• SHOJI (8/5): - 温泉（サウナ付）のあるカプセルホテルという感じです。なので、サウナにいるような感じで特にストレスなくすごせると思います。 難点は、カプセルホテルだけに、いびきのうるさい宿泊客がいると夜寝れないので、耳栓は必ず持参しておくと良いと思います。

• Andreas (6/5): - Der Unterkunft liegt nur wenige Meter entfernt von der Station Ueno - also sehr gut angebunden. Dieses Kapselhotel bieten neben den Kapseln auch ein Heißes Bad sowie einen Aufenthaltsraum an. Weiter gibt es auch größere "Premium"-Kapseln. Diese befinden sich jedoch auf gleicher Ebene wie der Rezeption, dem Bad, den Schließfächern. Daher hört man sehr viel und, ich persönlich fand, dadurch dass nebenan das Bad war, herrschte eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit im Raum. Premium ist das so sicher nicht. Höhe bzw. Tiefpunkt - am zweiten Tag wurde mitgeteilt, dass die gebuchte "Premium"-Kapsel nicht mehr verfügbar ist (es wurde gerade umgebaut): warum dennoch für beide Tage diese große Kapsel (mit eigener Tür) gebucht werden könnte, weiß ich nicht. Da dadurch nur noch "normale" Kapseln zur Verfügung standen, und ich nicht noch eine Nacht in dieser Unterkunft verbringen wollte, wurde mir nach längerem Hin- und Her das Geld für die zweite nicht angetretene Nacht ausgezahlt. Jedoch musste ich erneut zur Unterkunft fahren, da meine, sich noch in der Abgebauten Kapsel befundenen, Gegenstände nicht ausgehändigt wurden. Nach längerem Suchen wurden auch diese Gegenstände mir ausgehändigt. An einigen Stellen wirkt die Unterkunft etwas abgerockt - so kommt aus den Duschen nur sehr wenig Wasser, an einigen Stellen fehlen Fliesen in der Wanne. Ich kann diese Unterkunft daher aktuell nicht empfehlen.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Dated, but clean - Overall, not a bad experience. A good deal for how affordable it was. It’s dated, but clean. There is a smoky smell, as others have mentioned, but not terrible, unless you’re particularly sensitive. I had to leave early due to a storm, so didn’t actually sleep here, but accommodations looked fine. Pretty spacious for a typical capsule style. It was definitely warm, though.

• Yukio (2/5): - プレミアムキャビンに泊まりました。 カプセルルームは何度か泊まっており、レトロな設備ではあるものの、大浴場付きの素泊まりとして重宝してました。 そこへ新設されたプレミアムキャビン、 こちらはとても宿泊できるものではありません。 フロント、ロッカー、洗面所、大浴場に隣接し、扉もないのでその全ての騒音が筒抜けです。 天上が高いことにプレミアム感を出したいのでしょうが、所謂ネットカフェのように天上を設けられない、閉鎖空間ではないので差し込む明かりを防げません。照明位置や光量もそれを配慮するようなものではありません。 パチンコ店の直上階ということで営業時間中の枕を突き上げる騒音も止まりません。 増額分に期待できる要素は何もありません。 翌日のすべてを台無しにする覚悟を求められます。

• SATORU (4/5): - シャワーが全然出ない。 従業員が夜喋っていてうるさい。風呂場の機器が動く音もずっとしていてうるさい。 部屋というかあてがわれた簡易スペースが受付のすぐ近くで常にうるさい。 寝ている時間に喋っているせいで目が覚めた。 健康診断どうのこうのは知ったこっちゃない。せめて喋るのはやめてくれ。寝かせて欲しい。 あとは値段なりで満足。

• tatunari (8/5): 不潔な箇所が何点か。 - お風呂場はシャワーの出が悪い箇所があるので直してくれたら嬉しいです。 トイレが全体的に不潔なのですが、不潔な客(特に年寄りおじさん)が多いのでスタッフの方は大変かもしれませんが、清潔にトイレが維持できるようにお願いしたいです。 カプセルベッドについては清潔で問題はありませんでした、 安く泊まれるので大変長く使用させてもらっており、個人的にはとても助かってます。

