- SloveniaTravels (1/5): - Very disappointing – nothing like advertised We strongly advise against staying at this hotel - this is not even a hotel it is a house with apartments! The accommodation was completely different from what is advertised on Booking. The room was dirty and outdated, with visible dampness in the bathroom, damaged furniture, dirty walls, and filthy curtains. The overall condition was unacceptable. We left the hotel within 20 minutes of arrival at night time because we did not feel comfortable staying there at all. Due to the poor conditions, staying overnight was not an option. We contacted the property to request a refund for the paid accommodation, but they never replied. This level of service is unacceptable. Photos attached show the real condition of the property. Stay away from this hotel.

Попросили вызвать утром обычное такси до аэропорта. Нам вызвали частника, который взял явно завышенную цену за очень близкую поездку до аэропорта. Спорить не стали, но было не очень приятно.

- Anton (10/5): - I was thrilled. I was met at the airport after midnight and taken to the hotel. It was a very quiet and cozy place. The shower was great, and I was able to rest well after a long flight. The beds were incredibly comfortable. In the morning, they not only helped me with breakfast, but also helped me navigate the area, find a place to exchange money, called a taxi to the bus station, and even gave me some takeaway food. Everything was great, very friendly and kind people.

For a short stay, I have a good night sleep with a comfty bed with a hot water for me to make my coffee and tea and as well some goodies for nourishment. The only thing isn't working is the television as I am unsuccesful in turning it on. Regardless, I have a good night experience with the room I stayed.

- Ира М. (7/5): Friendly staff, pet-friendly, but laundry was an issue - The staff were very kind and helpful, and there is parking available for cars. Pets are allowed, which was a big plus for us. The only downside was that the laundry service wasn’t working. They offered to do the washing the next day, but since we were only staying one night, that wasn’t an option for us.

O funcionário na receção insistiu que lhe fornecêssemos os nossos passaportes, quando entrámos no país apenas com Cartão de Cidadão. Quem é o hotel para fazer uma exigência que não é obrigatória pelas próprias autoridades? Acredito que tenha sido por desconhecimento. Demorámos imenso tempo neste processo. O funcionário fez questão de questionar se a cama era MESMO de casal, criando um momento embaraçoso. Fora estes dois pontos, era bastante simpático.

- Nils (10/5): Excellent hôtel - Je suis resté quatre nuits dans cet hôtel, et ce fût de loin le meilleur hébergement de tout mon voyage d'un mois dans les Balkans. Et le meilleur accueil que j'ai eu depuis des années : - Le personnel de l'hôtel est adorable, aux petits soins avec vous. Ils m'ont aidé à communiquer avec ma famille alors que je n'avais plus de téléphone... Le jour de mon départ ils m'ont même préparé des sandwichs pour le midi. L'accueil et le service étaient exceptionnels, je me suis senti comme à la maison ! - Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et équilibré. Les produits sont frais et délicieux. Il est inclus dans le prix. - La chambre était propre et calme. Télévision, climatisation, produits d'hygiène, serviettes, sèche-cheveux, lampe de chevet, penderie. Le personnel vient tous les jours pour changer les serviettes et tapis de douche, jeter les poubelles... pour que vous retrouviez votre chambre toute propre. - Excellent rapport qualité/prix. Le service d'un hôtel 3 ou 4 étoiles pour le prix d'un hôtel F1 en France. Je n'ai pas trouvé mieux à Podgorica. - L'hôtel se trouve à 2 minutes à pied d'un hypermarché, d'une pharmacie, d'une banque et d'un magasin de vêtements. Le centre-ville et la gare sont accessibles à pied en vingt à trente minutes. Vous pouvez vous garer gratuitement juste devant l'hôtel, des places sont toujours disponibles. La prochaine fois que je repasse à Podgorica, je reviendrai à coup sûr dans cet hôtel, et cette fois avec ma famille. L'accueil, le service, la chambre, le petit-déjeuner, le prix... tout était parfait ! Je remercie chaleureusement le personnel pour leur aide, leur amabilité et leur gentillesse. Au plaisir de vous revoir un jour !

- Mikhail (9/5): - The check In was supposed to be at 14:00, but the staff lady let us moved in at 12:00! She was our savior :3 The room was big and spacious. There's also a big mall near the hotel with a good restaurant. Nothing, everything was good.

They had a bigger room available, so they gave the big room free of charge. I loved the staff and everything. It is very close to the airport, so it is convenient for that also.

- Dana (6/5): Efficient but would not go back. - Parking was available and it was near the airport. It was very old looking. Two of the beds were hard. The other bed was way too soft. We had to leave early and there really wasn’t anything for breakfast.

The room was small with a big bed (even I booked a small one), the bathroom was very clean and looked like new. The breakfast was great. Both receptionists were also very friendly. My warm recommendation is to use this hotel for several days.

We were also able to recharge your electric vehicle on site and our little dog was superbly welcomed, it is all these little details that make the place magnificent .
