- Fergus (7/5): fantastic staff, ok beds - The staff where fantastic, very friendly and more than happy to help. The first room had a strong bad smell coming from the drains. There staff moved us very quickly to a better room. The bed was ok but the pillows where very lumpy
- Brewer (7/5): it was alright and for what i needed for a one night stay - close to centre. easy checking in and out no tea/ coffee making facilities
- IAN (8/5): It was ok for a short stay. - Excellent location for the Armouries. The continental breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Lacking in table space .

- John (7/5): - Convenient location near to meeting the following day A little austere, but very well priced.
- Alanya (1/5): Smelly - The foul smell in the full room of drainage was revolting first and last time I’ll be staying here again SORT THE DRAINS OUT
- Sue (8/5): Wouldn't hesitate to book another stay at this hotel. - A shout out to the two receptionists for being kind, helpful and professional.
Location was very conveniently situated for the city centre.

- Josk30 (9/5): Average budget hotel - Clean and comfortable
Small rooms
- Julie (4/5): It was basic but clean and a central location. It was not obvious which was the main access door. - The location was central. I put in my original search hotels with car park so I was shocked that I had to park elsewhere.
The entrance to the hotel is not obvious. Initially I went next door to the pizza restaurant.
- James (7/5): - Central to centre of Leeds
- Knott (7/5): -

- Adam (10/5): -
- Connor (5/5): It was fine - Quick check in. Room was clean Uncomfortable bed
- Isabella (6/5): -
- Kehinde (8/5): -
- David (8/5): - Good value for money, more than adequate for what we wanted. Friendly staff with good knowledge of area. No kettle in room, would rather have no TV. Though this is a minor point.
- James (8/5): Ideal for what we required. 8 golfers on a golf trip - It was clean and functional and handy enough for the city centre. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good First impressions of the room were like a hospital room very clinical and not welcoming. But the bed was comfortable enough and the shower was good
- shirley (9/5): - Location and the room was quiet and the bed was comfy had a good night's rest The toilet door did not close properly
- Susan (8/5): Cold room meant poor sleep - Location is fantastic, rooms are simple but clean. The room was freezing all night, therefore couldn't sleep and there was no way for us to turn the temperature up.
No plug socket near the mirror.

- Kelly (10/5): - Great location, clean and fast service.
- Jamie (10/5): -
- Martin (4/5): -
- Rennard (1/5): - The accommodation was near to bus station Felt unsafe
Dealing drugs outside
The receptionist was swearing
Room dated and smelt of rotten eggs
- Fagbanle (8/5): Great - Not applicable Not applicable
- Neil (9/5): I would stay there again and recommend it to others. - Excellent location and soundproofing from the traffic. The smell from the traffic, but that is probably outside of your authority.
- Alejandro (8/5): -
- Ros (4/5): Not particularly pleasant. - Location to Royal Armouries good and comfortable bed. Good TV. Friendly staff. No hairdryers in room so had to ask reception, soap dispensers didn't work, room decor very shabby, skirting boards looked grubby, sewage smell occasionally in room, - not coming from toilet area. Broken toilet fixtures and fittings, cheap toilet roll.
- Douglas (10/5): - Clean and tidy, nice breakfast. All good Room was very small, could of been kettle with tea / coffee making facilities
- Hanson Campbell (1/5): -
- Winterburn (8/5): A good budget hotel in Leeds City Centre - The room was good and comfortable. While facilities were basic they were sufficient for our needs on this 2 night stay. No storage except for coat hangers but this was adequate. The shower came straight out into the room. The sink was also located this way rather than being a seperate enclosed bathroom. There was space in the room for this which would have been much better.
- Andrew (8/5): - functional and clean and the breakfast was very good indeed nothing , for the money paid this was great value for money
- Konstantinos (9/5): -
- Thomas (4/5): Disappointed - It was in the centre and very convenient. The room was dirty and poorly equipped.
- Stephen (10/5): -
- Phil (5/5): Great price but basic hotel. - Good location, convenient for getting into the town centre and close enough to walk from the train station. The room was spacious enough for a couple and great value. Check in and check out was very easy. The room wasn't completely clean (cobwebs along the ceiling, a few grubby marks in the bathroom). The bed was a little uncomfortable, as were the pillows which were hard. It would have been better if there was a plug socket near the bedside and near the mirror - the only plug was at a desk, which would only have been convenient if there working.
- Malcolm (4/5): - The hotel does NOT have its own parking.
- Mark (7/5): Wuality - Good value Nothing
- robert (10/5): Brilliant. Definitely stay again - Excellent value for money, really pleased with the room.the view. And the staff. Would definitely stay there again, Loved it
- Niamh (4/5): I won’t stay again - Cheap and easy to lie down. It’s good if you just need somewhere to sleep and shower but it’s very very basic. Staff were friendly, there’s fridges of drinks downstairs to buy and they have toiletries you can buy. Toilet room smelt of cigarettes, shower height can’t be adjusted, duvet was very thin, the pillows were lumpy, there were weird stains on toilet wall and no plug sockets by bed.

