- Abdulaziz (10/5): Exceptional resort experience with outstanding service, cleanliness, and food quality. - Lago is a wonderful resort with a beautiful beach and an excellent overall atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Cleanliness is outstanding, especially in the outdoor areas, which are very well maintained. The resort is also very well designed, and the bars for the all-inclusive service are perfectly distributed around the property, making everything convenient and comfortable. Room service is excellent with very rapid responses whenever needed, and the rooms include plenty of complimentary drinks, which is a very nice touch. Although the buffet menus are huge with a wide variety of options, the food quality still remains above expectations. Usually, having more variety means sacrificing quality, but that is definitely not the case here. It was perfect , nothing to mention here

- Abdullah (10/5): - Séjour absolument génial ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Les restaurants sont variés et excellents, au niveau de la propreté rien à redire, tout est impeccable. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et toujours souriant. Un point spécial pour le Market Store et son gérant, d’une sympathie incroyable, qui fait vraiment la différence. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable et reposant, aussi bien pour les parents que pour les enfants. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

- Olçum (6/5): Im Großen und ganzen würde ich nie wieder in dieses hotel gehen weil es zu teuer meiner meinung war für das was die „ang - Im Endeffekt war es ein normaler all inclusive Urlaub, das was herausgestochen hat für uns war das Essen, es war immer alles frisch und gut so wie es in einem all inclusive Urlaub sein sollte im umkehrschluss war nichts besonderes um ehrlich zu sein an diesem Hotel das Pool Wasser war viel zu warm die lagoone war ebenso viel zu warm das einzig gute dass es +16 war wo trotzdem immer wieder mal Kinder da waren Wir haben uns leider am Tag der Ankunft verletzt weil es zuvor eine schaumparty im Pool gab es waren zwar hilfsbereite animatören da aber wir wurden von der Hotelleitung nicht einmal vertröstet oder sonst irgendetwas der Urlaub war für uns vorbei weil eine Person uns den ganzen Urlaub mit einer Bandage verbringen musste weil sie eine Verletzung am Knie hatte dazu kommt hinzu, weil ich es von allen anderen Hotels gewohnt war ein a la carte Restaurant gratis zu besuchen dass ich nur 6 Tage gebucht hätte und aufgrund dessen ich dafür bezahlen müsste wo es eigentlich kein Problem für uns darstellt aber die Rezeptionsleitung mir nicht mal entgegen kam und meinte die haben dafür ihr „normales Restaurant“
- Barie (3/5): Séjour catastrophique. - Nous avons réservé une grande chambre (chambre triple) mais nous avons été logés dans une petite chambre exposée aux bruits de la piscine jusqu'à tard la nuit. Pour le retour, l'hôtel m'a fait payer 80 euros le taxi alors qu'ils devaient assurer mon déplacement jusqu'à l'aéroport. Je demande un remboursement des frais de taxi de 80 euros. Je ne recommanderais pas cet hôtel.

- Mariliis (10/5): Exceptional - We really enjoyed our vacation at Lago Hotel. The hotel and the area around it was stylish, beautiful and clean. The rooms were rather on the small side, but they were well equipped and comfortable, everything you needed was available in the room. The refrigerator in the room was filled daily with soft drinks. The selection of food was versatile, a lot of fresh, and it was especially nice to have fresh juices at breakfast. Pool area/beach were pleasant. Lots of activities, the gym was quite well equipped. I highly recommend. We will definitely visit the hotel again in the future.

- Mehmet (1/5): Stay away from this hotel - The manager very rude . The compliant was put in and no one seem to care about it . The hotel is described wrong , it a family concept hotel which they haven’t described . The hotel always had a weird smell . The elevator where always getting stuck
- Kamranb (4/5): Cannot catogerised as 5stars hotel - The staff specially in the restaurants were friendly and hard working. The are many pools and they are not so busy. The first 2 nights were awful and hot as they had electrical problem and airconditioners were not working and everywhere was dark specially in the yard. They did not even apologize for the inconveniencies caused. The cleaning was horrible. The bathroom was so small which you couldnt use the sink easily. Toilet and taps were not clean which I had to wipe them my self. The hotel is still too old and they have just renovated the walls by some wallpapers and woods. Facilites, restaudants, and room appliances like blow dryer and fridge were too old and dirty. It is more like a 4star hotel not 5! Overall, we are not happy about our stay in this hotel at all. You can book a room in a nice hotel with this price.
