Skvělá lokalita hotelu pro lyžování v Bad Kleinkirchheimu, ale také Turracher Hohe, v létě rovněž vhodné pro turistiku, vynikající servis, péče majitele, každodenní úklid, vyhřívaný bazén včetně sauny, župany a osušky k dispozici v ceně, parkování u hotelu. Majitel také provozuje horskou restauraci StrohsackHutte - rovněž vynikající. Rádi se vrátíme. Kdo má rád měkké matrace, bude spokojen. Slabší WIFI síť a v bazénu děti narušující božský klid, ale obojí jsme nepovažovali za problém.

• Marco (10/5): Totally worth the money - I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. The food was truly top quality, and with the half board option there was always something delicious available throughout the day. The spa is a huge highlight and adds so much value to the experience—perfect for unwinding after a long day. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

• Pavel (6/5): Malý hotel se slušnou gastronomií a nevyhovujícím vybavením koupelny - Popsat hotel Genusshotel Almrausch není jednoduché, ale pokusím se o to. Recenze na hotel, zejména gastronomii a wellness byly veskrze pozitivní, ale projdeme si to od začátku. Hotel je situován v malebném údolí vesnice Bad Kleinkirchheim a příjezd je bez problémů. Z hlediska gastronomie není hotelu Almarusch co vytknout. Servis jídla je na úrovni hotelu, jídlo je teplé na teplém talíři a zejména kuchař umí připravit každý den něco nového a to z čerstvých surovin. Menu bylo každý den zcela odlišné, ale vždy chutné. Snídaně, kdy si můžete objednat s přísadami vejce na vícero způsobů je také vítaná varianta. Hotelový kuchař je opravdu člověk na svém místě a na jehněčí steak budu dlouho vzpomínat. Součástí denní polopenze je také polévka v době od 12-15 hod. a dále lehký snack v 16 hod. přímo v hotelové restauraci. Velice zajímavým benefitem je možnost podávání polévky přímo na sjezdovce (v jiné budově hotelu přímo na sjezdovce), na základě předložení kuponu, který dostanete na recepci hotelu. Hotel poskytuje bezplatně službu vystavení dvou a vícedenních skipasů přímo na recepci hotelu, což je jistě pro hosty vítaná služba. Na čem musí hotel zapracovat jsou hotelové koupelny a lyžárna. Hned u vchodu do hotelu narazíte na lyžárnu s dřevěnými kolíky pro sušení lyžařských bot, což je sice v pořádku, ale problém je naprostý chaos ze strany hotelu s jejich využitím. Tedy kdo přijde první, tak si tam dá třeba troje boty a kdo poslední, jako vícekrát během pobytu my, tak má prostě smůlu a musí si boty nechat v autě, jelikož je přísně zakázáno nosit lyžařské boty na pokoj (což je ze strany hotelu pochopitelný požadavek, ale měl by být podepřen přesnou logistikou v lyžárně, což prostě není). Řešením by byly uzamykatelné oddělené boxy pro jednotlivé pokoje. Dalším problémem je absolutní absence radiátoru, žebříku, nebo jakékoliv jiné možnosti sušit věci na pokoji. Podle sdělení recepce, se topí podlahovým topením anebo teplotními deskami na stěnách, ale na tom si kalhoty neusušíte. Největší šok, ale zažijete v koupelně. Ta je celkem prostorná cca 7 m2, ale bohužel je vybavena sprchovým koutem s posuvnými dveřmi, které mají čistý průchod 33 cm. Neznám mnoho lidí, kteří jsou schopni komfortně sprchu v pokoji užívat, ale pro mne byla jedinou možností použití sprchy ve wellness u bazénu. Jistě neexistuje norma pro velikost průchodu do sprchového koutu, ale pouze doporučení 50-60 cm, které je tady o 1/3 snížena, takže jsem tedy za celý pobyt sprchový kout ani jednou nevyužil. Pokoje jsou prostorné, čisté, matrace slušné, ale koupelna z nepochopitelného důvodu jako ze 70 let minulého století. Co se týká wellness (sestává z vyhřívaného bazénu a sauny), tak bazén je čistý, teplý a určitě dostačující, opět co je zcela nepochopitelné, že v prostoru vedle bazénu je pouze 8 lehátek, ostatní si musí dát župany na zem. Asi uznáte, že v hotelu kde můžete ubytovat až 70 osob by bylo vhodné osadit prostor u bazén

Der Name des Hotels GENUSS hotel macht diese Hotel alle Ehre. Man fühlt sich jeden Abend wie im Feinschmeckerrestaurant. Pool schön warm, Sauna wurde auf Wunsch schon früher eingeschaltet. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Man kann direkt vom Hotel aus loslaufen. Kärnten-Card dabei, so dass weitere Attraktionen meist kostenlos sind. Das gesamte Personal war ausnehmend freundlich. Wirklich rundum ein toller Urlaub! Wir hatten gar nichts auszusetzen!

