La habitación cuenta con mesa de trabajo. Amplios salones para eventos. Imposible regular la calefacción en la habitación. Aunque los baños tienen mampara, igualmente se moja todo el piso del baño.

Pero es imposible ducharse sin quemarse … tienen un serio problema con la tempera - El hotel es muy lindo, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas Funciona mal el agua fría y la caliente . Era imposible bañarse sin quemarse la piel. Es una pena porque el hotel es lindo y completo pero no poder ducharse no es una opción. Ojalá lo solucionen rápido

Me quedé 2 días, al llegar a media tarde cerca de las 3 de la tarde del 2do día mi habitación estaba sin hacer, tenía un rato para descansar antes de una reunión y no pude hacerlo porque tenían que entrar a limpiar.

- FJAS2019 (3/5): Muy mala experiencia para primera visita a Montevideo - La decoración recepción y úbicacion pero solo para una estadía corta. Sábanas sucias, toallas sucias tuvimos que pedir cambio y asi y todo las otras manchadas, piso sucio y en general mala mantencion del mobiliario. El desayuno extremadamente básico, no había tocino, el pan de bolsa al igual que los biscochos de bolsa. La verdad no recomendable considerando además de todo lo expuesto un check a las 10am, jamás he tenido un check out a esa hora, de verdad increíblemente mala hora.

- Eugenio (7/5): Boa localização, quartos amplos e confortáveis, café da manhã ruim. - O hotel é bem localizado, quarto espaçoso, chuveiro bom. A academia é muito boa e tem um bom spa. O café da manhã não é muito bom: há pouca variedade, todos os dias é idêntico e a qualidade dos produtos é média. Esperava muito mais de um hotel deste nível. Outro ponto é o encanamento: duas pessoas de nosso grupo (quartos diferentes) tiveram problemas com entupimento de vaso sanitário, e uma até teve que mudar de quarto devido a vazamento no banheiro (mas o hotel prontamente fez a mudança).

Café da manhã excelente! - Café da manhã excelente com muitas opções de frutas, pães, doces, ovo mexido, sucos, tudo uma delícia! A localização também é muito boa, fica próximo ao shopping Punta Carretas e ponto do ônibus Hop On Hop Off de turismo. Tem vários restaurantes na proximidade. Quando chegamos ao hotel, nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto, então nos acomodaram em outro quarto, ok! Quando nos mudaram para o quarto reservado, estava um cheiro forte, tipo de reforma ou madeira, precisamos deixar as janelas abertas por bastante tempo para amenizar o cheiro.

- Clay Consiglio B. (5/5): Another disappointment, this time bigger - The location is good, although it's a very noisy neighbourhood, especially considering road works. The parking lot attendant, who was extremely rude and aggressive when I simply asked if I couldn't pay for the parking lot along with my stay at the hotel lobby. The price for parking, not informed when I confirmed my reservation and check-in, extremely expensive and with terrible service. Two electrical plugs in the room were damaged. The bathroom had a cracked toilet, a cracked sink and a huge crack in the bathtub. No idea what could've happened there ! The cleaning was terrible. The lady didn't clean the bathroom, just changed the towels, and the windows were so dirty on the outside that we couldn't enjoy the view.

- Alice (6/5): Décevant - La chambre est spacieuse , la salle de bain également et nous avons eu une baignoire. Il y a un espace sauna + salle de sport Literie confortable Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles nous nous attendions largement à mieux. La salle de sport était vieille et mal entretenue ; à savoir par exemple qu’il y avait un tapis de course qui ne fonctionnait pas (sur 2) . Rien pour nettoyer les machines après utilisation On nous a dit que le sauna ne fonctionnait pas alors qu’il fallait simplement l’allumer ce que nous avons réussi à faire nous même. Le petit déjeuner est assez décevant pour un hôtel qui vante un certain standing. L’accueil n’était pas des plus chaleureux Nous avons demander à récupérer la chambre plus tôt via whatsapp ; on nous a répondu que c’était impossible et seulement à partir de 15h (sur booking il est écrit que c’est à partir de 14h et à la réception également) malgré tout nous avons pu la récupéré plus tôt pour un supplément de 40 USD. Le service de laundry est excessif : payer 7$ pour laver un t shirt L’eau dans la douche était chaude mais la régler était assez compliquée On a l’impression que l’hôtel est vieux.

Nos morimos de calor porque el aire no funcionaba, la respuesta fue que "funciona todo de forma central" los controles individuales de cada habitación NO FUNCIONAN... Se escucha todo y casi no pudimos dormir por los ruidos de la habitación que estaba arriba nuestro. Relación precio/calidad PÉSIMA!!!! Gracias. No volveremos.
