• Verified traveler (8/5): - Good hotel. Very quiet. Friendly staff. The only downside was that, in our bedroom, the aircondition unit was mounted directly above the bed. So it blew cold air directly on our heads. Because of that, unfortunately we didn't use it.

Ótimo atendimento pelos funcionários. facilidade de acesso à praia. Tem estacionamento, para quem estiver viajando de carro.

The restaurant of the hotel have delicious food for a good price and super friendly staff. One of the best hotel in Mamaia Nord .

• Ronald (8/5): - Le positionnement de l'hôtel tout près de la plage est un atout indéniable. Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Le personnel au restaurant en revanche n'est pas toujours très poli. Giorgiana est excellente mais les autres personnes ne sont pas particulièrement motivées. Le service est également très lent. Trop de tables? Il faut avoir une plus grande cuisine!
• Razvan (4/5): It was ok, but... - This hotel has a nice location (right on the beach) but the bathroom pipes smelled very bad. The restaurant on the main floor, although not associated with the hotel, had very rude staff, not to mention the food was very expensive when compared to its quality. The hotel decor was nice, but the floor plan was a bit cramped. Overall it was ok.

• Magdalena (10/5): - I came here with my husband, 2 year-old daughter, and 90 year-old grandmother and everyone at the hotel was absolutely lovely. They went out of their way to help us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The rooms were wonderful, very spacious, and with perfect sea views! The restaurant in the front of the hotel was fine, we didn’t experience any excessively loud music or noise even through we were on the first floor. We would definitely stay here again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised by this place. Had a suite on the 4th floor for 2 nights. The room is nicely decorated, very clean and has an amazing view. You can basically watch the sunrise from your bed. Now to address the noise situation - it is true the music from the restaurant downstairs is kind of loud. However, with earplugs I did not hear anything and was able to get a good night sleep. I enjoyed very much the breakfast on the beach 😁

• Verified traveler (6/5): Great room and close proximity to beach - Double bed room - very comfortable room, with beach view and balcony. TV in both bedroom and lounge area. The suite was very clean. The WiFi connection at the hotel isn't very strong. Staff were very helpful over email (very abrupt in person). Other than the room at the hotel there is nothing else to do, we didn't eat from the hotel restaurant because there are plenty of restaurants to choose from about 5-10 minutes walk away. Overall, great for a nice room and the hotel is right on the beach. Although there isn't anything to do at the hotel I wouldn't be too put off staying there as you can walk to restaurants and bars.

• Jeanette (8/5): lovely hotel overlooking the beach - the hotel was very good my partner found the mattress uncomfortable. We only ate in the hotel once but it was very nice. Well placed in the resort. The staff were very helpful and spoke good english.

The restaurant not so much, staff unfriendly and food varies, one day is OK, the next is awful and really bad, but there are many places around with really good food, and the comfort of the hotel makes up for it.

Blick auf das Meer vom Bett aus, großzügige herrliche Zimmer, sehr bemühtes und nettes Personal - besser geht nicht! Die Lage direkt an der Promenade war exzellent, die Nähe zumMeer super.
• Nicole (6/5): Great location but overpriced - We had an apartment with an amazing sea view, very comfortable. The only downside was the smell from the pipelines. The restaurant offered very expensive, low quality food . I don't recommend it at all.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Nice hotel - This is the second time we stayed at Hotel Hawaii- the beach is perfect for my 7 year old to play in the water! The hotel was clean, staff friendly, will probably come again.

• Cristian (8/5): Ny och fräsch - Relativ ny hotell verkar det som. Direkt på stranden. Fina och renliga rom med utsikt mot havet. Frukost helt ok. Kan vara lite svårt att hitta hotellet från huvudvägen men det finns skyltar.
• Verified traveler (10/5): Is is worth the 4 stars - The hotel is right on the beach, in a beautiful location, quite close to the old "butoaie". The sea floor has a very soft angle, and my 6 yr old son loved to play in the water. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly. It was overall a very good experience.
• Paul (8/5): Surprizing good value for the money - I've been traveling all over Europe this summer so I can compare hotels based on what you receive for the money. This one, Hawaii, is actually not bad! Right on the beach, with sea view, the suite was good enough for my family of four( two boys 5 and 11). Breakfast included, standard for this level. Staff was friendly, ready to help if needed. Parking was also included with security on site! Finishes around the hotel and inside the room were ok with room for improvement, but the beautiful sunrise from the sea make you forget them. Overall I would go back if I had to chose. Good value for the money!