• Andrijana (9/5): - Odličan hotel, fantastično osoblje, čisto, uredno. Prekrasan okoliš,. Super osmišljeni obroci, večere su bile izvrsne, juha za ručak i kolačići za užinu,doručak klasika. Jako pažljivi sa djecom, udovoljavaju svim zahtjevima. Prostrana soba sa velikim balkonom. Dječja soba je mala, ali nismo u sobi puno ni boravili.
• Rinie (10/5): - Het is gewoon een top hotel met heerlijke sauna en ja het eten is geweldig half pension maar tussen de middag tot 16.00 uur heerlijke soep en hapjes zit allemaal bij de prijs in top kwaliteit zeker voor herhaling vatbaar
• Rosalinde (10/5): Dieses Hotel ist außergewöhnlich in allen Bereichen . - Wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Zimmer sind schön und sehr sauber. Essen ist ausgezeichnet. Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wasser im Schwimmbecken war angenehm warm. Wellnessbereich ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet. Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub.
• Adriana (8/5): Mixed feelings - The staff was great, efficient, friendly and attentive. The swimming pool, relaxation and sauna areas are great, as well as the massages. Good food and always something available to eat or drink, really nice. We got a card included in the price that allow you to visit for free a lot of attractions in the area, very nice and convenient. I didn't like the room. I booked a suite but I had two connected rooms of which one was very small with a bathroom with dated shower box. Both rooms had bad and thin mattresses and very soft pillows with no alternatives. We had bad sleep. Also the room was on the first floor, right on top of the kitchen, so 6.30am the bacon smell was in the room.... I feel I was unlucky with the room, probably others are much better.

• Oliver (9/5): - Ein sehr schön ausgestattetes Hotel mit einem super Mitarbeiterteam. Toller Wellness- und Schwimmbadbereich. Das Essen war hervorragend und die Preise für die Getränke sind in Ordnung. Der Wellnessbereich war schon früh am Abend geschlossen.

• Pavel (10/5): Báječný pobyt - Strávili jsme v penzionu krásnou letní dovolenou a byli jsme nadmíru spokojeni. V ceně jsme měli snídaně i večeře a oboje rozhodně předčilo naše očekávání. Snídaně nabízely opravdu velký výběr – kromě výborného bufetu si bylo možné objednat smažená vajíčka, volská oka se šunkou, palačinky a další dobroty, které kuchař připravoval přímo na místě. Večeře měly úroveň gurmánských několikachodových menu – vždy jsme si mohli vybrat ze tří jídel a každé bylo perfektně připravené. Personál navíc po celou dobu pečlivě sledoval, zda hostům nic nechybí. Příjemným překvapením byl i sladký zákusek zdarma každý den po obědě. Pokoj byl útulný, čistý, každý den uklizený a s pravidelnou výměnou ručníků. Z balkónu byl krásný výhled na okolní krajinu. Oceňujeme také skvělou polohu penzionu – všechny zajímavé cíle v Korutanech byly vzdálené maximálně hodinu cesty autem. Velkou výhodou je i parkovací místo přímo u penzionu. Celkově hodnotíme pobyt jako vynikající. Penzion můžeme jen doporučit – skvělé jídlo, perfektní služby a ideální výchozí bod pro objevování krás Korutan.

Camera silenziosa. Nel prezzo ho ricevuto anche una card che mi ha permesso di fare delle attività gratuitamente. Migliorerei la pulizia del bagno e del giardino. Sarebbero anche utili dei cartellini per indicare tutte le pietanze del buffet (ben fornito).

• Marius (9/5): 8 out of 10 - Very good food in the restaurant for dinner and not so good for breakfast because baked eggs and omlets was every second day, and on the other days was sweet pankakes, bacon was burned too much. In our room there was no heated coil to dry socks after skiing day so that was not nice, bunk beds for kids was in tambour on the entry to the hotel room, so kids wasnt very happy. Outside pools and saunas excellent. So 8 out of 10.

• Luka (9/5): Great value, perfect for a short stay and a great ski trip. - Good location if there’s snow, just a small slide to the skilift, very friendly staff, excellent half board (really really good), nice saunas and swimming pool. The room for 1 person is very old, bed is small, the hairdryer cannot be plugged in as there is no inlet (it was removed and covered up).
• Vojislav (10/5): Exceptional - We had the most wonderful time! The food was amazing, the room was nice and clean, staff was extremely friendly, the pool and sauna were also great. The hotel is near all the main ski lifts. Would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bad Kleinkirchheim.

We had a very nice and clean room, which was cleaned every day. We didn't use wellness, but from the outside it must be from same level.

• Luka (10/5): Ski paradise in Bad Kleinkirchheim - The personel is trying real hard to please to guests. The hotel is very lovely, the spa with saunas and a pool is superb. The location right next to a ski lift and a ski slope is great, with just a few steps away. The food in hotel is great and a special free soup which you get in a mountain hut on the skiing area (as a hotel guest) is a great bonus. At the time the personel was overloaded. If the spa with saunas and a pool would be opened until 22h(not just 19h), we would rate it 10+.
• Monika (10/5): Amazing stay next to the slopes - The hotel’s location is perfect, lots of parking space and a minute away walk (ski) from the first lift! Sauna space and the pool are so beautiful and relaxing. And the FOOD!! All staff is super nice and very helpful (and we would like to thank again a special lady in the restaurant, named Zeljka <3) Room is clean, cosy and has lots of closet space. Everything was wonderful, we are looking forward to visiting you again next winter. /
