Et avoir une fontaine d'eau à disposition dans chaque étage une très bon idée. Le HALL est un peu petit mais une équipe efficace. Dommage que le personnel ne parle pas Français

• bonnyk2020 (10/5): Great Value **** - Great value for price. Perfect location for subways. Easy to get to the MET, the theater and SOHO. Rooms are clean, nice linens, Bigelow products. Top floor has nice long seats, coffee, tea, club soda and open 24 hours. No lobby or restaurant-- not needed your in NYC! Room was $250 a night including taxes. Incredible value for New York. I will definitely go back.

Es muy facil llegar al hotel ya que esta a dos minutes de la estación Grand Central. Esta ubicado en una zona muy central lo que hace que sea facil moverse, pero al ser tan céntrico no es una zona tranquila, se oye mucho ruido en la habitación, incluso en la noche y el acceso en la noche no se siente seguro, pues es una zona muy sola a esta hora.

Also, the staff are beyond friendly! Beyond helpful! 5 star service and attitude!! Asked for extra toilet paper, plastic bag for my laundry. It arrived in 10min and always a YES reply. Will book this hotel again. The parking is off-site 3 streets down But still very efficient

• M6727PUteresag (10/5): Midtown Gem - I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Boutique/ Club Quarters. The staff was so nice and friendly and helpful. I arrived early in the day and they accommodated me with an early check-in. I had a lovely view from my room. And the room was so comfortable! The bed and pillows were super comfy and I loved having the banquet and table to sit at for som in room meals. I also appreciated the refrigerator and microwave. But the best part was the rooftop coffee lounge with a view! I had a cappuccino every morning which was a great start to my days! I also liked taking my cocktail up there in the early evening and enjoying the sunset. Other amenities that I appreciated were the purified water filling stations and ice machine. There is also a free washer/dryer if you need it. And the proximity to Grand Central Station makes it so easy to get around. I highly recommend this hotel!

The rooftop coffee bar was a wonderful start to my day. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. Loved having a refrigerator in the room. Being so close to Grand Central station was very convenient for exploring Manhattan. Some of the charging ports didn't work at all, and the one that worked had a spotty connection.

Booked a room for 3 people, got king sized bed and an armchair that unfolds into a single bed which was very comfortable but a bit narrow. It was fine for us, but could be a problem for a larger person.
• Eva (8/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut. Man konnte von hier aus alles zu Fuß erreichen, natürlich vorausgesetzt man ist gut zu Fuß. Das Hotel hat kein Frühstück angeboten, aber da es einen Terrassenraum in der 27ten Etage hatte, wo man sich kostenlos Tee und Kaffe zubereiten konnte, sich da auch aufhalten konnte, war es völlig in Ordnung. Von hier aus konnte man auch auf einige Sehenswürdigkeiten blicken, insbesondere abends war das wunderschön. Störend waren die sehr lauten, durchs ganze Haus hallenden Aufzüge und auch die sehr laute Klimaanlage Die Nachbarn hörte man nicht, aber ohne Ohrstöpsel beim Gepolter der Aufzüge schlafen, war so gut wie nicht möglich. Insgesamt trotzdem gutes Hotel. Die sehr lauten, Tag und Nacht polternden Aufzüge

• 918lisanne (6/5): A bit off the mark this time around - I really enjoy this hotel. This will be my third time staying here and the first time that my room wasn’t as clean as it usually is. I found a hair on the bedspread and hairs in the shower. It was so late and I had just got off an 8 hour flight from overseas so I just cleaned it myself. Please make sure that the cleaners double check the room going forward. Also can we please get some caffeinated green tea on the 27th floor.

Las habitaciones disponían de todo lo necesario. La cama era muy cómoda, la ducha funcionaba correctamente, había una cafetera, mesas y sillas y un espacio de almacenaje suficiente para dejar las maletas y la ropa. Además, la conexión wifi era excelente y pudimos conectarnos a la televisión para ver la tele por la noche. Nada. Todo bien

• Daria (9/5): Very good stay in the city centre - The hotel has a shared facility at the top floor with free coffee and tea. This is exactly what was needed after long day walking around the city! The room was good for two people. You can hear neighbours open their room doors very well. Another night a weird dripping sound in the room woke me up at night, I couldn’t find a source to fix it, perhaps it was AC or heating.
