• Kris Vanica (8/5): In the Heart of Leaning Tower and Restaurants - The room was large. The bed was comfortable. It was located a step from restaurants and attractions. The shower had hot water and the bathroom was clean. The woman who cleans the rooms was fantastic. She was helpful, friendly and went out of her way to help us. They control the air conditioning. However, they provided a fan. There was No Elevator so we carried our luggage up to the top floor. The stairs can be steep.

The room was spacious, with good bedding, a high-quality bathroom, and a small terrace. However, smells from the restaurant kitchen downstairs carried into the room.

La posizione è semplicemente un incanto: poter dormire guardando la Torre di Pisa è qualcosa di unico e suggestivo, che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Il personale si è dimostrato sempre molto gentile e disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con professionalità e cortesia. Un ringraziamento particolare va anche alla signora delle pulizie, di una gentilezza e cortesia davvero disarmanti. Grazie di cuore per aver reso il mio soggiorno così piacevole!

Struttura completamente ristrutturata praticamente adiacente a Piazza dei Miracoli e alla Torre Non era inclusa la colazione.

In generale si potrebbe creare con poco una vera e proprio bomboniera e chiedere il doppio del prezzo senza problemi. Cosi come l'hanno impostato è una location da turisti. Ps: non c'e riscaldamento.

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described – but what truly made it special was the breathtaking view of the Leaning Tower right from the window. Waking up to such an iconic sight was an unforgettable experience. What stood out even more was the exceptional hospitality of the host. Our flight was delayed, and we arrived very late at night, but despite this inconvenience, the host was incredibly understanding, responsive, and helpful. Communication was smooth and reassuring throughout, which made a potentially stressful situation completely hassle-free. A perfect combination of location, comfort, and genuine care for guests. We would definitely stay here again!

Camere pulite e ben organizzate, ad un ottimo prezzo. Per mangiare tipico, da veri pisani, basta fare una piccola passeggiata al di là delle vie strettamente turistiche. Parcheggio libero nelle immediate vicinanze. Consigliatissimo!! .

• Lisa (6/5): Good for one night, to see the tower. Not the most comfortable. - The view is what you pay for, can’t fault it! We had the room with a view of the tower. And that’s why we stayed here. It was also very clean, so I was happy about that. My children loved they had separate beds up on a platform in the room but I would say it is not suitable for younger children as it was up steep steps with a balcony. My kids are 10 & 16. It had tea and coffee making facilities which was nice to have. Overall, it was ok, for one night to visit the tower and with a great view. It was clean but not the most comfortable. The man on reception was not welcoming at all. No friendliness, we felt like it was an inconvenience us being there. The sign on the door that said they had vacancies also was a big put off for me. Also, when we checked out there was no one around, we were instructed to leave our key on the desk when we checked in the night before. The king bed was big but not comfortable and the room itself had a very weird smell in it. Also, only one pillow each on each bed is really poor we had to use our jumpers and towels as pillows. And no one to ask for more pillows as no staff around.
