L'emplacement très bien, près de tout à pied. La tranquilité. La chambre très propre et le lit hyper confortable! J'aurais aimé pouvoir me faire un BON café dans ma chambre. Une machine à café avec capsules serait un plus! Du jus d'orange au petit déjeuner!

Our room was larger than expected and spotless. Location is an easy walk (about 1/2 mile, flat) to the Grand Place & shopping. So many good restaurants and coffee shops around, as well as little markets.

• Elizabeth (8/5): Friendly, stylish and good value. - The Hotel La Grande Cloche was in a great location, within walking distance of everything you could want to do in Brussels. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and we had a fantastic dinner at Klok the attached restaurant. There is a nice communal seating area in the reception if you want to sit and read or socialise with friends, and the rooms are very stylish and comfortable. The rooms have everything you need and are very comfortable. Overall I think they are great value for money but they are quite small. Our shower room was spacious and had a lovely heated mirror, but the door to the bedroom was smoked glass and did not click shut. Would be nice to have a bit more privacy when using the bathroom.

Great attached restaurant, walking distance to many outstanding restaurants and bars. Shower floor can be slippery.

The location was good as it was just 10 minutes' walk from the Grand Place. The room was small, but nice and clean. And the breakfast was really good. I loved it.

• WVL8374 (6/5): - The hotel is in a good location within walking distance to several points of interest, but also with close proximity to public transport links. The room came well equipped - Tea & coffee making facilities, drinking water, hairdryer, etc The bed and pillow were both very comfortable, and the overall décor of the rooms and hotel is pleasant. At first glance my room appeared rather clean, but whilst lying in bed, I noticed a very large cobweb in the corner of the ceiling, and on my final night I saw several Silverfish insects in the bathroom area. The rooms also have no soundproofing, and even though I wear earplugs to sleep, I was still woken up by other guests on several occasions during my stay.

Restaurant au menu unique et surprise (aucune connaissance de ce qu'on va manger avant d'être servi). Le petit déjeuner propose de bons produits mais peu de choix (un seul type de confiture, pas de chocolat chaud).

• hanspeter (8/5): Heerlijk, rustig hotel in het centrum van alles - 15 min lopen van midi trein station, rustig hotel, dicht bij centrum, horeca direct aan het plein, schoon. Vriendelijk personeel. We zaten aan de voorkant , sliepen prima met ramen dicht, kan voorstellen met ramen open, wat geluiden. Restaurant ziet er leuk en lekker uit, i.v.m. open keuken daar (verder niet) wel wat bakluchten

Para começar, a recepcionista é Brasileira, e ainda por cima nossa conterrânea de Pernambuco, super proativa e simpática, de cara nos acolheu muito bem e passou diversas dicas para conhecermos Bruxelas, o que foi muito importante porque tínhamos apenas um dia na cidade. Mas vale ressaltar que todos os outros funcionários nos atenderam super bem, inclusive uma moça que estava começando. O hotel muitíssimo bem localizado, cerca de 1km da estação de ônibus, é próximo aos pontos do centro que normalmente os turistas visitam. O quarto era espetacular! Com climatizador, cama grande e MUITO confortável, excelente isolamento acústico, banheiro grande e ainda tinha cafezinho preto no quarto! Amamos muito essa hospedagem e ainda nos deixaram guardar as bagagens lá após o checkout! Sinceramente, nada!

Comme je suis assez sensible l'odeur, je sentais un peu de la canalisation, et un peu de transpiration de oreiller. ( mais si quelqu'un n'est pas sensible d'odeur , je pense qu'il ne sentais pas. Mais moi je n'ai pas utiliser l'oreiller.)

A hospitalidade de todos os funcionários é incrível. O quarto é pequeno e pouco funcional. Bastante antigo. Banheiro pequeno. Se você é viajante de malas grandes poderá sentir a falta de espaço.

• Rhya (9/5): Perfect location for a city break - Really kind and helpful staff at the reception. Great location. Only 10 minute walk away from centre. Bathroom didn’t have a door which made it look into the bedroom… a bit strange having no privacy for a double room!
