- Daniel (7/5): Great location, would stay again for the price. - The room was comfortable and the reception and concierge staff were great. The room was cleaned daily which was great. The staff at breakfast were very miserable and felt like they didn’t want to be there. The exception to this was the chef at the egg station who was always happy. The shower leaked when on causing the bathroom to flood which wasn’t ideal. The pool only has 10 loungers, I would say you need to double this number as a minimum.

Environmentally friendly… Loved the colors and the decoration, not the usual hotel style. The mattress was a bit on the hard side, wished the was a mattress pad or something.

Hotel dinner buffe had a wide selection and did not disappoint My room was not ready when I arrived early in the morning as agreed upon so I got an upgrade to a suite which was a very appreciated gesture! Will definitely stay again if in Riyadh I honestly can't think of anything significant. The traffic got a little loud at times but that's nothing that bothered me.

- BARBARA (10/5): Unvergesslich als Gesamtpaket. Mega City mega gut strukturiert - Die Lage, Zimmer zum Innenhof fantastisch.ruhig mit ab und an Vogelgezwitscher . Von der Airport Road bekommt man im Hotel überhaupt nichts mit. Im Innenhof Kann man spazieren , in der Lobby wird Kawfa serviert und Edelholz geräuchert. Gäste von aussen können ins Restaurant oder Gym kommen. Das Personal ist äusserst aufmerksam und freundlich/ liebenswürdig.

- Aishtiaq (10/5): - كانت تجربه استثنائية من بداية دخولي إلى ان طلعت كل الموظفين راقين ومحترمين والخدمات جدا ممتازه ويسعون لرضاء العميل اخص بالشكر موظف الاستقبال العتيبي نسيت اسمه قدم لنا ضيافه بسيطه بسكوت ومويه والمسؤوله موضي كان المفترض الخروج الساعه 12 الظهر ولكن سمحت اجلس إلى 3 العصر اكل المطعم كان جدا حلو مرافق الفندق حلوه ومتنوعه فيه مطعمين واحد داخل المبنى والثاني على المسبح وكافيه وكورنر للآيس كريم وحديقه و فيه مركز سبا ولكن كان وقت تواجدي فيه صيانه وفيه مسبح بعد

- Tibaut (10/5): This is an top hotel nearby the airport, offering easy access to the city and outstanding service - The room was particularly enjoyable, with excellent lighting and a very functional shower. The bed size was fully adequate, and the half‑board option offered exceptional buffet quality at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The wide selection of salads, hot dishes, and desserts provided real comfort after a long workday or before starting a series of meetings. I would personally prefer a slightly softer bed, ideally with a small mattress topper to enhance comfort and provide a more pleasant welcome when settling in. Another improvement point concerns the desk chair, which is too low and requires stacking several cushions to reach a proper working height. Addressing these two elements would significantly improve the overall guest experience, especially for business travelers

- Hazem Hanafy (10/5): Excellent stay with truly outstanding staff - I had a wonderful 2-day stay at Madareem Hotel in Riyadh. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and genuine hospitality made a huge difference. The staff were exceptional throughout the entire stay—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their support was consistent from check-in to check-out, and they made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The hotel itself is clean, well maintained, and very comfortable, but what really stands out is the professionalism and kindness of the team. You can clearly feel that guest satisfaction is their top priority. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Riyadh. Nothing
