We will go back but not u - Very clean room and awesome beds and bedding Pool and hot tub looked too dirty to use. Perhaps they need to be painted if the water had good chemical levels. No guests were using the pool room.

• PETER (9/5): Beautiful stay, but don’t eat the breakfast! - The lady that checked us in was stellar. All the employees were very nice. Housekeeping was very careful and made sure the rooms were spotlessly clean. You call that a breakfast? It was disgusting. Even the coffee was disgusting. There was no real cream to go with it. Only artificial creamers filled with chemicals were provided for the coffee. The food choices amounted to processed items. I think I got food poisoning from the fruit bowl.
• jamesunt (10/5): Hidden Gem just outside of Boulder - Those who are looking for a great deal without the high cost of Boulder and Estes Park hotels should stay here. What a nice Hampton without the traffic and congestion of Boulder. Perfect rooms, once pool and hot tub an$ a great breakfast every morning. Staff always had a smile on their face and was always greeted by a smile. Kudos to the front desk staff who always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kudus to Brenda ! Only ten minutes to Boulder, 50 minutes to Estes Park. Relaxful area.

It was spotlessly clean throughout the facility and our room. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The coffee dispensers needed a heating element. Otherwise, the breakfast offerings were varied and good.

They insisted I still owed $320.70. I contacted Hilton and they contacted the front desk and told them I owed nothing. Took me 30 minutes to get resolved due to an ignorant / untrained front desk clerk. Total incompetence by the front desk clerk.

There is a free shuttle as needed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm which was very handy since the hotel is about 15-20 min from CU Boulder’s campus. Complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from and parking is free. We’d definitely stay again.

• aehall7 (8/5): Accommodating Stay - Check-in was smooth; we were given bottles of water and, when we requested food recommendations, a list of nearby restaurants was ready. The room was quiet (we were not near the elevator) and we were able to adjust the room temperature as needed throughout our stay. Housekeeping was daily; towels could be left outside in the hallway if that’s all we needed replaced. Breakfast was appreciated and was available at the same 6:30am time each day. We did do laundry and the front desk exchanged bills for quarters for the machines, and had detergent available for purchase. We filled up our water bottles at the water fountain on the first floor for filtered water. Parking was easy in both the front and back of the hotel, and just a short drive to downtown Boulder. All the front desk and housekeeping staff we encountered were helpful and polite.

We didn't care for the giant table in the middle of the dining area, and from the lack of use it received, I'd say we weren't the only guests to feel that way.

Dog yapping all morning in the room next door.

Facility appears relatively new and is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast featured hot choices (eggs, bacon, home fries, sausage biscuits, omlettes, etc) and varied from day to day. Breakfast food selections were kept well stocked until ending time. Oh! And because I usually have hot tea instead of coffee, it was great to find that the hot water for making tea was actually HOT and not lukewarm like at most hotels I've stayed at over the years. The pillows were plentiful (4 per bed) but none offered any real support, so I had to keep scrunching one up to get it to feel right. They may have offered alternative pillow selections but I did not inquire.

• Leah (6/5): OK if you just need a place to sleep - New hotel with good staff. Larger than average exercise room and lap pool. Full size toiletries in the rooms meant less bathroom waste. Blackout curtains did a wonderful job of keeping the room dark. Common area has a large gaming table, which my kids appreciated. Staff member brought us fresh baked cookies while we sat in the common area. Unfortunately, this hotel is not in Boulder as its name would suggest; it's in Gunbarrel. The distance meant we couldn't go back and forth from town to the hotel with ease. Ugly views of the back end of business buildings and an old parking lot. Not sure why anyone would put a hotel in this location. No restaurants or bars within walking distance. Paper plates and plastic utensils made for a lot trash at breakfast. We were surprised with Suite Shop fees and tourist fees, which added another 1/3 onto the bill at check in. Supposedly, the Suite Shop fees will be refunded since we didn't buy anything, but I did not appreciate my debit card being charged without my authorization.

• John (10/5): Modern, Comfortable and Clean - We were pleasantly surprised with this Hampton Inn. Our two queen bed room was large and clean. The beds were super comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The cookies in the lobby were a real treat and it was great to be able to grab breakfast before heading out for the day. The staff members were efficient and friendly. We will return to this hotel if we find ourselves back in the area.

The fitted sheets on the bed seemed a bit too small and would continuously come off. The bed was also not the comfiest, but that could be a preference thing.

All the lighting was a washed out yellow. There was No desk lamp. No white light except in the bathroom. More like funeral palour. The pictures were very dark and ugly. Not even a piece of paper or pencil to write on. A word about free breakfast and free parking, it's built into the price of your stay. Entrance was trashy and ill maintained. The food area was unacceptable. Plastic exposed utensils, every cough and sneeze landed on them. Dixie and Georgia Pacific has what you need. The massive table in dining area is out of proportion to the size of the area. A five day stay and I only saw the GM once. This property should not be in the Hilton portfolio.