And they double the price almost three time when regular price due there no other hotel. And is not clean and old. I booked in non smoking but smiling of my booked place is smoking. Don’t go with it
• D (2/5): - The only thing good about the place is it being close to Ueno Station, and plenty of izikayas and restaurants. The place is pretty disgusting! I'm no snob, and have travelled alot in the past 20 years, but here was something else. It's dirty, smelly, run down, and hasn't been cleaned properly in years. When it came to using the bathrooms I hated putting on the filthy sandals, and restored to the using the toilet a la Finch from American Pie. I requested a non-smoking capsule but at the end of the corridor was the smoking area so everything and everywhere smelt of cigarette smoke. Then there's the taps - I used bottled water to brush my teeth as I didn't want the water from the dirty taps coming into contact with my mouth! The sleeping capsule itself was stained yellow through nicotine, and there was a couple of ominous looking brown marks on the inside of the curtains, as well as dirt on the mirror. And to top it off the music (well, one song), a Spanish guitar style elevator tune, played in the reception/shower/locker area is on constant repeat, like some hellish groundhog say nightmare. I've complained to Hotels.com but have yet to receive a response. Classic. If I could have found somewhere else to stay on discovering how disgusting it is I would have, but alas it was a public holiday and most accommodation, aside 5* hotels, was booked up. It's not even cheap to stay!

It also has a Sento public bath area so you need to be not shy lol!! Just a heads up lots of people smoke.. But I was on the non smoking floor.
• Khairul (8/5): Close to a lot of stuff! Good enough to stay. - Hotel is right on Ameyoko which means plenty of shopping and food places just as you step out. Both JR (including Shinkansen) and Subway train station is very close as well which means means you can get around Tokyo very easily. Finding it was a pain though. Used Google Maps and it brought me to its newer sister Hotel, Oriental. Turns out New Century was behind it but you still have to walk around the building for it. The hotel itself looks to be a bit old. However they kept very clean and smells nice all the time. Except for the stairs. Smells really musky there. The capsules were a little too warm for me too.
• KS (8/5): good location, kind staff, budget capsule hotel - 호텔은 구글맵을 통해 쉽게 찾을 수 있었고, 마침 한국인 직원이 있어서, 호텔 사용에 관해 상세한 안내를 들을 수 있었습니다. 불편했던 점을 먼저 말씀드립니다. 백팩 정도는 개인 라커에 보관할 수 있지만, 캐리어는 입구 창고에 보관하게 되어 있습니다. 물론 중간에 짐 정리를 위해 캐리어를 내달라고 직원에게 말씀하셔야 하는데, 직원들이 친절해서 불편하지는 않습니다. 따로 짐 정리를 할 공간이 없어서 라커룸을 이용해야 하는데, 다른 분들도 거기서 짐 정리를 하기 때문에 눈치를 보는 것은 아닙니다. 내부에 컵라면 이외에는 요기가 될 만한 게 없고, 식사 공간이 좁아서 조금 불편합니다. 식사는 밖에서 하시고, 슈퍼나 편의점에서 도시락류를 사오신다면 조금 기다렸다 드셔야할 경우가 있습니다. 이 정도 외에는 그리 불편함 없이 3박을 잘 지냈습니다. 내부에서 사용하는 실내복과 수건은 매일 잘 세탁되고 다림질되어 있습니다. 탕에는 치약은 없지만, 치솔 등 나머지 세면도구, 화장품류는 잘 구비되어 있습니다. 캡슐의 시트는 매일 교체되고, 화장실은 비데가 설치된 칸도 있습니다. 캡슐 안에는 TV와 실내등, 알람시계가 구비되어 있고, 이어폰도 있습니다. (한쪽 귀에만 끼게 되어 있습니다.) 옷걸이와 간이 선반이 있어서 필요한 사물을 가져다두고 사용할 수 있습니다. 귀중품은 리셉션 바로 앞에 있는 금고에 보관하셔도 됩니다. 쇼핑을 매일 해서 짐 정리하실 게 많은 경우라면 도미토리를 이용하시는 게 더 편하실 수 있겠습니다만, 그렇지 않은 혼자 도쿄 여행이라면 가성비 높은 선택이 될 것으로 봅니다.
• Maxime (8/5): - I was really suspicious at start because of the smoking, but it is well controlled and you are really close to metro stations. There is a nice lounge with good chairs to relax in and the staff is friendly, but they still have to do their job so don't expect to pass time with them. GREAT use of the onsen and sauna!
