• Andréanne (7/5): Bien, mais aurait pu être un peu mieux. - La chambre était propre et confortable. L’accès pour entrer dans la maison était plutôt mal indiqué et nous avons dû entrer par la porte arrière tout le séjour. Puisque nous entrions par la porte arrière, nous n’avions pas accès à la cuisine comme prévu.

Lange Liste: - Auf Mails reagiert niemand. - Bei Ankunft (20 Uhr) niemand da (Rezeption 16-20h) - telefonisch niemand erreichbar - Schlüsselapp lässt sich nicht downloaden - Zutritt zum gebuchten Zimmer (121,40€/Nacht!!) nur Mithilfe anderer Gäste möglich - Schrankbett - "schon" ausgeklappt, aber in ca 80cm Höhe - TV-Bildschirm lässt sich nicht ausschalten - Jalousie defekt - kein Wifi Ich kann nur dringend abraten!

• christophe (10/5): Mérite mieux que sa cité actuelle - Je trouve que pour une nuit, l’établissement correspondait à 100% aux besoins. La chambre n’est pas grande mais fonctionnelle, le lit et coussins sont confortables, l’hygiène est parfaite et pour le prix, vous ne pouvez pas attendre une suite. Je trouve déplacées les critiques qui sont formulées à son égard. L’hôtel mérite un 8,5 mais j’ai mis 10/10 pour essayer de leur faire remonter la moyenne. L’emplacement un peu excentré mais on a une voiture pour aller en ville de toute façon. C’est à 10 minutes.

• Sophie (8/5): C est propre et c est tout - Je ne trouve pas ça très invitant qu on ne puisse pas parler à personne! Il faut regarder pour savoir où est l entrée! Lire dans la porte qu il faut aller chercher nous meme un enveloppe avec notre nom pour la carte de notre chambre! N importe qui peut y entrée donc j espère que c est arrivé à personne de ce retrouver pas d enveloppe et pas de chambre! On ne sait pas quand le paiement va ce faire car pas de Check in et pas de Check on ! C est des lits escamotable très haut, dur un drap seulement! Je trouve que le prix est vraiment trop cher pour le peut

• Christian (2/5): - L'hébergement de très basse qualité, pour ne pas dire «cheap». Les chambres sont petites et moches (on comprend pourquoi il y a peu de photos des chambres!). L'hébergement était pratiquement inoccupé, avec des pièces vides ou remplies de meubles empilés. De plus, le hall d'entrée où se trouvent les clés des chambres est ouvert et sans surveillance: n'important qui peut y entrer et prendre les clés des chambres! D'ailleurs, la mienne ne fonctionnait pas et j'ai du attendre 45 minutes dehors avant que quelqu'un ne viennent changer ma clé. Car il faut savoir qu'il n'y a personne à l'accueil et que pratiquement personne ne répond au téléphone. Enfin, quand j'ai demandé de décaler ma réservation d'une journée, on a refusé, même si l'hébergement était presque et que c'était donc possible: j'ai alors du payer une nuit pour rien. Niveau service à la clientèle, c'est vraiment un gros zéro. Cet hébergement ne vaut définitivement pas le prix, et en ce qui me concerne c'est clair que je n'y retournerai jamais.
• Elizabeth (4/5): - My husband and I stayed at this property for an ultramarathon event. I was not aware that this is less a hotel room but more a hostel, with no person on the premises. We had one towel for a two person two night stay, barely half a roll of toilet paper (which ran out with no other supplies available) and one coffee kcup for both of us. Our room was directly next to a washbasin room where someone noisily washed dishes at 11pm. For the cost, this property was not worth the money.
• Sander (6/5): Not blown away - Nice bed. Coffee maker, microwave, mini fridge, cornflax and milk present in the room. More than sufficient towels. Check-in was easy. Noisy room, both from other guests walking in the hall as well as the odd car driving by. Couldn't find the shared kitchen. No personnel present.
• Ben (10/5): - The units had 3 self contained bedrooms and a common kitchen, living room etc. we have the whole unit booked for ourself. I guess it’s possible to share the common area with other single room guests if booked. We were very happy about the visit!
• ROBERT (8/5): - Bed and bedding were great. Internet worked fine but TV had an issue that could not be fixed during our short stay. Almost ski-in, ski-out access to the base at Mont Édouard was very convenient.

• Ovidiu (6/5): - No light and no switch in the main entrance hall. At my arrival, it was already dark and I had hard time to find the envelope with the instruction for me. I paid 133$ + tx/night for a very small room (room 104) with a single bed size, minimum comfort offered, very noisy fun in the bathroom, no shampoo, no conditioner, very small tv with only few channels, no electrical plug close to the cafe machine to connect the power, no fridge, nobody on the site if you need something. I give 3 stars because of the gorgeous location.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Avec réserve - La publicité mentionne très peu que le spa est accessible seulement entre 11 heures Am et 18 heures. Pour un séjour d'un soir seulement le spa ne nous était donc pas disponible du tout. De plus, l'accès au spa est presque impossible à pied. Les photos extérieures different du bâtiment. Le retour des cartes d'accès n'est pas sécurisé, donc d'autres personnes pourraient accéder a la chambre après notre départ ce qui nous semblait inadmissible. Télévision à écran plat mais de 19 pouces seulement. On a déjà mieux!

Personne pour nous accueillir, petite chambre exigüe équipée de façon sommaire très peu isolée contre les bruits ambiants, écran TV plus petit qu'un écran d'ordinateur, distributeur de savon uniquement tant au lavabo que dans la douche... Il était inscrit que nous pourrions payer sur place mais il n'y avait personne à qui nous référer... Bref pour le prix payé nous estimons que ce n'est pas trop loin de l'arnaque!

Notre hôte avait même ajouter des appareils ménagés dans notre chambre pour nous accomodé. Drôle de cisconstance, on a dû pelleter, comme l'an passé pour sortir du stationnement. Belle neige pour skier :)

Payer 175$ la nuit et ne pas pouvoir regarder la télévision c'est un peu décevant. Lit très dur, très inconfortable. Finalement, aucune climatisation, faisait très chaud. Très déçue de mon séjour.

• Benoit (2/5): Oublier cette endroit - Nous avions choisis cette hôtel par ce qu’il y avait un frigo et le déjeuner compris. Le frigo ne fonctionnait pas de même que la télécommande de la télévision. Arriver en soirée Personne à la réception pour signaler ces problèmes. La douche coulait tout croche plus d’eau en dehors de la douche. Le lit fessait tellement de bruit que tu te réveil dès que l’autre bouge. Et à la fin on nous a chargé 12$ pour le déjeuner. Je suis certain que le propriétaire n’a jamais passer une nuit dans la chambre no.1 du pavillon 1.

There was no one to welcome us and explain to us what to do in the house, what kind of entertainment and ameneties were given to us. I think it was not worth the money we paid. Thanks!
