was a spacious room and had 4 beds .

- stephgunary (8/5): Convenient and practical for visiting central Rio - Location was handy for the city and buses. Supermarkets nearby. Breakfasts were excellent. Staff were attentive and thorough. Room was basic but had a good shower, single seat, fridge and tv. Disappointingly our room had a damp patch on the ceiling which made the room smell musty. A friend in another room had no such problem. Relaxing roof trrrace. Given how cheap the room was we felt it represented good value for money.

- Loanna (5/5): 5/10 - suffisant pour un court séjour. - Les chambres de 3 sont assez spacieuses, le rooftop est tout de même agréable, le personnel est sympa, emplacement assez central à 20 minutes en voiture de tout. Rapport qualité prix assez bon pour la période du nouvel an. Ménage effectué tous les jours. L’emplacement est vraiment craignosse. Pas possible de sortir à pieds des crackhead à tous les coins de rues contrairement aux autres quartiers de Rio. Rien à manger aux alentours donc obligé de manger à l’hôtel le soir et les prix du rooftop sont des prix européen (7 euros la frite). Insonorisation très mauvaise. On entends les voisins dans leurs ébats et sur les dernières nuit nos voisins avaient deux chiens qui n’ont cessés d’aboyer en continue (le personnel nous a gentillement relogé dans une autre chambre). La piscine est sale ( eau trouble, joints gluants d’algues). Pas de protège matelas et draps trop court ce qui fait qu’on doit passer notre temps à les replacer pour ne pas toucher le matelas avec le corps. Pas d’eau en libre service (7 Real la bouteille d’eau de 25 cl) La Clim ne fonctionnait pas dans notre premier logement (uniquement de la ventilation pas d’air frais) Nous avons quitté l’hôtel avant la fin du séjour Ce n’est pas un 4*

El Check-In muy burocrático y todo el trabajo lo tiene que hacer el cliente, después de que llega con un montón de horas de viaje encima. Del desayuno esperaba más, la oferta dulce era limitada. Del tamaño de la habitación esperaba más para estar catalogado como 4 estrellas; pero la cama era muy cómoda.

- JULIA (9/5): Boa - O café da manhã é bem completo, com variedades e gostoso. O quarto tem uma cama confortável, roupa de cama e toalhas limpíssimas. Chuveiro grande que esquenta bem. Sem serviço de quarto do restaurante. Não funciona via QRCODE que apresenta no quarto, tentei ligar na copa e 1 vez o rapaz foi bem grosseiro para dizer que não tinha o que eu queria e desligou na cara. e outra vez o telefone só tocou e ninguém atendeu, então nem consegui chegar a usar. Mas os outros atendentes tanto do café da manhã quanto da recepção sempre muito educados e solicitos. O ar condicionado faz muito barulho que chega uma hora que não dá mais pra usar.

L'hôtel est très bien situé quand on vient pour le Carnaval, sinon on est quand même loin des plages d'Ipanema et de Copacabana dans un quartier pas très sûr la nuit, mais quand on circule uniquement en taxi ou en Uber, ça se passe très bien.

Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Localização fácil acesso Do som alto e fumantes bem ao lado da piscina. E os jatos não estavam ligados. Horário abertura é muito tarde Frigobar muito pequeno e não gelava direito, muito menos congelava. Barulhos estranhos como de ar condicionado, ônibus, Colchão solteiro e travesseiros estão afundados , tem que ser trocados. Falta de variar alimentação do café da manhã. Apenas um cartão de entrada. Cobrança para fornecer água quente.
