The WiFi. That was the only complaint. There was no way to get my son’s Switch, or my phone hooked up to the WiFi. It was a really long strange process that didn’t work! We made the best of it.

The room was also great ,it was clean , fully stocked with towels and it also had an extra blanket in the closet ,little things like that made my stay even better. Gotta give a round of applause for the ladies at the front desk and the housekeeping staff . You guys are amazing I have no complaints

The breakfast hours were too early - another hour would have allowed for our sleepy kids to eat a proper breakfast. The seating in the lobby was a nice place for our group to gather to visit, but the cushions were stained (as it was the same area used for breakfast).

Very tidy lobby area, rooms, easy/ friendly check-in service and comfortable beds. Rooms are quiet and ventilation/thermostat is easily adjustable. The breakfast food selection is good ( hot & cold food options) and seating area is spacious. This hotel provides consistently good service and clean/tidy accommodations ... highly recommend.

My husband, myself and our dog had a room at this motel, as did other members of our family. My daughter was treated very rudely and when she went to complain, the staff refused to listen or even speak to the manager! I would like to add THIS IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! While I had my dog outside, the staff came running outside, thinking I left him unattended and was startled to see him on a tie out with me. The staff member was rude and I must say she had no need to be - we were following the rules. It is almost like they are looking for a reason to fine you $250.00 extra dollars! They did fine my daughter that amount! Also, when asked to speak to the manager repeatedly - she was never allowed! After several attempts to contact the manager after we returned home, still no luck, she is left with a huge room cost and rude employees! The manager should have called her back and heard her side of the story. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING A ROOM HERE IF YOU HAVE A DOG!