- Sotonye (10/5): -
- Lynn (9/5): - Good budget hotel. Great location.
- Nicola (10/5): - Great location, staff really helpful and friendly It's a city centre hotel, basic but is exactly what you pay for
- Mark (7/5): -
- Sarah (7/5): Great Hotel in the town centre - The location, the view and the comfort. The smell in the shower was horrible. Upon opening the door it was a very overpowering musty smell. No snacks available at the hotel. No coffee either.
- Jon300972 (6/5): Budget, no frills option in Leeds centre. - Good location close to city centre.
Relatively cheap for a Saturday night in a big city.
Good shower. No tea making facilities or even glasses in the room.
Bit cramped - 1 night was enough.
- Toni (8/5): - Overall clean tidy and friendly staff Bed was slightly too hard but thats my preference
- Bella (1/5): dreadful - nothing everything
- Tamara (10/5): -
- Stephen (9/5): Great stay for conference at nearby Armouries - Budget hotel, but comfortable & en suite. Good Wi-Fi. Would have like tea making facilities in room
- karl (8/5): - Clean and a comfortable bed 👍
- Louise (9/5): Basic but clean, staff friendly and helpful. Close to centre and train station - Basic as expected but very clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very close to Leeds centre and walking distance from train station. As expected. No complaints. Bonus would have been a kettle in our room.
- BryanHarkett (8/5): Does What it Says on the Tin - It does exactly what it says on the tin: a clean, no-frills budget stay. The staff are fantastic, the breakfast is decent, and the beds are surprisingly comfy. It’s also a great base for exploring, just a short trek to the Royal Armouries and the city centre. If you want a place that’s easy on the wallet and keeps things simple, this is it. Space is at a premium here. The toilet feels like a private cubby hole, and the shower is so compact I felt like a stray sock in a washing machine. You'll need to bring your own hairdryer and hand towels, as they aren't part of the "budget" package. It's basic, but hey, it’s an ibis, you get exactly what you paid for!
- ANUSHA (8/5): Good - Service Breakfast no options
- Thomas (6/5): Budget as described - Acceptable for 1 night. Budget in name and quality but not price. Breakfast very poor, better off going to local coffee shop.
- Ayanda (8/5): Simple and cheap - It’s exactly what you need if you just need the basics for a hotel. Comfy enough bed, clean bathroom and toilet. You are getting what you pay for with it being budget. Feels like a student accommodation room rather than a hotel
- Dale (4/5): - It was close to what we needed No kettle or drink facilities in the room only did continental breakfast
- Tina (8/5): - a very good clean hotel should be more then a 2 star
- Steven (10/5): -
- Penny (8/5): Very clean, quiet and easy reach of town centre - Cheap and cheerful for a one night stay. No kettle to make a hot drink but I guess that’ll bump the price of the room up. No on site parking but NCP £15 a day nearby
- Ian (10/5): -
- Michael (6/5): -
- Jenna (7/5): -
- Mary (8/5): -
- Justin Jon (4/5): -
- Thanapauge (8/5): -
- Ben (8/5): - Clean, easy check in, good facilities such as hot shower. Breakfast was a bit of a let down, no hot food.
- Emma (1/5): - Ease of checking in and gentleman was nice. Room was full of fag burns on the floor. Divider thing between beds hanging off. Was advertised as ensuite bathroom. Didn't expect a sink in the main room and toilet in a cupboard with a shower door leading straight into the room with a big step. Beds were rock hard. We left after a couple of hours and drove 55 miles home at 10pm to then have to drive back again for an 830am appointment at St James's. Wouldn't stay again.
- John (10/5): - It was clean and tidy and a good location They was nothing I didn't like about the hotel
- Katie Lois Ibbotson (8/5): Good value, clean and comfortable - Good value for money and very clean. The beds are always comfy. The location is a bit grim but only 10/15 mins walk into town.
- Andrew (5/5): - Location to city centre Very very basic
