- PUSHP KUMAR (10/5): - Excellent staff esp in dining room/restaurant. Overall, all staff very pleasant, polite, helpful, and respectful. Area around property not the cleanest, but safe and walkable to temple. Low rating on facility condition because windows are loose, faucets don't work well, water pressure is low, shower curtain is hung too high so water splashes all around, towels provided are low grade for a top-rated hotel, and door lock would keep jamming, and we lost time because we had to wait until maintenance would come and "un-jam" the door lock. Upon check-in I signed a document that stated my checkout time was noon, while the front desk gentleman insisted it was 11am. He agreed to noon only after I asked him to read the paper he asked me to sign. Don't get me wrong: he was - like all other staff - very polite and respectful.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - Marigold Regency has always been my preferred choice of lodging while at Shirdi. This trip has made me think whether I should change to some other place. Food was BAD - and very delayed. Breakfast which was supposed to open at 7 did not get started even at 7.45. And the quality of food was deplorable. Something has to be done to do 360 degree change if you want to retain your regular customers like me

You can walk to the Shirdi Sai Baba temple or have the driver from the hotel drop you there for free. The restaurant food is excellent. They have a highly trained chef cook there and the staff is fully on the job. All around it is a friendly atmosphere and it feels good that the hotel and rooms are very clean. I highly recommend it.

- Shubhashish (2/5): Uncomfortable stay - we did not expect the kind of stay we got. The front desk managers were most impolite. When we were asking them on room service, amenities they were reluctant to answer and were not making eye contact. We were given a 3rd floor room but they v started servicing the elevator during active day time hours and we had to do the stairs. The Wi-Fi sucked. They have us 2 credentials and everytime we would lay our devices idle, we would be kicked out. No parallel sessions were allowed. Food was Ok and the temple drop was ok. Room service and bell boys were courteous. The hot cold mix in the bathroom was a mess as after the set up there were flashes of hot and cold that made us cringe in the shower.

The staff is extremely helpful and polite. The restaurant serves yummie food and at very reasonable prices. This is the hotel to stay in on your Shirdi visit.

- SOURABH (10/5): Religious place with Peaceful Hotel. - Marigold is just not hotel but was an extremely satisfied experience.This hotel in Centrally located with best and clean rooms with all 5 star Annuities.The staff was friendly and very pro-active especially the manager Santosh.The car facility was also provided for temple and was very reliable.The restaurant got all the best collection of food and the best part in that there is no burden of taxation and Vat.Very Much affordable.I will strongly recommend this hotel to Family because of safety and peace.I am very sure people will find it better than 5 stars.
- Ravi Misra (8/5): Nice Hotel and close to Shirdi Temple - We stayed for one night as part of a tour of Shirdhi. The only reason why we chose this hotel was convenient for commuting to Sai baba temple. The worst part of the hotel was that at the time of check-out the hotel people made an obvious and rude way to check the Room Supplies, whether they were consumed or not. This should have been done post we moved out of the room rather than while staying at the room. The breakfast served was very high-quality buffet style with plenty of choice.

We loved the hotel, it has a nice lobby with an artefacts shop, the rooms are nice and clean, interiors are nicely done and well maintained, bathroom accessories are of good quality. We had dinner and breakfast and I must say the quality/ taste of food was satisfactory. I would like to book Marigold for my next visit to Shirdi.
