• Leon (4/5): Keep the noise and walking a lot down while checking in late - Good Late check in I was on the. Third floor it was around 11:30 pm the person above me on the fourth floor was making so much noise walking a lot back and forth till around 2am kept me hard to sleep

My room was in excellent shape, very clean and the bed was comfortable. Actually, there wasn't anything about my stay that I didn't like.

• Nathan (3/5): Terrible staff and unresponsive management - The hotel and breakfast were good The staff and assistant manager were super rude and wouldn't let us check in on time for over an hour because the rooms hadn't been cleaned. We complained and they lied to us that we weren't guaranteed a room at check in. We had to go through customer service to get a partial refund because they refused. Terrible management

• TIMOTHY (6/5): Not Draining! - We stayed here and n the past & this time was different. The room was just put together didn’t seem like it was really cleaned before we got there. Just old. The tub drain didn’t not go down so we stood in like 4 inches of water, terrible.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall, a wonderful place to stay. - The staff were all very pleasant and friendly but there is definitely a lack of communication between them. I encountered a few issues with my reservation and keys, and some of the counter staff didn’t seem to know how to remedy the situation, so I ended up requesting management to get satisfaction. However, having said all of that, EVERYONE was sincerely polite and kind, the room was awesome and the breakfasts delicious, with lots of variety of food items. I’d stay here again.

• Kevin (8/5): - The door to our room had a stiff opening due to some of the latch sticking in the jamb. The room was really spare with only one piece of art and industrial carpeting. It was spacious, but the lack of character only added to the empty feel. Our stay was only one night and the staff was really helpful. The morning coffee service was erratic, but things happen.

• Linda (10/5): If ever in Huntington again, I will stay here. - Bed was really comfortable. Water pressure was amazing and it was within walking distance of a few restaurants. Sink was slow to drain, perfect stay otherwise.

Only reason I scored this way is because when we arrived they got us in quick we had everything we needed, however our door didn't even need a. Key to get in, you could just push it on open. We told 2 different people about it. First maintenance was coming and didn't. 2nd was its late and im not the.manager so I'll write it down. And 3 at check she wrote it down, even.let me speak with maintenance as he walked in to tell him and was going to no doubt get it fixed. They were all nice but if that would have been me I would have gotten right on it and then followed up to see if the issue was resolved. Other than that it was a very nice, clean, and everything you need. Rooms were nice and clean.

I called the lobby to see what was happening as there was no smoke in the room nor could we smell smoke, and he told me that "someone had hit the button outside our door and that I need to go out and hit it again to turn it off" Sir, we were females traveling for an event and what if the person that hit the alarm was just waiting for one of us to open the door, not everyone in the world is trust worthy now days? he didn't see an issue and repeated that I needed to open the door an push the button for the alarm to go off.
