• Robert (3/5): Won’t be back - It was close to the night market and reasonably close to MRT The room was nothing like we saw on Booking.com Uncomfortable bed , no coffee in room , staff don’t speak much English. Single pillow, bed almost ro the ground, had a small Duna large enough for one person.

• Yi hua (1/5): - 幫朋友代訂客房，沒想到房間的被子如此骯髒，還一直強調非常注重環境衛生，這麼大的污點，會沒看到嗎？而且朋友也被咬類似跳蚤或蟎蟲，朋友回國後，馬上就診，確定是蟎蟲所叮咬。得到的回覆也是官方複製貼上的說法毫無建設性可言。如果真的非常注重衛生環境，就不會有這種情況了。奉勸要入住的旅客，謹慎思考。我們都不希望有下一個受害者。

• Skyblur (6/5): Overall, it was a pleasant stay. - Location was good, train station within 5 min walk. Triple room was spacious, bathroom was also big. There was daily housekeeping, staff were friendly and helpful. Being a 3 star hotel in TW standard, the stay was pleasant. What we didn't like: - one of the days was very cold as it rained the whole day, the room only had air conditioning (no heater) which made the room even colder; we had to turn off the air conditioner but the room was a bit stuffy after a while; wore our sweaters under the covers. - sound proofing was terrible; we could hear people talking, footsteps, toilets flushing the entire night, which affected our sleep quality.

Generally clean and spacious room. Sound proofing of the rooms are not as good. Can hear sounds from other rooms. A little run down but acceptable for the amount of money paid.

• Pracha (5/5): Sleepless hotel (super noisy , super poor sound proof) Don't trust picture shown in the web. - Noisy even after midnight. Always hear noise when some rooms nearby using bathroom ie. tap water (sink) , toilet flush , shower. Always have some "disturbing knocking" noise from floor above. Toilet have flushing problem and there is no maintenance person standby in the premise. Have to wait until afternoon for the repair work. Lighting switch is poorly located , ie. bathroom switch is not infront of the bathroom but located far from it. Bathroom wall are glass , quite transparent so you can see person inside the bathroom. Bathroom door have big space on the top so the light inside always goes directly to your bed disturbing sleeping person, and the toilet odor csn easily go out. Beds is placed just very near the bathroom door so the using of bathroom always disturbing others who are sleeping.

The shower and toilet are dated and don’t feel clean, but are fine overall.

• Jean (8/5): Wonderful stay - The location was superb, very convenient since we are travelling with senior citizens. They get to enjoy ximending night market and go home to the hotel once tired. I like that the hotel is in the mall, thus when it rained hard, we just had to go down the foodcourt and still enjoy various food choices. The rooms were big but there is smell when you first enter the room. And the room has no chairs at least.

L’hotel si trova al 9° piano di un centro commerciale (vicino al negozio Adidas).🚗 Posizione: ottima e di facile accesso tramite ascensore. Dalla metro sono circa 5minuti a piedi. L'ingresso e l’indirizzo corrispondono alle foto di booking 📨 Check-in: la reception si trova al 9° piano del palazzo. Check-in facile e personale disponibile. 🏠 Camera: pulita, prese fianco letto. Materassi molto rigidi. Camera dotata di frigo, bollitore e cassetta sicurezza. 🍕 Cibo: trovandosi in posizione centrale, intorno è pieno di ristorantini e negozietti alimentari. 📲Wi-Fi: disponibile gratuitamente. 🌏 Posizione: centrale, comoda. 🌿Distributore acqua fredda/calda in reception. Disponibili ombrelli all’ingresso. Il sapone e lo shampoo non vengono forniti. Problema con la porta: maniglia e chiusura difettose. Per 4 notti abbiamo dovuto lasciare la porta aperta senza il blocco serratura, in quanto chiudendo la serratura si verificava, a intermittenza ogni 5/10 min, un suono simile all'allarme della sveglia ("ti-ti-ti ti-ti-ti ti-ti-ti"). Richiesto supporto alla reception, non è stato risolutivo. Abbiamo posizionato le valige davanti alla porta come blocco.

• Kenneth (10/5): Amazing stay with perfect location and kind staff! - The hotel is conveniently located near Ximending Street and just a short walk from the MRT. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it very easy to explore the area. The staff were exceptionally kind and polite, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. This was my first visit to Taiwan, and I had a truly wonderful experience staying here. Thank you for the great hospitality. I would be happy to return on my next trip.

Aside from that, it’s very convenient to go around Taipei. It is also located in the heart of Ximen area. The metro is also few minutes walk. Grateful to have stayed in this place.
